Of course, Yanfei was only joking.
Seeing Hu Tao's angry look, she couldn't help laughing.
"I'm kidding you. Come on, I'll treat you to some milk tea. Order whatever you want."
Yanfei giggled as she invited Hu Tao to sit down and enjoy a drink.
Of course, Hu Tao would not be polite to Yanfei. After she sat down, she immediately found a waiter and ordered several glasses.
Everyone gathered together and started chatting. Hu Tao, still curious about the situation in Sumeru, began asking questions. It seemed like she really wanted to visit Sumeru.
Facing Hu Tao's curiosity, Collei and Nilou did not hold back. Instead, they began explaining Sumeru's situation to her. Hu Tao listened with great interest, finding everything fascinating.
After chatting with Hu Tao, Nilou turned to Takumi.
"Mr. Takumi," she said. "I would like to ask, what is the price of the TV station equipment? Would it be possible for us to introduce some of it to Sumeru?"
Nilou and Collei, having lived with Amber and Eula, had learned a lot about Liyue's technology. They had realized that establishing a TV station in Sumeru was possible by purchasing equipment from Takumi and setting up a dedicated channel to broadcast content about their country. Just like how Mondstadt and Liyue currently operated.
It was said that Inazuma had already started working on something similar. Seeing this, Nilou felt that Sumeru should not fall behind. A TV station could serve as an essential platform for public communication and cultural representation.
Currently, both Liyue and Mondstadt broadcast daily news updates, helping their citizens stay informed about important events and policies. Sumeru could benefit from this as well.
Hearing Nilou's request, Takumi explained,
"If you want to establish a TV station, the equipment itself isn't particularly expensive. In fact, I provide it for free. However, to operate a station properly, you need to learn how it works first. I suggest you train at Liyue's TV station for a while. Once you've grasped the basics, I'll provide the necessary equipment for you to take back to Sumeru."
Takumi looked at Nilou, offering his advice.
Hearing this, Nilou nodded. "No problem. If that's the case, then I'll stay here to study."
Immediately, she made her decision. Establishing a TV station was a priority for her. If successful, future events like the Sabzeruz Festival could be broadcast live, allowing more people to experience Sumeru's culture from afar. The idea excited her.
"Then I'll stay too," Collei added. Since Nilou planned to remain, she decided to stay as well. As for Cyno and Tighnari? They could return to Sumeru first.
Besides, Collei's health had improved significantly, so she no longer had to rush back. Staying in Liyue would give her the chance to learn while spending time with Amber. If anything urgent happened, she could use the teleportation anchor to return quickly.
Hearing Collei's words, Nilou smiled happily. "Great! We'll study together."
Just like that, they decided not to return to Sumeru just yet. Amber, upon hearing this, was overjoyed. This meant she could continue spending time with them without worrying about an imminent departure.
Takumi stayed with them for a while before bidding farewell. As for the ladies, they could continue their day as they pleased.
After leaving them, Takumi returned to the General Affairs Department to handle some paperwork. However, calling it "work" was a stretch—it was more like leisurely passing time. Most tasks had already been delegated, allowing him to relax.
With little to do, Takumi ended up spending his time teasing Shenhe in the office. He enjoyed these peaceful moments.
Over the next few days, Tighnari and Cyno prepared to return to Sumeru. They had gathered everything they needed and learned a great deal during their stay. Moreover, they had bought a substantial number of goods that would soon be transported to Sumeru. While they could not carry too many items themselves, Liyue's trade network ensured a steady flow of supplies.
Liyue's port was relatively close to Sumeru. By ship, large quantities of goods could be transported within two days.
After finalizing their purchases, Tighnari and Cyno activated the teleportation anchor and returned to Sumeru.
Meanwhile, Nilou and Collei stayed behind to study TV station operations. Takumi had already arranged for Baiwen to guide them. Under Baiwen's supervision, they began learning about broadcasting and production techniques.
Additionally, Nilou became close friends with Yun Jin, Barbara, and several others. They quickly formed a small circle, bonding over shared interests.
As Tighnari and Cyno were about to leave, Takumi came to see them off.
"Well then, Mr. Takumi, we'll be taking our leave," Tighnari said. "I hope you visit Sumeru in the future. We'd be more than happy to host you."
During their stay, Tighnari and Cyno had witnessed Liyue's rapid technological advancements. Whether it was mobile phone production, computer manufacturing, or other fields, they had gained valuable insights.
Beside them were two newly acquired cars—purchased from Takumi—which would make transportation in Sumeru much more convenient. They had also placed additional orders, planning to introduce these vehicles back home.
Beyond that, they intended to set up factories to develop their own technology. Sumeru had a strong knowledge base. If they integrated research with practical applications, it wouldn't take long before they could manufacture their own mobile phones and other devices.
Tighnari had even consulted Takumi about these plans, and Takumi fully supported them. The more technologically advanced Teyvat became, the stronger he would get. He saw no downside to a world driven by technological competition.
"Wouldn't it be great if all of Teyvat advanced together in tech development?" Takumi mused to himself.
If the world embraced innovation, technological growth would accelerate. Eventually, once the tech reached a certain threshold, Takumi might even be able to locate the world of the "Three Bunnies" and explore it for fun.
There was no reason to refuse progress. If one day he woke up and found himself even stronger, he knew it would be because technology had advanced yet again.
That thought made Takumi very happy. It was like waking up every morning feeling refreshed and energized—it was simply unstoppable!
