chapter 12

Derek was hovering very close to Allison, getting in her personal space as he growled down at her. "What were you thinking???"

Allison looked between the two Werewolves and replied honestly as she believes that she just saved their lives from being mauled by two out of control Werewolves.

"That I had to do something!" The ravenette snapped back at the taller man in frustration as she was sick and tired of Derek talking down at her like she was some useless kid.

"She saved our lives." Scott admitted solemnly.

Derek turned to face Scott with a look of annoyance and exasperation. "Yeah? And what do you think they are going to do out there?" The Alpha returned his angry gaze at Allison as he questioned her with malice coating his words. "Do you have any idea what we just set free?"

Allison frowned for a moment before becoming highly offended by the accusation made by the man who murdered her mother. "You want to blame me? Well, I'm not the one turning teenagers into killers!"

Derek had the audacity to scoff before moving slightly out of her personal space, shaking his head at her words. "No. No, that's just the rest of your family."

The Huntress sucked in a breath as she was trembling with fury, not just from herself, but also from the two wolves who were standing completely still in the forest. The fur on both of the wolves were raised high on its hackles as they growled dangerously into the moonlight.

"I made mistakes… Gerard is not my fault." Allison declared with heat burning behind her eyes.

Apparently Derek didn't seem to care about the tidal wave of emotions crashing into him as he made his next angered quip. "And what about your mother?"

That comment was like a slap to the face. Allison's emotions simmered down as she asked quietly, disbelief in her voice. "What do you mean?"

Derek looked somewhat pleased with himself as he faced Scott. "Tell her, Scott."

Allison's heart paused for a moment as she turned to her ex. "What does he mean, Scott?"

At the defeated and guilty look on his face, Allison's heart slowly shattered as she repeated her previous words. "What does he mean?"

- - -

Hope and Daphne whined sadly in the back of their throats as Scott told Allison what happened that night of the rave. How Allison's mother hit him with her car, knocking him out then she used vapourised wolfsbane to kill him. The only reason he survived was because of Derek. Derek came to help him after Scott managed to release a painful howl requesting help from someone.

When Allison asked him why he didn't tell her, Scott being the gentle soul he is, sadly said "I… I couldn't. Allison, I couldn't let that be the last memory that you had of her."

The Tribrid could relate to this quite a bit considering her father's history. Hope and Daphne greatly appreciate that Scott is willing to hold that painful information inside himself to safeguard Allison's last memory of her mother.

Both of the white-grey and blonde wolves were sitting in the middle of the forest. They were facing one another as the wolves started crying from the intense emotions Allison was feeling at this moment.

Hope suddenly yelped as she tried to bury her sensitive ears under her paws, a rather poor attempt to cover her ears as a powerful loud scream practically knocked her on her ass. Daphne looked at Hope in concern as she couldn't hear what her soulmate could so very obviously hear.

"God! Why am I getting a migraine? I already have enough on my plate without adding a migraine on top of this." Allison groaned through the bond with a mass amount of annoyance in her voice.

"Lydia's currently screaming. Hope can hear it." Daphne related to her other soulmate who quickly grew concerned at the implication.

"Is Lydia okay?" Allison questioned as she pushed her emotions to the side as she turned the keys in the ignition, starting the car and putting the car in drive but she didn't take her foot off the break yet.

Hope stood back up on all fours and shook her head as she was trying to shake the sound out of her ears. "Lydia is fine. We're not that far from her home and I can hear her. She's telling her mum that she's going to the store… Except her mum's not home otherwise she would've heard her screaming like a lunatic… Ha! She just made a joke about lunatic. She must've either walked outside or looked out a window to see the full moon."

Hope could feel the dual eye roll from both Daphne and Allison.

The Werewolf barked out a snickering laugh in her Wolf form that sounded exactly like Muttley from Wacky Races. Daphne just stared at Hope in bewilderment as she still couldn't believe the sounds that Hope could make while in her Wolf form. Allison snorted in their minds as she must've got the reference of that noise since the Huntress shook her head in exasperation at the Tribrid's antics before making her choice on which direction to drive off to.

Hope lightly snapped her teeth together to gain the blonde wolf's attention. Daphne's wolf took off through the woods as she recognised the game that her Mate wanted to play. Powerful thuds were tracking Daphne through the forest as Hope chased her.

