As she was about to take the last step, a hand suddenly pulled her back.
" What are you doing here, planning your demise?" Klaus' voice rang in her head.
The hand of the figure clenched so tight that his knuckles were white. The sight of this made her heart burn for unknown reasons.
" Let go of me!" She yelled, struggling against his grip.
" No. Where are you going? Do you even know where you are right now?" Klaus warned.
" Let go." Olivia pulled her hands away, dashing off to the other side of the tree, but there was nothing except the trail of his faint scent that lingered in the air. Her heart sank into her chest.
As if something had snapped within her, she fell to her knees, her eyes blank, disbelief contorted her face.
She clenched her chest. She felt she had lost an important piece of herself. " He was just here." She whispered.
