Hope rotated her neck as a loud pop sounded and the Tribrid groaned as she finally finished enchanting both quivers and Allison's new bow. Hope also decided to sync up the arrows and arrowheads with their corresponding spot within the quiver.
The brunette had to tighten the arrows as tight as they could go without snapping the arrow or ruining the spiral thread and draw a rune that overlapped on the shaft and the arrowhead. This was to ensure that both pieces of the arrow would return back to the quiver with a single thought from either of her archers.
Once the arrows were linked with a spot Hope left the arrow within its new home and moved onto the next one until eventually Allison's quiver was filled with all her arrows.
Alexandria was dozing away in the crook of Hope's neck after painstakingly moving strands of brunette hair so it would create a warm curtain of hair around the golden eagle. Unfortunately for the bird it didn't quite work the way she wanted it to since she was now too big to squeeze under Hope's hair like when she was a hatchling.
Even seated as the golden bird was, the arch of her wing came up to just above Hope's eye brow and in her seated form she fully took up all the space on Hope's left shoulder.
The Tribrid had just finished syncing up the last of Daphne's new arrows to her new quiver and was resting her eyes for about 10 minutes before she felt her blonde soulmate's presence and cracked open an eyelid.
"Are you already done with the arrows?" Daphne wondered skeptically as she noticed the full quiver.
"God no! Allison's bow and her quiver are done. I've synced up the new arrows to return to your new quiver but until I've completed all the enchanting and runework I'm just going to keep your current arrows in your size 24 quiver so you can still use them. This will probably take me a few days to a week max of 3-4 hour shifts to complete everything I need to do to have these ready for training or hunting." Hope groaned at the work cut out for her.
"How was the party?" The older girl changed the subject.
Daphne pursed her lips. "You were right. It's not my thing. Also I heard this ritualistic drumming noise coming from the house. The birthday girl was kidnapped out of her own home. Is she one of the Darach's victims?"
Hope nodded her head sadly.

Allison woke up feeling a little disheartened that neither Hope nor Daphne would help her with the drawing that they gave her, the blonde practically saying last night that she was sorry but this was something for Allison to figure out on her own. The ravenette hopped out of bed to get ready for the following school day.
Allison was running a touch late that she didn't have enough time to make breakfast if she wanted to pick up Lydia and get to the school while the sourwolf otherwise known as Derek Hale was willing to talk to them about the symbol she showed Scott last night.
A small paper bag caught Allison's attention and prayed that she and Lydia didn't eat all the beignets last night. At the weight in the bottom of the bag the Huntress nearly whooped in joy as she plucked the last pastry out of the bag before scrunching the paper bag up to throw it into the bin in the kitchen.
Chris was about to greet his daughter with a good morning but was stunned speechless at the sight of the unknown pastry that he certainly didn't buy in their groceries.
The Huntress noticed the confused expression on her father's face and finished chewing the bite of food in her mouth before swallowing. "Hi dad… About this… Well, you're probably not going to like it too much, but Hope sometimes teleports to her favourite bakeries around the world and buys half a dozen beignets for herself as a treat but I mentioned that I like them as well so she gets me a bag as well. Daphne dropped them off in the afternoon and left shortly after that."
Chris just blinked a few times as he tried to comprehend what he heard and rubbed his fingers against his forehead with a sigh. "Just please tell me you haven't invited Hope inside."
"I haven't invited Hope inside… Is it strange that she hasn't even showed up for an invitation?" Allison replied dutifully as she took a second to say the stray thought in her mind.
Argent shrugged as he wasn't sure nor did he want to know any more about the Tribrid's aversion to showing up at their apartment. He was glad that only one of them was able to teleport into their home and he was even more thankful that it was the non-Werewolf girl.
Lydia and Allison were standing in front of Derek, truly wishing they could be anywhere else. Lydia held out her arm with a very distinct bruise that looked exactly like the drawing he was holding in his hand disinterestedly.
"I don't see anything." Derek remarked with a shake of his head wondering why he let Scott convince him that this had anything to do with his missing Pack members.
Scott looked completely exasperated at being placed in the middle of his ex and his friend and sometimes mentor. "Look again."