Alexandria whistled from above the wolves as she happily trailed along with the wolf pair, joining in with the game the couple were playing. This was not uncommon as both of the birds occasionally joined in with these games of tag with the wolves.

Myrddin had Alexandria join the girls more frequently than he did himself as the Phoenix saw it as a training exercise. Dodging trees or environmental obstacles while anticipating whenever one of the wolves would launch themselves by using a tree or rock for a boost up to tag the bird.

Whichever wolf was the tagger would leap into the air to nip at the bird's wingtips or tail feathers to tag in the bird. Alexandria, if tagged in, would swoop down closer to the ground and use her claws for tagging which is another thing Myrddin wanted Alexandria to learn.

Not hitting the ground at high speeds when trying to tag the she-wolves.

The wolves unfortunately didn't get as much time to play as they normally would as another Banshee Scream sounded through the air, once again dropping the Tribrid to the ground. Daphne shifted back into her human form as she dropped beside the silver Wolf and covered Hope's ears with her own hands.

"Sweet Merlin… Lydia's screams are wreaking havoc on your superhearing. Hope, darling, you seriously need to work on building a better resistance to Lydia's scream or figure out some kind of spell or rune to cancel out the volume of the sound." Daphne complained as she decided to intercept the pain heading towards Allison and taking it into herself.

Hope grumbled in small growls, voicing her displeasure but heard her phone ringing from Daphne's pocket. The Tribrid poked her wet nose against Daphne's pocket and the blonde rolled her eyes as she pulled out the phone, reading 'Lydia' on the phone.

The Witch tapped the green button and lifted the phone up to her ear. "Hey."

"... Daphne? I thought I called Hope?" The strawberry blonde's confused voice sounded through the small device.

"You did. Unfortunately Hope doesn't have opposable thumbs nor legible vocal cords." Daphne replied with the straightest face possible.

Hope growled at Daphne at that comment as she heard Lydia's jaw click closed at the sound.

"Oh… Right… Werewolf. She turns into an actual wolf. Right." Lydia remarked as her brain caught up with her.

After a few moments of silence Daphne cleared her throat before speaking. "So, is there anything I can help you with or do you specifically need Hope since she heard your screams?"

"She did?" Lydia blinked at that knowledge.

Lydia considered her options before answering. "Either, or both of you would be great, but I suppose Daphne would be better at this moment since she can keep me company without Stiles wondering why there is a Wolf hanging around a crime scene."

Daphne looked down to the white-grey Werewolf who growled out a noise that the blonde associates with 'go' as she motions her head to the side.

"Where are you?" Daphne asked after getting Hope's approval.

"The Beacon Hills Swimming Pool?" Lydia replied with a slight amount of confusion in her voice.

Hope and Daphne stared at one another as they wondered if they had seen where the swimming pool was. The Tribrid tilted her wolfish head as she bobbed her head and shared the location with the blonde Ice Witch.

"Okay. I know where that is. Now here's the important question. Is anyone else around or is it just you?" Daphne questioned the strawberry blonde with such a serious voice.

Lydia was absolutely confused at the query until she remembered that apparation is a thing and groaned silently to herself before looking around. "Just me. If you apparate to the entry of the swimming pool you won't land in a puddle of blood."

Daphne immediately apparated across town, landing in the exact location that Lydia mentioned and looked at the ground in front of the strawberry blonde. "Well… That's a bloody sight and a half. I'm calling it now. Hope gets the next crime scene. Wow!"

Lydia almost jumped at Daphne's appearance but held her ground as she literally watched as the Ice Witch apparated in front of her. A swirling mass of light coloured skin, blonde hair, jeans and the emerald green of the older girl's shirt.

Lydia blinked a couple of times to comprehend what she just saw before her brain could even start to process what Daphne just said. "You think this is going to happen again? Oh come on! Why do I have to find all the dead bodies? How is that fair?"

Daphne jerked back as she heard Lydia's complaints from the source as well as through Hope's phone which the blonde was still holding against her ear. The Ice Witch moved over next to the strawberry blonde and clicked the red button on the touch screen.

