Chapter 9: Demon Lord of Destruction!

The battlefield crackled with energy as Kieth and Josh fought against Aamon's dark power. The clash of their mega particle cannon and Aamon's dark energy created a spectacle that lit up the sky, drawing the attention of both allies and enemies alike.

"Keep pushing, Kieth! We can't let him overpower us!" Josh shouted, his voice barely audible over the cacophony of energy.

"I know! I can feel the Gundam's energy levels dropping, but we have to hold on just a little longer!" Kieth gritted his teeth, sweat beading on his forehead as he focused on maintaining the beam's intensity.

Aamon, his face twisted in rage, struggled against the onslaught. "You think you can defeat me with a mere toy? I will crush you both!" he bellowed, his dark energy swirling around him like a tempest.

The swirling mass of energy between them began to shift, the balance teetering dangerously as Aamon's fury fueled his power. "I will show you the true meaning of despair!" he roared, pushing back against Kieth's attack. And then suddenly Josh passes his mana to the Gundam. "Don't worry, brother, I got us!" With a surge of determination, Josh closed his eyes and focused, channeling his mana into the Gundam's core. The cockpit vibrated with energy as the Gundam absorbed the influx, its systems humming to life with renewed vigor. Keith felt the surge of power coursing through the machine, and his resolve solidified.

"That's it, Josh! Keep it coming!" Kieth shouted, his voice filled with newfound hope. The Gundam's energy levels began to stabilize, the beam of the mega particle cannon intensifying as it absorbed the mana.

Aamon's eyes widened in disbelief as he felt the tide of battle shift. "No! This cannot be! You are nothing but insects!" he screamed, his dark energy flaring wildly as he attempted to regain control. But the combined strength of Kieth and Josh was too much. The Gundam's cannon glowed brighter, a blinding light illuminating the battlefield. And a giant explosion erupted. As both Aamon and RX-78-2 Gundam are thrown away by the sheer shock wave of the explosion. And a giant mushroom cloud appears because of their energy clash, creating a giant crater.

"Heh, I'm getting goosebumps saying this, but I think we can manage to beat this guy by the power of friendship!" Josh whispers, his face red. As Keith pulls the Gundam lever, Stan stands up.

Keith chuckled, despite the tension in the air. "Friendship? Is that what we're calling it now? I thought it was just you being a mana battery!" He grinned, feeling the warmth of Josh's energy flow through him, bolstering his own spirit.

"Whatever it is, it's working!" Josh replied, his eyes sparkling with determination. "Just a little more, Keith! We can do this!"

"Notice! Ew." Metatron chimes in.

"Shit, meta!" They both shouted in unison.

The sudden interruption from Metatron, their AI companion, jolted both Kieth and Josh back to the gravity of the situation. The battlefield was still alive with chaos, and Aamon was not going to wait for them to regroup.

"Warning! Aamon is channeling a massive surge of dark energy! Prepare for countermeasures!" Metatron's voice echoed through the cockpit, a stark reminder of the stakes they were facing.

"Great, just what we needed, another energy clash. Looks like our friend here is watching too much Dragon Ball energy clash!" Kieth muttered, his fingers dancing over the controls as he adjusted the Gundam's targeting systems. "Josh, do you still have juice? (He means more mana left.) Can you keep channeling that mana? We need every ounce of power we can get!"

"You got it, brother!" Josh replied, his eyes narrowing in concentration. He felt the energy flowing through him, a warm current that connected him to the Gundam and to Kieth. "Just tell me when!"

Aamon shakes the dust off his body, and he is a bit hurt because of the explosion. And as he looked in Kieth and Josh's direction, he sensed their momentary distraction and unleashed a torrent of dark energy, a wave of shadow that surged toward them like a tidal wave. "You think you can stand against me? I will consume you both!" he roared, his voice echoing with malice.

"Brace for impact!" Kieth shouted, his heart racing. He redirected the Gundam's energy, forming a protective barrier around them just as the dark wave crashed against it. The cockpit shook violently, alarms blaring as the Gundam struggled to hold its ground.

Come on, come on! "Kieth grunted, sweat pouring down his face as he pushed the Gundam's systems to their limits." Josh, now! "

With a final surge of will, Josh poured every last bit of his mana into the Gundam. The cockpit lit up with a brilliant glow, the energy coalescing into a radiant beam that surged through the mega particle cannon. "Let's finish this!" he shouted, his voice filled with determination.

"Eat this, you ugly fuck!" Kieth declared, his hands steady on the controls. The Gundam's cannon glowed with an intensity that rivaled the sun, a blinding light. And at the same time, Aamon unleashed another dark energy beam. The two beams clashed midair.