Derek waved the paper in his hand making a whooshing sound of air as he flipped it around so Scott could see it as his frustration was getting the better of him. "How is a bruise or much less a drawing of a bruise supposed to tell me where Boyd and Erica are?"
Scott sighed as he pointed out, trying to get his observation through to Derek. "It's the same on both sides! Exactly the same."
"It's nothing." Derek dismisses them all as he stares directly at Allison with his arms crossed over his large chest, daring the little Huntress to take the bait.
"Pareidolia." Lydia confidently pointed out with a knowing smirk on her face until she was met with blank stares from everyone and sighed as she had to explain what she meant. "Seeing patterns that aren't there? It's a subset of apophenia."
The shaggy haired boy let out a deep breath through his nose as he counted to three in his mind. "They're trying to help."
Derek scoff incredulously as he pointed at both of the girls, starting with Lydia and listed the reasons why he didn't trust them. "These two? This one, who used me to resurrect my psychotic Uncle. Thank you."
Lydia flinched at both Derek's sarcastic mannerisms and the memory of Peter Hale. The strawberry blonde remained silent in shame as she didn't have a refutable excuse for reviving Peter as she couldn't even remember doing it in the first place. Bloody Banshee powers! Why did they have to revive possibly her worst fear?
"And this one, who shot about 30 arrows into me and my Pack." The Alpha Wolf steamrolled through as he was on a roll and got the desired reaction from Lydia.
However Allison looked stoic like she wasn't even paying attention but the Huntress was having a heated debate with both Hope and Daphne. Both of her soulmates were 1 second away from decking Derek Hale and apparating his sourwolf ass into the middle of volcano for biting off Allison's head.
Stiles finally perked up from his spot on the teacher's desk to try to deescalate the situation. "Okay, all right, now, come on. No one died, all right? Look, there may have been a little maiming, okay? A little mangling, but no death. That's what I call an important distinction."
Allison's brows furrowed at Stiles' words as she glared at Derek. "My mother died."
Derek reared back slightly that Allison nearly missed it as the Werewolf regained his annoyance with the world or maybe it was just her as he defended himself by placing the blame on her own family. "Your family's little honour code killed your mother. Not me."
Allison ground her teeth together as she had to retrain herself from punching a Werewolf in the face or unleashing her two seething mates on the unsuspecting Alpha in front of her. "That girl was looking for Scott. I'm here to help him, not you."
"You wanna help? Find something real. By the way, where's the other mark shown on this sketch?" Derek spat out as he threw the paper towards the girls.
The Huntress was quick to pluck the paper out of the air and bring it to her chest protectively. Instead of answering Derek's question Allison flipped him the bird and pulled Lydia out of the classroom.
"Asshole." Allison declared with a growl.
"Wouldn't Derek hear that?" Lydia questioned with a look of concern written on her face.
The Huntress was still seething as she started to walk away without paying any attention to where she was going. "Yes, which is excellent because Derek Hale is an asshole."

Stiles was trying so hard not to laugh as both Scott and Derek were staring towards the door with wide eyes as if they couldn't believe that Allison would flash her middle finger at Derek and simply walk away.
Scott looked a little awkward as he turned to Derek who was still rooted to his spot next to the Beta Wolf. "Derek… Give her a chance. Okay, they're on our side now."
Derek shook his head slightly, he knew that they couldn't be on the same side until Allison knew the truth about her mother's actions.
The Alpha Wolf turned to the younger Wolf as he looked exasperated with Scott. "Well then, maybe you should tell her what her mother was actually trying to do that night?"
Scott was stunned into silence at the memory.
Derek was nearly halfway towards the door as Stiles decided to question the older Wolf. "Hang on Derek! Before you go, I just want to know if you've turned any more teenagers into Werewolves?"
The Alpha's face scrunched up and turned back to the lanky boy still sitting on the table and shook his head. "No. Why?"
"A couple of new kids started up school yesterday. One of them, the brunette, is definitely a Werewolf. I saw her eyes glowing gold and heard her growl like the two of you." Stiles informed the two Werewolves.
"You mean Hope?" Scott wished to clarify.
"Yeah. It was during the attack of the crows yesterday."