Daphne sighed heartedly as she pulled the other girl into an unfamiliar side-hug since the recluse girl rarely showed affection towards too many people. "It's not. But I'm afraid that it will be something that you'll either have to grow accustomed to the violence you witness or you ignore your calling and Death could take matters into its own hands."

Lydia froze in Daphne's rare affection at the choices given to her and buried her nose into the blonde's shoulder with ease.

"Between those two options, I certainly hope you pick the former. Lydia… You choose your own life. Look, Lydia. Violence, death, gore, blood and all the nasty stuff in between. You one day may become desensitised to all the horrors the world has to offer, or you could figure a way to dedicate yourself in using your abilities to potentially save these victims you scream for. You can hate what you see but please don't ignore it." Daphne pulled the other girl closer as she realised that she initially scared Lydia which wasn't what the Hogwarts Witch wanted to do but Daphne remained resolute in telling Lydia the truth while offering some advice.

A car engine sounded from the road, hitting the driveway with a loud bump, entering the parking lot and slowly approaching the swimming pool, gaining Daphne's attention. The Ice Witch looked over the Banshee's head as the large vehicle came to a stop right next to Lydia's car, the repair shop had finished servicing Lydia's car and after installing a new windshield.

"Did you call anyone else, love?" Daphne questioned the other girl.

Lydia frowned as she could've sworn that Hope was the one who loved to use that endearment, not Daphne. Pulling away from Daphne with a concerned expression to see the blonde looking behind her with a small glare.

Lydia turned to face whatever Daphne was looking at and sighed, placing a hand on the taller girl's shoulder. "It's just Stiles. The cops should also be on their way as well. Besides, when do you say 'love'?"

Daphne smirked as she replied. "Only when I'm with someone who knows that I don't use the word 'love' as my endearment. It's a surefire way to gain their attention and put them on alert."

"Wow! You are paranoid." Lydia responded with an exasperated shake of her head as she removed her hand from the Witch's shoulder, aided slightly by the blonde shrugging her shoulders at Lydia's observation.

The squeaky hinge on the Jeep's door opened and Daphne could hear Stiles grumbling to himself, wondering why Lydia would contact the new girl as he slammed the door shut.

"Stiles doesn't seem to be impressed with my attendance… Do you want me to play interference or let you handle the conversation?" Daphne questioned as the young boy was making his way over to them.

"I can handle Stiles." The strawberry blonde admitted confidently, Daphne nodded her head in understanding.

"Fair enough. I'll follow your lead… As long as he doesn't do anything stupid." Daphne murmured the last part as the lanky boy was only a few strides away.

"What is she doing here?" Stiles grunted out as he stood in front of the two girls.

"I called her obviously. Daph was close by and decided to join me since she was in the area." Lydia replied.

"Really?" He scoffed in disbelief.

"What are you even doing out during the middle of the night?" Stiles directed this question towards the blonde with his arms crossed over his chest.

Daphne wanted to smirk at the dishevelled boy who looked like he lived off multiple cups of coffee but she just sighed before answering calmly. "I like going on runs. It's a wonderful way to exercise and midnight runs under a full moon can be quite… Spectacular."

Stiles narrowed his eyes on the blonde. "You should be more careful on nights like these."

"Why? Wolves don't actually need a full moon to frolic through the forest. Night. Day. Hot. Cold. None of these make a difference whether or not a Wolf will rip someone apart." Daphne bit back, silently apologising to Lydia while Stiles looked like a fish out of water.

Daphne made a motion back to the pool of blood on the ground as well as the lifeguard seat, moving closer to the dead body in the chair quickly noticing the lack of any claw or bite marks.

"Unlike this poor sod. Even with the amount of blood coating his body there's no aggression signifying the presence of a Werewolf, you know, since there hasn't been any sighting of wolves in California for what 50-60 years?" The blonde mentioned with an analytical eye before directing her last questioning fact to Lydia to support her claim.

Lydia whistled as she let out a long suffering sigh coated with anxiety as she looked back to the large amount of blood on the ground. "Would you both quit it! I just found a dead body and you are both acting like it doesn't matter!"

Daphne and Stiles broke their tense eye contact and turned to Lydia.

Stiles sighed and moved towards his crush, taking both of her hands in his as he genuinely asked. "Are you okay, Lydia?"

