The Empty House
I stood in front of the small, worn-down house that Nina had pointed out.
> Me: "This is it?"
It looked... normal. Too normal.
The wooden walls were cracked with age, and the door creaked loudly as I pushed it open.
Inside, the place was completely empty.
No furniture. No decorations. Not even a single cobweb.
Just bare wooden floors and dusty air.
> Me: "Where the hell is the portal?"
I walked inside, searching for any hidden mechanisms. Maybe a trapdoor? A magic circle? Something that screamed, 'Welcome to a secret teleporting town!'
Nothing.
> Me: "Did Nina send me here as a joke?"
Just as I was about to turn back, a sultry voice interrupted me.

The Woman Named Lora
> Lora: "Looking for something, young man?"
I spun around.
Leaning against the doorframe was a gorgeous woman.
Long, wavy chestnut hair, striking golden eyes, and a curvy body that belonged on a magazine cover. Her dress was tight, accentuating her large chest and slim waist.
She had the perfect mix of elegance and danger.
> Me (internally): "Is this an NPC?! No way… she's too beautiful."
She smirked, stepping closer.
> Lora: "You must be here for Ssles."
Her voice was low and teasing, like she was enjoying my reaction.
> Me: "Y-Yeah…!"
I coughed, trying to regain my composure.
> Lora (grinning): "Hmm~ I thought so."
She raised her hand, showing me a small pocket watch with intricate silver engravings.
> Me: "What's that?"
> Lora: "The key to Ssles."
She flicked it open, revealing glowing blue hands ticking away inside.
> Lora: "Ssles isn't a normal town. It moves with time. This watch tells me when the portal appears."
> Me: "Wait… does that mean Ssles is on a schedule?"
> Lora: "Exactly~ But only those who know the time can enter."
I stared at the watch, fascinated.
This wasn't just a random event.
This was a hidden system mechanic that nobody else in the game knew about.
> Me (internally): "This beta version is insane…"
---
The Portal Appears
Lora glanced at the watch, her smile widening.
> Lora: "It's almost time~"
She stepped back, placing a hand on the empty wall.
For a moment, nothing happened.
Then—
RIIIIING!
The watch let out a soft chime, and suddenly, the wall rippled like water.
A glowing blue portal appeared, humming with energy.
I took a step back, stunned.
> Me: "Whoa… that's so cool."
Lora turned to me, eyes playful.
> Lora: "Well? Ready to step into the unknown, young man?"
I grinned.
> Me: "Hell yeah."
With that, I stepped forward—into the moving town of Ssles.