Scott tilted his head like a golden retriever puppy. "I thought I felt something coming from her. I don't know if I sense anything from the other one, Daphne. She smells a little bit like a Wolf but I don't know if it's due to their proximity to each other. Apparently they are engaged."
"Well, it's safe to assume that the blonde is aware of the supernatural world if she chose to marry a Wolf. What's the brunette's control like?" Derek admitted with a furrowed brow.
Stiles shrugged until he remembered. "It must be pretty good if she's hanging around Allison and Mr Argent… Unless they don't know."
"Argent would know. Anyone in his daughter's immediate circle he would've looked into and threatened or have you forgotten your first meetings with the man, Scott." Derek confidently stated.
Scott paled at the thought and shook his head as he subconsciously rubbed his arm where the crossbow bolt went through his body, pinning him to a tree.
Derek gritted his teeth as a new Wolf coming to Beacon Hills at the same time as the Alpha Pack was not filling him with confidence. "Keep an eye on her… Actually keep an eye on both girls."
"Do you think she's a Beta of one of the Alphas?" Scott questioned as Derek was at the door but kept walking, not giving the other boy an answer.
Stiles pursed his lips as he stated in a deadpan. "So… Do you think that was Derek's non-answer for yes or no to Hope being a bad guy… Girl?" The lanky boy reiterated as he considered his words.

Allison was absolutely fuming, it was so obvious that anyone who happened to cross her path separated like the Red Sea to either side of the hallways to avoid the ravenette's ire. Lydia didn't have much choice in the matter as Allison was still gripping her upper arm as she dragged the strawberry blonde behind herself.
With one last turn Allison pulled to a stop as they barely turned the corner and released Lydia before crossing her arms over her chest. "I really, really hate Derek."
Hope and Daphne were simply waiting patiently behind the corner with a silent glare on their faces at the interaction and secondhand anger from Allison in regards to Derek Hale.
"Does that mean that you are open to one of us killing the Hale Alpha? Because if he snaps at you one more time I'm throwing him through a brick wall… Or ten." Hope cracked her knuckles as she imagined beating the living hell out of the dark-haired Alpha.
"How did you know where we were?... Wait, are you two always this homicidal?" Lydia wondered as took a weary step back at the foreboding sense of death coming from the Tribrid and the Ice Witch.
The established couple turned to face the Banshee simultaneously and blinked once before answering together while ignoring the first part of Lydia's observation as they knew it would hit her in the face in a couple of seconds. "Yes."
"Especially when it comes down to protecting our family. Allison. Even without accepting the bond completely you are still regarded as family to us." Hope added as she calmed herself down.
Allison will deny to anyone without superhearing that her heart did not jump a beat at the brunette's admission.
Lydia was amazed as she felt the dark aura surrounding Hope, Daphne and Allison slowly start to dissipate away the longer the three girls were in each other's vicinity. The Banshee subtly moved back to her previous location beside Allison who looked considerably calmer than she was 30 seconds ago.
"Right… Did I ever mention how the two of you are a little extreme that it frightens me sometimes?" Lydia cautiously stated as she wanted to test the metaphorical tranquil waters that she felt currently radiating off all three girls.
Hope and Daphne turned to each other and gave a little smirk to one another while Allison faced Lydia with a small glare at the question. The Emrys couple then turned with a shit-eating grins on their faces as they stared at Lydia, silently answering the strawberry blonde's question without even saying a word.
"How lovely." Lydia deadpanned.
Daphne was the first to notice the side of the Sheriff's son's face quickly dart back behind the corner of the hallway. Both members of the Emrys family overheard the quiet conversation between Stiles and who they assumed was Scott. "Do you think they saw me?"
"How the heck would I know? You were the one looking around the corner." Scott replies incredulously on his offended face at the question.
The blonde snorted and shook her head as she looked at Hope with a raised eyebrow. Hope chuckled quietly, gaining the attention of the other two girls in front of them.
"When Stiles or Scott are ready to talk to us face to face rather than eavesdropping on us, let us know and maybe we can have a civil conversation soon." Hope remarked loud enough for Stiles' human hearing could hear right before the bell sound from within the walls of the school.
Allison frowned as she turned to look behind her as did the strawberry blonde with an annoyed sigh at yet another person eavesdropping on her today.