Lydia shakingly replied. "I'm okay… That, over there? Not okay."

The lanky haired boy walked past Lydia then Daphne to observe the scene as gulped at the sight. "Yeah. All right. I'm gonna call my dad."

"I've already called 911." Lydia helpfully supplied.

Stiles looked offended as he turned back to Lydia. "You called the police before you called me? And what about her?"

"I called her after I spoke to you, Stiles." The strawberry blonde attempted to placate the easily irritable boy.

Until a confused thought crossed Lydia's mind as she glanced over to Stiles and tilted her head with a baffled expression written on her face. "I'm supposed to call you first when I find a dead body??"

Daphne was watching Stiles go red in the face as he looked like he wanted to rip out his hair as he shouted back at Lydia. "YES!!!"

Lydia jerked in shock at the anger in Stiles' voice and moved into Daphne's protective space. The Ice Witch glared at the young boy and thankfully he took the threat for what it was and moved away a bit to call Scott. What shocked Daphne more was that Stiles was blaming a couple of Werewolves, Boyd and Cora. A couple of moon suppressed Werewolves, with little to no control of their bloodlust.

After Stiles got off the phone Daphne asked. "Why did you lie to him?"

"What do you mean?" Stiles bit back.

"You lied. No Werewolf who has been removed from the effects of a full moon and released tonight would be that clean. There were no bite marks or claw marks from a fully Wolfed-out Werewolf. They didn't do this and you know that. So why did you lie?" Daphne reiterated with a narrowed glare as red and blue lights were driving into the parking lot.

Stiles remained quiet as the officer took in the scene and got statements from all three of the kids, offering them an escort home. Daphne declared that Lydia was her ride when asked by one of the officers on how she was getting home. Lydia backed her up saying that she wanted the company after what she saw and the officers were understanding regarding the circumstances the young girls experienced.

Stiles in the meantime was glaring towards the blonde while he was leaning up against his Jeep as the officers quickly grew tired of his quirks and would just tell the Sheriff that his son was at a crime scene and let their boss deal with Stiles.

Lydia and Daphne made their way over to the strawberry blonde's car after finishing their statements and giving the pair a police escort to follow them home. The escort officer asked the blonde if there was anyone she needed to inform about her location.

Daphne shook her head. "No. My fiance is out tonight on a camping trip. We live alone."

"What about family?"

"Not here. My dad passed away nearly a year ago now and my fiance's parents also died when she was 15." Daphne replied shortly with a chilly stare.

The officer slowly nodded and backed away into their work vehicle without another word.

Stiles blinked as did Lydia at Daphne's cold delivery. "Your parents are dead?"

"My dad is dead. My mum and sister are alive but back in England. No point worrying them when there is nothing to explain. People die everyday. Every hour. Every minute. Nothing we can do to change that." Daphne expressed as she opened the passenger door of Lydia's car and hopped in, closing the door behind her.

"A load of sunshine that one is." The officer blurted out in veiled surprise while Stiles bobbed his head in agreement.

Allison was walking in the woods slowly, constantly checking the soft ground for footprints, carefully tracking Boyd and Cora's prints as a few miles back the Huntress saw where Scott, Derek and possibly Isaac lost track of them and got turned around.

Allison quietly snickered under her breath at the thought of 'Alpha' Derek Hale couldn't even track his own sister by scent or footprints.

While Allison was trekking through the Preserve she felt conflicting emotions coming through the bond. One of complete freedom mixed with a dash of heat, signalling that this was Hope, whereas Daphne on the other hand was fuming with anger, annoyance and then suddenly everything went blank.

Allison frowned a little as she stopped for a second and focused on the bond. There was no wall blocking Allison from accessing Daphne's emotions. There was just nothing there.

" Welcome to Daphne's Occlumency ability. It's basically what we want to teach you. How to block your mind rather than the Soulbond. I know. It can be very odd not to feel her like normal but she's still there. You can feel it. I don't know what is happening with Daph but she's with Lydia and Stiles… Maybe? " Hope informed the curious Huntress.

"This is what you want me to learn? If I knew we could do that I would've put more effort into training. " Allison laughed a little still feeling Hope's giddiness of running under a full moon in the beautiful scenery.

