Takumi took over the blueprint that was finally handed over, and without thinking much about it, he checked it thoroughly.
After ensuring there were no issues, he left and returned straight to the General Affairs Department. Coincidentally, Keqing was also there.
"Where did you go?" Keqing asked as soon as she saw him return, not even waiting for him to speak first.
Hearing Keqing's words, Takumi was slightly puzzled. "What's wrong?"
He handed over the blueprint in his hand to Keqing. Without hesitation, she took it and began to examine it while continuing the conversation.
"I mainly wanted to discuss the matter concerning the Snow Mountain with you," Keqing explained. "It has already started snowing there, so the investigation team we sent in has returned. It's not a good time to start work."
Takumi nodded in understanding. "I see."
As she examined the blueprint, Keqing looked confused. "What is this?"
"A launch center," Takumi explained casually. "It's specifically designed for launching rockets. This must be built, as many future aerial weapons will also be produced there. Build it near Rex Lapis' residence, somewhere close to the sea. The blueprint has already been drawn, and construction is straightforward. As for other mechanisms, they will be set up later."
Hearing that this was the blueprint for a launch center, Keqing was momentarily surprised but didn't question it further. Since Takumi had already made the decision, she would simply proceed with it.
"Understood," she said, putting away the blueprint. "I'll take care of it."
Without delay, Keqing began calling personnel to initiate the construction. It would require significant resources, but fortunately, Guiliyuan had plenty of funds. A road might also need to be built, further increasing the costs, but Keqing was ready to handle it efficiently.
Once Keqing left, Takumi decided on his next course of action—he would visit Sky Island.
Just as he was about to depart, Zhongli and Venti entered the office. Seeing them, Takumi raised an eyebrow, confusion apparent on his face.
"Why are you here?" he asked.
Venti grinned. "Are you heading to Sky Island?"
Takumi nodded slightly, waiting for an explanation.
"If you're going, be careful," Zhongli warned. "There seems to be something wrong with Celestia."
Although Zhongli and Venti hadn't had direct contact with Sky Island in a long time, they could sense something amiss. Their concerns prompted them to seek out Takumi.
Takumi smirked. "I'm curious about what exactly is wrong with Celestia. But honestly, I doubt there's anything they can do to me."
Zhongli studied him for a moment before nodding. Indeed, their worries might be unfounded. Takumi's strength had far surpassed anything in Teyvat. Zhongli's real concern was that a battle between Takumi and Celestia might destroy Teyvat itself.
After chatting briefly with the two archons, Takumi left.
Outside, he transformed into a bolt of lightning and soared into the sky. His sudden departure caught the attention of many, who were left in awe of the spectacle.
Venti and Zhongli watched from the doorway, momentarily speechless.
"Incredible," Venti murmured. "He's already that strong."
Zhongli nodded in agreement. Takumi's growth was beyond extraordinary. He only hoped things would go smoothly on Sky Island.
Takumi shot through the skies, heading directly toward Sky Island. Located above Mond, Sky Island was visible on clear days, floating high above the continent. However, despite its visibility, it was nearly impossible to reach by conventional means.
When Takumi arrived, he observed a massive enchantment surrounding Teyvat. He sneered. "So this is the so-called 'false sky'?"
It was a barrier designed to isolate Teyvat, likely to prevent external forces from interfering. But it seemed futile, considering the Honkai energy had already infiltrated this world.
Without hesitation, Takumi descended toward Sky Island.
As he approached, space fluctuated, and a figure emerged—a familiar one.
A woman clad in regal attire stepped forward. The so-called "Sustainer of Heavenly Principles."
Takumi smirked. "Ah, the expired food product finally appears."
The woman narrowed her eyes. "Outsider. What is your purpose here?"
She had long been watching Takumi, aware of his unnatural strength. Unlike what she had anticipated, he had not acted against the world but instead contributed to its development. This puzzled her greatly.
Still, she maintained her composure, though inwardly she was panicking. Takumi's strength was terrifying. He had grown far too powerful in such a short time.
She tried to hide her fear. "State your business."
Takumi grinned. "Let's have a little chat, shall we?"