The brunette rolled her eyes in pre-emptive annoyance as she felt like she had to add the following sentence just in case they were about to burst out from behind the wall to confront them without a plan.
"That means in private, boys. Not in the middle of class where anyone could listen in or before class starts. Bye boys. Lydia… Allison." The last word came out a little husky.
Daphne waved at Allison and Lydia with a lovely smile as she ignored the boys. "See you both in class or maybe during a free period."
Lydia and Allison waved their goodbyes to the pair, in all honesty, the strawberry blonde would've preferred to follow Hope and Daphne to their first period rather than be an awkward third wheel along with Stiles. But she promised to be a better friend to Allison after all of the insanity that happened last year.
The engaged couple checked their timetables to find out what their next class was before pivoting on their spots as their next class was behind them and walked off towards their first period.
Allison glanced at Lydia with an exasperated expression on her face as they moved a couple of steps towards the corner. The girls were frustrated to see both Scott and Stiles there, eavesdropping on them like Hope and Daphne implied.
The ravenette and strawberry blonde stared at both of the boys with an unimpressed stare for a few moments to draw out their anxiety at being caught.
The Huntress raised a single eyebrow as she waited for one of the boys to say something but their mouths were gaping open like a fish out of water at being called out by the new students, one who happened to be a Werewolf.
"Really Scott? I half expect this behaviour from Stiles but what the hell?" Allison groaned at her ex's actions.
"The brunette! She's a Werewolf!" He replied in whispered concern and some hidden fear about this other Werewolf hurting Allison during tonight's full moon.
Allison almost rolled her eyes as she answered in a quiet mocking tone before a hint of buried anger made a reappearance at Scott's unneeded and unwanted protectiveness over her. "I know! Do you seriously think that I wouldn't figure it out on my own, now that I'm actually aware of Werewolves and Kanimas? Do you really think I'm that blind of the people around me?"
Scott's brown puppy eyes widened as he held his arms up, shaking them as he tried to backtrack a bit, realising that he poked at one of his ex's prideful yet sensitive nerves. "No! That's not what I meant! I'm… I'm… Just confused why a Werewolf would search out a Hunter and suddenly become friends with you within a day. It doesn't make any sense."
Allison sighed trying to calm herself again as she understood that this would be very confusing for Scott, especially considering her family's reactions to any new Werewolves hanging around them. If anything, Scott would assume from his first interactions with multiple members of her family that any new Werewolves would be given the same harsh treatment.
"Look… Scott. I'll explain some things later if you want. But I want you to talk to them first rather than pumping me for information. We're not exactly in the same spot as we were before I left for France. We're still trying to figure one another out."
"Please don't put me in a situation where I have to lie to either you or Hope and Daphne. It's not fair to me or to them. It's always better to hear someone's story from the source rather than a bystander." Allison nearly pleaded with her ex-boyfriend before shaking her head and heading off towards class.
Scott and Stiles watched Allison leave before zeroing in on Lydia. The strawberry blonde laughed in disbelief. "Nope. Don't even think about it. I happen to agree with Allison. Besides, Hope and Daphne are great friends to have. Just talk to them."
With that last statement Lydia flicked her luscious hair out and walked in the same direction that Allison, Hope and Daphne had left earlier to get to her class which she may be running late for due to the boy's curiosity.
Stiles grumbled a little as he turned to face Scott. "Great! Both of the girls don't want to help us figure out if Hope is a homicidal Werewolf like Peter, a sourwolf like Derek or if she's able to control her bloodlust like you."
"What's wrong buddy?" The lanky boy asked as he watched the frowning expression on his best friend's face shift to him sniffing the air around them in absolute confusion. "God! This would look so weird if anyone else was in the hallway with us."
"It's just… I think that I could smell Hope's Wolf scent on both Allison and the blonde, Daphne. Yet I'm also getting a strong impression that Hope has vaguely scented Lydia as well. Like she is trying to form a pack or something." Scott admits with another frown and a hint of jealousy.
Stiles understandably looks confused at this and goes off on a little tirade. "But Lydia and Allison are part of our Pack even if Derek's being an asshole at the moment. This new Wolf can't just stroll into town and take members of our Pack! It's not right!"