" Our door is always open to you, love. Whenever you want. " Hope cheerfully supplied as she cut a sharp corner to avoid running into a large boulder.

" Thanks… Why did Daphne close off her mind to us? " Allison wondered as it confused her greatly after being connected to both of them for the last couple of weeks.

Hope huffed as she was in the middle of jumping up a few trees to reach a height to nip Alexandria's wingtips causing the young bird to squawk in offence as she was tagged by the wolf. " Daph has an uncanny ability to sense whenever I needed the silence to focus on a mission or objective without emotions getting in the way. In fact, if you need me to do the same, I will. "

" No… It's fine. Feeling yours and Daphne's emotions is becoming the new norm for me. Without Daph, it feels too quiet and your emotions currently feel like you are having the time of your life. " Allison admitted with a small smile before returning to her tracking.

The Huntress made it another couple of miles before coming to a stop and pulling out one of her ringed daggers. These daggers were no longer curved but straight as those weapons reminded her of her dark path that Gerard had taken her down and she didn't want any weapons that associated with what she used before.

Her father's words were echoing in her head as she pressed her dagger to the muscled area roughly about an inch down from her left wrist and drew a line across the tender flesh. ' Actual wolves are known to track their prey by up to a hundred miles a day by scent. A trained Hunter can use scent to track them. If the wind is with them, wolves can track a scent by a distance of two miles, which means we can draw them to us, into a trap.'

Allison watched as a few drops of her blood splashed off the ground and she looked up, listening to the sounds around her to see if the rogue Werewolves were in the immediate area. Since the ravenette could still hear the quiet sounds of forest critters around it means that the predatory Werewolves were not close by.

Allison sheathed her dagger before pulling her backpack in front of her, against her chest and pulled out a pair of infrared goggles. ' The full moon does give us one advantage. They will have a higher heat signature, which makes them easier to spot with infrared .'

"Thank you dad." Allison murmured under her breath as she scanned her surroundings with the goggles.

Allison pulled out her phone and opened a map tagging her phone's GPS over the map. She was getting awfully close to the town, much closer than she would've liked. The Huntress needed somewhere to contain the Werewolves that escaped the vault… The vault. Allison zoomed in on the map, noticing how close she was to the school. The boiler room would be an excellent location to lock the Werewolves up until the sun rises in another couple of hours.

With a plan in mind, Allison kept quiet but quickened her pace considerably as she made her way to the school.

- - -

Hope stopped her game with Alexandria as she turned her paw over in curiosity, like she felt a branch snap at her paw and cut the skin but there was nothing there.

The Tribrid yelped as she heard a subsonic sound coming from towards the school and internally groaned when she remembered that Chris was teaching Scott, Derek and Isaac how to track Werewolves and lead them into a trap by using ultrasonic emitters.

The sound emitting from these devices are annoying for Hope but it was a sound that Hope could ignore with a little time and meditation. Only a few moments later Hope was able to ignore the noises and chose to send Alexandria home or to wherever Daphne was as she followed the trail that the older Hunter was leaving behind.

Hope was covering the distance much faster than either Chris, Scott, Derek or Isaac could as she made it to the school in about a minute and she passed the others on her way through. Derek was talking to Peter about Cora and how Derek had to consider killing the two Werewolves before they could take any more innocent lives, referring to the body Lydia found at the swimming pool.

The snowy coloured wolf's ears perked up as she heard a familiar heartbeat somewhere at the school. The wolf smiled as she took off towards the heartbeat, tracking Allison's scent of silver, forest and moonlight… With a hint of blood. Not a lot, but enough for Hope to do a quick double take to her paw in thought.

" Hey darling. I just wanted to let you know that Lydia's asked for me to stay the night as she doesn't want to worry her mother if she comes back. " Daphne let her wife know over their bond after opening the connection to both Hope and Allison now that she has calmed down since Stiles finally left.

Hope made a small noise in the back of her throat, something between a growl and the wolf equivalent of a 'huh'. " Natalie isn't home… It's the sparrow-fart hours of the morning! Why isn't she at home? "

" No idea. Not even Lydia knows… " Daphne replied with a frown that Hope was copying in her wolf form.