The battlefield trembled as the two forces collided, a cataclysmic explosion of light and darkness that sent shockwaves rippling through the air. Kieth and Josh felt the immense pressure of the energy clash, their hearts pounding in sync with the rhythm of the Gundam's systems.

"Hold steady, Kieth! We can't let up now!" Josh shouted, his voice strained but resolute. The cockpit was filled with a blinding light, and the heat from the energy clash was palpable, making it hard to breathe.

"Just a little more!" Kieth grunted, his fingers gripping the controls with white-knuckled intensity. The Gundam's systems were screaming under the strain, but he could feel the power of Josh's mana coursing through the machine, amplifying their attack.

"Focus, Kieth! We have to channel all of our energy into one final push!" Josh urged, his eyes locked on the display as he monitored the energy levels. "We can do this together!"

"Alright, on my mark! ... Now!!!!!!!" Kieth shouted, and the both of them poured their last bit of mana into the beam cannon.

The Gundam's mega particle cannon erupted with a blinding flash, a radiant beam of pure energy that surged forward like a comet, cutting through the darkness that Aamon had unleashed. The air crackled with electricity as the two forces collided, the very fabric of reality seeming to warp under the immense pressure of their clash.

Aamon's eyes widened in horror as he realized the magnitude of the attack heading his way. "No! I won't yell! Because I am Aamon, the Demon King of Fury! I will not be defeated by a mere summoner!" he screamed, desperation lacing his voice. He attempted to reinforce his dark energy, but it was too late.

As The clash between Aamon and the RX-78-2 Gundam intensified, with Kieth and Josh working in perfect sync . Aamon, however, seemed to be struggling to keep up, his energy is getting push back as one of his knees fell to the ground. The giant ball of their clashing energy is slowly approaching him.

The energy emanating from the two combatants began to surge wildly, with the RX-78-2 Gundam's Mega Particle Cannon clashing against Aamon's dark, twisted powers. The air was filled with the acrid smell of ozone and burning metal as the battle raged on. Aamon, and his eyes widened in shock as he realized he was losing ground. His dark powers were being overwhelmed, and he stumbled backward, his movements growing more desperate. "I-i can't lose!"

Just as it seemed Aamon was about to be overwhelmed, a new presence burst onto the scene. A figure plummeted towards the ground, its approach marked by an eerie, unsettling energy. Metatron's voice echoed through the comms system: "Alert, alert, alert... Unidentified entity incoming. Designation: Unknown. Threat level: Unknown, Immeasurable."

The figure landed with a deafening thud, sending shockwaves through the ground. The air seemed to ripple and distort, as if reality itself was bending to accommodate his presence. The energy emanating from the battle between Aamon and the RX-78-2 Gundam's energy clash suddenly vanished, as if it had been snuffed out by an unseen force.

As the dust settled, Metatron's voice trembled with a mixture of fear and awe. "Entity identified as Xandros, the Demon Lord of Destruction. Warning: extreme caution advised. Threat level remains unknown, immeasurable. Evacuation protocols recommended."

The figure slowly rose to its full height, its presence imposing and terrifying. Keith and Josh felt a chill run down their spines as they beheld Xandros, his aura radiating an unspeakable malevolence that seemed to sear the very air around him. Aamon, meanwhile, stood frozen in shock, his eyes fixed on Xandros with a mixture of fear and reverence.

"This is bad, Dre," Kieth whispers.

As Kieth and Josh cowered inside the RX-78-2 Gundam, they caught a glimpse of Xandros, the Demon Lord of Destruction, standing with his back to them. His imposing figure seemed to fill the entire space, his broad shoulders and towering height making the mobile suit's cockpit feel claustrophobic. The air around him was heavy with an aura of malevolent power, like a palpable fog that clung to every surface.

Xandros's dark, jet-black hair cascaded down his back like a waterfall of night, with hints of subtle, crimson highlights that seemed to shimmer in the dim light. His shoulders were adorned with tattered, black cape-like appendages that appeared to be made from some dark, scaly material, and they fluttered ominously in the silence.

As he scolded Aamon, his voice was like thunder, shaking the very foundations of the mobile suit. "You fool," he growled, his words dripping with contempt. "You underestimated these two, and now you've paid the price."

The Demon Lord's massive frame seemed to vibrate with fury, his very presence suffocating. Kieth and Josh could feel the weight of his gaze, even though he hadn't turned to face them. They exchanged a nervous glance, their hearts racing with anticipation.

Aamon, cowed by Xandros's wrath, trembled before him. "I-I apologize, my lord," he stammered, his voice barely audible.

Xandros's response was a low, menacing chuckle that sent shivers down Kieth and Josh's spines. "You should be grateful I'm not killing you where you stand," he sneered, his voice dripping with malice. "But for now, you'll serve as an example of what happens when you underestimate the enemies of the Demon Realm."