Scott hummed distractedly in the back of his throat as he thought about it on their walk to their class.

"I want one." Lydia remarked as she stared at the twin brothers on the other side of the school library with a smile on her face.
Allison scoffs in amusement as her head was buried in a book looking for the symbol on Hope's drawing.
The ravenette looked up and over to the boys as she asked distractedly. "Which one?"
Lydia looked offended as she replied with an obvious tone. "The straight one, obviously."
Allison quickly saw why Lydia would make that statement with such certainty as she watched one of them check out Danny and became flustered at being caught by the other boy. "Ah… Yeah. That makes sense."
There were a couple of quiet thumps to her right. Daphne sat next to Allison with a cheerful grin while Hope had a hand over Lydia's to stop her from getting up.
"No. You really don't. The twins are Alpha Wolves who are part of the Alpha Pack. They're here to target the Beacon Hill's Pack. That means you, Allison, Scott, Stiles." Hope attempted to dissuade the Banshee from introducing herself to the Alpha Werewolf.
Lydia blinked in shock as did Allison before the ravenette looked back to Jackson's best friend. "What about Danny?"
Instead of answering Hope reached over the table with her other hand so it was touching Allison's hand and sending one of her memories to both of the girls. The vision Hope was showing them depicted how Ethan truly cared about Danny. How attentive they were with each other and how Ethan became more accepting of Scott's morals, allowing him to join his Pack even after his past.
Hope released both girls and replied to Lydia's question as it would seem strange to the Alpha Wolves if Hope didn't answer the question. "Danny will be fine. I promise."
The Banshee sighed and lowered herself back onto the chair with an internal grumble as she looked over to the book and to the coffee cup on the desk.
"What if it's not a symbol? What if it's actually a logo?" Allison muttered quietly as she pulled her laptop closer to herself.
"You took the words right out of my mouth Ally." Lydia replied as she went to stand up again but froze for a moment. "Are you two going to help us now or are we still on our own?"
"It is a logo." Hope answered honestly before turning to the blonde. "Wanna sit by my love while the braintrust figures out this logo?"
Daphne smirks as she gets up and changes spots with the strawberry blonde.
" We can tell you if you truly want us to. But I don't see the point. Wouldn't you rather figure it out yourself now that you are so close and without any help from us. " The Tribrid broadcasts over the soulbond with a knowing smirk.
Allison narrowed her eyes at the pair opposite her before flicking her eyes back to the computer screen. " You're doing this for me? "
"Hey! Stop! Go back a little, Ally." Lydia nearly shouted in Allison's ear right beside her, making her jolt in surprise.
After scrolling up a bit Lydia's hand shoots out like a rocket, pointing at an exact replica of the logo that was bruised into their skin. "That one."
"Shhhh… Calm down a little, gorgeous." Hope mentioned as she placed a finger against her lips, imitating silence to the excited Banshee who was now staring at Hope with a bright blush on her cheeks.
Allison snorted at Lydia's reaction but clicked on the link before shaking the strawberry blonde's shoulder to get her attention. The Banshee shook her head to shake away her blush before bending down, pulling out a notebook and a couple of pens, giving one soundlessly to Allison.
Both girls silently brainstormed as they used the information on the internet to learn what they could about First National Bank.
With Hope and Daphne sitting at the same table as Lydia and Allison, the Alpha twins were forced to keep their distance. However, they did stick close to the group so they could pass on information to Deucalion, namely about the two newcomers that they had no prior knowledge about.
"So, mystery girl leaves a bruise on both of our arms… Rather, only my arm, that turns out to be a logo for a bank?" Lydia remarked dubiously as she was still sour about her arm being the only one with a mark on it as she glared towards Allison's clear arm.
Allison had to bite her lip and look over towards Hope and Daphne to avoid laughing at Lydia's offended features. Instead the other girl just scoffs as she snarks. "What's she trying to do? Give us investment advice?"
Allison murmurs as she shakes her head. "Not at this bank. It's been closed for years."
Lydia raised an eyebrow in Allison's direction as she made the obvious query as she watched Allison take down the address. "So then, why aren't you telling Scott?"
"Because according to someone I need to find something real ." Allison bit back in disdain at the memory.