" ... Nah… I don't like it. And I know you don't either. I can feel your skepticism about Miss Martin's sudden ghosting act with her daughter. You know what? Alexandria is getting bored doing nothing all day while we are at school." Hope suggested to her Mate, silently questioning the Witch if she's being too paranoid or not paranoid enough.

Daphne's soothing voice answered the Tribrid's query. " That's because you don't want any of the Werewolves at the school to scent Alexandria and use this knowledge to harm your baby Thunderbird. "

" Ask Alexandria after you get home or even in the afternoon. She would need to wait until Natalie returned to the house before starting to track her. " Daphne offered her input to the Emrys descendant.

Hope sent a salute of approval through the bond.

Hope was using the cover of night and the small amount of bushes to hide within as she watched Allison scale the classic yellow school bus. First by jumping on the hood then pulling herself up to the roof. The Tribrid's tongue lolled out of her mouth as the wolf stared at the Huntress' ass as she climbed up the bus.

" I'm going to hell. " Hope remarked to Daphne who just laughed.

" I can tell and I bet Allison felt that as well. " The Ice Witch relayed back to just Hope until both girls felt Allison enter the chat.

" Hope? Are you staring at a naked Daphne? " The Huntress questioned as she froze on top of the bus roof.

Daphne's musical laugh came through the bond, Hope settled on her stomach as she stared up from the bush. Observing the ravenette as she pulled her recurve bow over her head and shoulder, swiftly moving her bow to her left hand. Allison drew an arrow from her quiver and placed the arrow on the bowstring before crouching, hiding her form from the ground.

" ... No. " Hope responded unconvincingly with a regretful sigh knowing that this reply definitely did not sound genuine.

" Liar. " Allison laughed from her position on the bus as she brushed her hair behind her ears to make it easier to shoot when the time came.

" I wasn't staring at Daphne. I promise. Daph is at Lydia's. " Hope answered more confidently as she heard the approaching footsteps.

Daphne chimed in. " Sadly enough. Hope is telling the truth. I am at Lydia's and Hope isn't here. So who else would cause a reaction like that from our darling Wolf? "

Hope groaned through the bond and Allison realised what Daphne meant as she stood up to glance around the area looking for Hope, calling out through the bond as she couldn't give away her location to the other Werewolves in the area by yelling out loud for the Tribrid. " Hope! Where are you? "

" Allison, use the bond to find her. Remember, the magical lo-jack? … I still don't know what that is by the way, but by the way you said it, it sounded important. " Daphne recounted back to the Huntress.

" Bloody minx! I'll get you back for that love. " Hope promised her Mate.

" Oh I know and I look forward to it. " Daphne flirted back, making Allison visibly shiver at the sensation of the girl's casual banter.

Allison followed the heated sensation in her mind to a shrub in the distance and saw a pair of glowing gold spots shining through the leaves. The Huntress pulled the bowstring back, pointing the arrow in the Tribrid's direction.

" Uh-oh. Um… Allison? How about instead of shooting me, you use those flashbang arrows on Boyd and Cora who are making their way over the roof of the school and are about to drop down in three… Two… " Hope offered as she rose back up to a pouncing position, getting ready to attack.

Allison gritted her teeth and shook her head as she really wanted to shoot an arrow at Hope for spying on her but she needed to stop Boyd and Cora foremost. " This isn't over, Wolfy. "

Hope sighed realising that she's just delaying the inevitable. " Yeah. I know. "

The Werewolves dropped to the ground searching on where to run next but before they could start running Isaac was coming around a corner, ready to corral them into the school.

Allison on the other hand was quick to act. The archer fired arrow after arrow, advancing along the roof of the bus as she got closer to the Werewolves, cutting the distance that the arrows had to travel. The Huntress roughly used about 7 flashbang arrows before feeling the urge to stop firing.

The ravenette wanted to release another arrow but her fingers wouldn't let go, making Allison frown. "Why?" The Huntress muttered under her breath.

In a flash of a brilliant white-grey blur, Allison watched as a wolf barrelled into both of the Werewolves that she had just been firing at. The wolf seemed like it was stronger than both of the moon-suppressed and enraged Werewolves as they struggled underneath the powerful frame.