As Xandros continued to berate Aamon, Kieth and Josh held their breath, waiting for the Demon Lord to turn and face them. They knew that when he did, their lives would hang in the balance, and only time would tell if they'd be able to escape the clutches of this monstrous being.

The tension in the cockpit of the RX-78-2 Gundam was palpable as Kieth and Josh braced themselves for the inevitable confrontation with Xandros. The air crackled with energy, and the remnants of their earlier clash with Aamon hung heavy in the atmosphere.

"Kieth, what do we do?" Josh whispered, his voice barely above a murmur. The fear in his eyes mirrored the uncertainty that gripped them both. "I don't know, but we can't let him see us panic," Kieth replied, his mind racing. "We need to stay focused. If we can just hold our ground, maybe we can find a way to escape or even fight back."

Xandros finally turned, his piercing gaze locking onto the Gundam like a predator sensing its prey. The intensity of his stare felt like a physical blow, and Kieth instinctively tightened his grip on the controls. Xandros's voice was a low, menacing rumble that resonated through the cockpit, sending shivers down their spines.

"So, these are the brave souls who dared to challenge my servant," Xandros said, his words dripping with disdain. "You think you can take on the Demon Realm and its masters? You're nothing but insects to me." His aura seemed to grow, his presence becoming even more imposing as he took a step forward.

"Oh, I see,I see ,I see you're one of the Heroes, the strongest summoner you say? Hahahaha. I think this is our first meeting?" Xandros continued, his voice laced with amusement. "But,well You have one of my strongest Demon Kings running for his money. I'll have to thank you for teaching this egotistical maniac a lesson." His eyes seemed to burn with an inner fire as he gazed at the Gundam.

"But I presume our sides have an ongoing agreement? A ceasefire to be exact? I don't think it's nice for you to attack us at the very first year of the ceasefire." Xandros's voice was like a cold wind, sending chills down their spines.

Just as Xandros seemed about to continue, a radiant light filled the air, and Goddess Lycana appeared out of nowhere, flanked by the other three gods and goddesses: Antares, Cique, and Der Riona. Her voice was calm and soothing, a stark contrast to Xandros's menacing tone.

"Lord Xandros," Lycana began, her voice filled with authority. "Our hero is just doing their mission to save their people, held captive by your kin, the demon bandits near the Demon King of Fury's domain. They don't intend to break the ceasefire agreement. They're just here to save people."

Xandros's gaze narrowed, his eyes flashing with anger. "You dare to intervene on behalf of these mortals?" he growled, his voice like thunder. "You think you can shield them from my wrath?" His aura seemed to surge, his presence becoming even more overwhelming.

Lycana stood firm, her voice unwavering. "We're not shielding them, Lord Xandros. We're simply stating the truth. They mean no harm to the Demon Realm or its masters."

Xandros's gaze lingered on Lycana, his eyes burning with intensity. Then, slowly, he turned back to the Gundam."Very well, I'll teach my kin to not capture nor hurt any single human or even their allies," Xandros said, his voice dripping with menace. "But I have one condition if you want this to be over without bloodshed."

Goddess Lycana's eyes narrowed, her voice cautious. "And what is it that you wish, Lord Xandros?"

Xandros's gaze shifted, his eyes locking onto the Gundam. "But I won't be asking you, Goddess Lycana. I'll be asking Mr. Deyviel Kieth Martine, the Strongest Summoner." Lycana nodded, and Kieth opened the hatch, revealing himself to Xandros.

As their eyes met, the air seemed to vibrate with tension. Kieth's voice was laced with sarcasm. "What do you want from me, Thanos?" Xandros raised a brow, his expression unreadable.

"I don't want anything from a human like you," Xandros said, his voice cold and detached. "I'm just going to give you an option, and you'll have to choose. Nothing else. And everybody will be happy."

Kieth's eyes rolled. "Fine, ask away. Is that multiple choice?" Xandros's smile was like a razor's edge.

"Yeah, you could say that," Xandros said, his voice dripping with amusement. "Now, I'll give you four choices:

1. You, Kieth Martin, will join my side and fight against human kin. And after we win this war, I'll personally send you back to your home world with mountains of gold."

Kieth's expression was skeptical, but he nodded for Xandros to continue.

"2. You will not interfere in the upcoming war or any battles. And of course, I'll send you back to your world." Xandros's gaze seemed to bore into Kieth's soul.

"3. I'll have your head, Kieth." Xandros's voice was devoid of emotion, his eyes glinting with a cold, calculating light.

"And lastly, for you, Goddess Lycana," Xandros said, his voice dripping with malice. "You send your little Summoner back to his home world right now."

The air seemed to grow heavier, the tension between Kieth and Xandros almost palpable. Kieth's eyes locked onto Xandros, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Choose wisely, kid," Xandros said, his smile growing wider.