"Hey, love. The offer to kill Derek is still on the table if you want us to off him." Hope supplied helpfully as she cheerfully ran her finger across her throat.
Allison's and Lydia's heads both paused before looking over towards Hope in disbelief.
Daphne smirked proudly at Hope's offer. "Alternatively, if Derek doesn't stop berating you and Lydia every time he sees either of you. I'll freeze his balls off."
Hope laughs at the thought but Lydia looks a little horrified at the implication, wondering if Daphne could legitimately do what she says.
Allison remained silent in deep thought before shaking her head as she clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth. "As amusing as that sounds in theory, probably shouldn't make Derek even more annoyed with me than he already is, so I'll pass on the killing… Or frozen balls… For now at least."
"By any chance could you two take Lydia home this afternoon? I can't take her today." Allison asked while looking at the brunette, mainly because the Huntress realised that only Hope could drive out of the two of them.
The Tribrid blinked a couple of times as she looked over to Lydia with a questioning look on her face but shrugged, not overly caring that Hope and Daphne would take her home. However, Lydia did seem grateful that Allison remembered to find someone to take her home rather than leaving her to fend for herself.

Allison was standing outside the bank wearing black clothes and with the cover of night to hide her features she pulled out a pair of bolt cutters. Allison used the tool to break the chain lock that was loosely holding the doors closed before returning the hefty tool back into her trunk and closing the hydraulic door with a firm slam.
The Huntress slipped inside without a sound and looked around in silence taking in the marble floors and pieces of furniture that was thrown around, making it seem as though other people had used the bank as a squatter's pad. Allison scared herself as she accidentally kicked an empty box. The sound of the box scraping across the floor had the Huntress looking around herself to see if someone heard her. There was no one around, at least no one she could see.
The ravenette was walking towards the back of the bank until she felt someone come up from behind her. Allison was in the middle of turning towards her attacker as someone gripped her arm, pulling Allison against them. However Allison had learned how to break out of this hold by her father.
Allison slammed her free arm down across the limb holding her but her attacker fought her off. The Huntress exchanged a few blows with the shadowed figure until her assailant pushed Allison against the wall with a thud.
Allison grunted as she tried to push back against her attacker but the forearm pressing against her throat had her gasping as she tried to hold back who happened to be her school's guidance counsellor.
"Ms Morrell?" Allison moaned in breathless shock against the older woman's grip.
The teacher was gritting her teeth at the young Hunter's curiosity and stupidity for coming here tonight.
"Keep your mouth shut and listen close! You have no idea what you just stepped into. Right now, you've got maybe 20 seconds to get your ass hidden!" The older woman rushed out in a harsh whisper so as not to be overheard. Ms Morrell pressed her forearm harder against Allison's throat to get the other girl to stop struggling against her and listen to what she had to say.
Allison groaned out in quiet confusion as she tried to pull the woman's arm away from her neck. "What are you doing?"
"Get in that storage closet over there. Lock the door. When you hear the fighting start, that's when you can come out." Ms Morrell instructed the young girl as she glanced back towards the door in concern.
Allison blinked. "What fighting?"
"You'll hear it! Now go!" Ms Morrell quietly snapped back at the annoying Huntress before pushing off the ravenette girl and running towards the door.
The Argent girl gasped loudly as the guidance counsellor finally released her from her death grip and touched her neck, frowning slightly as she wondered why Hope or Daphne didn't make their normal murderous comments or threats when Ms Morrell put her hands on her.
Allison shook her head, shaking away the thought for the moment as she decided to abide by Ms Morrell's directions and opened the door, squeezing inside before closing the door silently behind her.
- - -
"Remind me again that Allison is going to be alright tonight?" Daphne repeated for maybe the 3rd time as she paced through the Reserve angrily as she glanced back towards the still lit town in the distance.
Hope was in the middle of shedding her clothes as she felt the moon reaching its highest point in the sky. "So long as she follows the script that I remember, Allison will not come to any harm tonight. I promise."
"As for Ms Morrell, she better stay the fuck away from Allison if she wants to live." Hope continued with a low growl and glowing golden eyes.
"I wholeheartedly agree." Daphne stated as she stood up straight, bracing herself. "Okay. I'm ready. I'll do what I can to keep the pain away from Allison."
Hope shed her bra and panties as she waited for the full moon to start her first transformation in this new universe. The Tribrid thought that she should give Allison the opportunity to build up her limited mental barriers. " Allison. You might want to pull up your barriers right now. In maybe 10 seconds, I'm shifting into a Wolf. Daph's here with me to be the first line of defence but you may want to get ready. Just in case. "
- - -
Allison reached over beside the door to feel for the light switch, after locating the switch by touch she flicked it a couple of times but the electricity must be turned off in this condemned bank.
The ravenette silently gritted her teeth in annoyance as she moved to the other side of the door. Allison held her breath as she heard footsteps approaching towards the back of the bank, towards the vault. There was something hitting objects as it skittered across the ground making Allison's heart jump in fear.
The Huntress somehow knew in her soul that the people right outside the storage door were Werewolves. Allison looked around in the dark room with a surprised expression as she was able to read the label of the containers on the shelves.
Allison smirked as she read the large container labelled 'Ammonia'. She silently lifted the bottle off the shelf and unscrew the lid before placing it on the ground. The Huntress slowly tilted the bottle, allowing the strong smelling liquid to silently seep out of the container and onto the ground.
Allison heard a scratching noise from right outside the door before moving away until the ravenette nearly jerked into a shelf at the warning being broadcasted across the bond. " Allison. You might want to pull up your barriers right now. In maybe 10 seconds, I'm shifting into a Wolf. Daph's here with me to be the first line of defence but you may want to get ready. Just in case. "
Allison gulped as she silently berated herself. Hating that she somehow forgot that tonight was a Wolf night and that this was the day Hope would be breaking every bone in her body. The Huntress really wanted to swear and freak out over her innate fear of her bones breaking but she had to stay quiet otherwise the people outside would know she's in here, hiding.
The Huntress took off her jumper and placed it over the puddle of ammonia. She lifted the bottle upright so the liquid would stop pouring out of the container. Allison moved a few steps back, lowering to the ground to sit cross legged for two reasons. The first was to get into a meditative position and the other was by sitting on the ground she wouldn't be able to collapse into walls or the ground if her bones actually did break or if the pain was too much for her to handle.
It was maybe 5 seconds until Allison felt the first stab of pain reverberated through her bones. Thankfully, Allison could tell that her bones weren't actually breaking which she thanked the gods and anyone else who was listening. She sent a quick thanks over the bond to Daphne who sounded like she was trying her hardest not to groan.
Several more sharp pains resonated inside Allison's body as she silently screamed in pain at the uncomfortable feeling coursing through her body.
"Fuck." Allison breathed out in hushed pain as her eyes squinted shut at the sensation.
Suddenly Allison could feel Daphne or Hope pulling the pain away from her right before nearly all of Hope's broke simultaneously in one mass break, almost as though Hope wanted to complete the transformation faster to avoid any more pain towards her soulmates.
Allison let out a breath of relief as she knew the pain was over and she felt true serenity coming from Hope.
" Are you done? " The Huntress wondered in harsh breaths as she tried to catch her breath once again within the last couple of minutes.
" Sorry about that. Yes, I'm done…At least until I shift back later. On the plus side, I've figured out how this universe's magic affects my shift so it will only take me somewhere between 2-5 seconds from now on. However, I also learned how to pull some pain from one of you into myself as well, so the next time I want to shift in or out of my Wolf form it shouldn't hurt you or Daphne too much. " The Tribrid replied.
Allison frowned as she wondered in complete bizarre astonishment. " How can you be talking right now? Aren't you an actual Wolf at the moment? "
The Huntress could feel Hope's shrug and Daphne's tired but pained laughter come across the bond. " Hope learned she could communicate with me in Wolf form a long time ago. But wait until you see her in person. She's magnificent."
Allison groaned mutely as she pushed herself up to her feet using the metal shelving to help stabilise herself from the lingering ache weighing her down. " Wait a minute! You plan on shifting into your Wolf form and back more than once!!! Do you know how much that hurt?! I don't know if I can go through that again! "
" ... Yes??? My Wolf is a fundamental part of me and I promised to never deny any part of myself. Next time I shift won't be as bad. I promise that when I shift back it won't hurt like that again and if I'm shifting near you the Soulbond will recognise that I'm not in any danger and it won't share my pain with you." Hope replied placatingly as Daphne shifted into her own bright coloured blonde wolf who was brushing her furs against Hope's white-grey coat.
A very strong, very sudden wave of pleasure overcame Allison just then as a full-bodied shiver shook her frame. "Whoa." " What the heck was that? "
" Hope's Wolf gets extremely excited when my own wolf comes out to play with her. So fun fact, but Hope's Soulmates are strongly attached to one part of her Tribrid species." Allison blinked as she frowned at the new information given to her by the blonde Ice Witch.
"For instance, Hope's Werewolf is my Soulmate whereas yours is her Witch. This means that whenever one of these parts has control over Hope's body, the sensations are enhanced threefold. Basically… I just brushed up against Hope's side with my own wolf form. " Daphne exclaimed as she and Hope touched the tips of their noses together before running off into the forest.
" You can change without breaking any of your bones Daphne??? I'm starting to think Hope drew the short straw… Hang on! You are telling me that if I was standing near you during the shift it wouldn't have hurt? Why the hell didn't you tell me that?!? " Allison started in amusement before her dark eyes narrowed before berating the Tribrid.
Hope sighed in her mind with a small growl of guilt and remorse as she replied. " That's the tiny problem about the first shift. My body was unaware if this universe would allow my transformation thus the pain for this shift was real. I know this due to the pain Daphne felt even though she was by my side during the entire shift. "
Allison felt a little guilty for jumping down the Tribrid's throat as well as Daphne's but to a lighter degree. The Huntress was looking around the dark storage room with a critical eye, wondering for a moment how well she can see in the darkened room without a single light except for the sliver of light shining under the door.
The ravenette was about to reply to Hope and Daphne, to possibly apologise for her rash earlier response but Allison noticed something that shocked her that she let out a gasp of terror. "Oh!" Before quickly moving her hands up to her mouth to block any further noises and hoping that the people outside didn't hear her.
" Are you okay Allison? Do you need me? " Daphne offered with a fair amount of concern in her mental link.
" No! I'm okay…Well I'm not… I just found a body in the room I'm hiding in. I know her… Erica and I never got along but she was one of the people that I needed to apologise to… I did horrible things to her. Gave her information to my grandfather. He used that information to hunt her down and torture her with electricity. " Allison replied quickly before taking a breath as the sorrow of her past actions caught up to her.
The sounds of growls ringing out and sharp claws scratching against concrete and metal forcing Allison to her feet. She needed to leave this bank before being caught by the Werewolves fighting further inside the bank. Allison had the storage door open and was about to dash to the exit but she heard Scott's pained cry coming from deeper in the bank.
The Huntress disregarded her old plan and quickly made her way towards the sounds of fighting to be greeted by the sight of Scott being attacked by Boyd and Derek struggling to hold off a small brunette girl who was doing her best to slash his sides to shreds.
Allison saw Boyd about to land a fatal strike on Scott and she called out loudly. "Look out!"
Scott's eyes widened at Allison's presence in the bank and as badly as he wanted to ask her what she was doing here he couldn't draw enough breath to question her.
The Argent girl glanced down as she looked inside the vault, honestly wondering why the Werewolves were fighting each other in the vault rather than attacking the easier target, herself, the human. A thick line of dark grey powder lined the entire inside of the vault.
Mountain Ash.
Allison was about to brush the powder to break the seal and release the Werewolves from their confined prison but she stopped at the shout from Derek. "No! Don't break the seal!"
The Huntress weighed her options as she looked at the fight she was witnessing and her heart ached at the sight of Scott being pummelled to a pulp. She made her decision and reached down to break the seal.
"Boyd!" The archer shouted to gain his attention which she obviously did as he raced past her while being followed by the other unknown Werewolf girl.
Scott skidded down the wall in pain and exhaustion as the wounds on his face and arms slowly started to stitch themselves together. Derek on the other hand growled at her and advanced toward the Huntress with murder in his eyes.
The brown haired teenager could literally sense the older man's ire directed towards his ex and called out while trying to get to his feet to protect her. "Don't hurt her!"