Hope was growling low in her throat as she kept these two teen Wolves under her sharp claws. The Tribrid snapped her teeth at them before unleashing a powerful and dominating roar right into the Werewolves' faces.

Boyd and Cora froze at the ferocious roar, something even more powerful than an Alpha Roar which they were able to bypass in their altered state.

But this. No.

This roar, they couldn't resist. Both of their faces lost their wolfish features, except for their eyes. They were glowing a luminescent gold and both of the wolves were bearing their necks as far as they would go.

In the corner of Allison's eye, she watched as Isaac locked up as the roar from the wolf dropped him down to one knee, his arm resting on his knee, outstretched with his wrist up. Isaac's eyes were also glowing, much brighter than she's ever seen a Werewolf's eyes glow. In fact, Boyd and Cora's eyes were also glowing just as bright as Isaac's.

Hope could only imagine that this roar had every Werewolf dropping down to a knee, declaring her as their Queen. Derek, Scott, Peter most likely if he was still in the immediate area and possibly Deucalion, due to his extrasensory senses after Gerard took his sight.

The white-grey wolf didn't know if this included any other members of the Alpha Pack or Satomi's Pack in Beacon County.

The teen wolves under Hope closed their eyes as they started to whimper in intense fear at the overwhelming power radiating from the wolf above them. Hope turned to where Allison was and leaped up on top of the bus in a single leap.

" Holster your bow love. We need to leave before your father makes his way around the school. " Hope informed the Huntress as she moved to the side offering her flank for Allison to climb onto her back.

Allison blinked at the white-grey wolf in shock and amazement. "Hope?"

Hope scoffed at the ravenette and rolled her eyes at the obvious observation. " Who else would it be? Wolves aren't found in California. Werewolves? Absolutely. But how many can turn into actual Wolves? You already know I can. You literally felt it a few hours ago. "

"Holy shit!" Allison breathed out until Hope's head shot around to the side of the building, her gaze followed Hope's and she saw her dad running around the corner. "Shit!"

Allison quickly moved her bow over her head, allowing the bowstring to secure across her chest similar to a seatbelt before mounting Hope's back like she had done it a million times. The Huntress lowered her body as close as she could to Hope's back and clutching at the thick fur around the scruff of her neck.

Hope grinned to herself as Allison settled on her back. The Tribrid dropped off the top of the bus smoothly, barely jostling her passenger before zooming out towards the forest. Hope shot off faster than the human eye could perceive. Her paws struck the ground at an impossible speed as she swerved around the trees with practised ease.

The Huntress was exhilarated at moving at such a speed. Allison felt like she was flying through the forest but unfortunately she wasn't truly able to experience the moment as she couldn't open her eyes against the wind rushing against her face.

In the last 30 seconds of their escape Hope slowed down for Allison to enjoy racing through the forest. Hope mentally told the ravenette that she could loosen her grip a little and sit up to take in the surroundings.

Occasionally just for fun, Hope would make a few entertaining leaps and parkour kicks off large tree trunks to keep this trip interesting. A hint of adrenaline every once in a while to keep Allison excited and clutching onto Hope's fur to avoid slipping off the wolf's sturdy frame.

The white-grey wolf slowed down after a few minutes of hard running as she made her way back towards where she originally shifted.

Hope came to a stop in the middle of a clearing. Glowing amber eyes glanced back over her shoulder to Allison before directing her eyes to the ground, silently telling the girl to hop off her back.

Allison blinked at the expression given by the wolf and gracefully dismounted off Hope's back. "Where are we Hope?" Allison questioned, watching the wolf move over to a large tree root and dug out some clothes.

The Huntress' dark eyes widened at the silent implication of Hope carrying some clothes in her sharp teeth as she made her way towards the back of the same thick tree.

"Oh… Okay." Allison remarked as her last word broke as she swallowed down the thick layer of saliva that was coating the back of her throat.

" Sweet Merlin Allison!!! And you call us horny? Good luck explaining that one to Hope, especially after she stared at your ass earlier. " Daphne retorted in utter amusement, laughing away over their bond making the Huntress blush a deep red.

Allison jolted slightly, hearing multiple bones break from behind the tree. The cracking sounds made Allison's heart clenched tightly but she didn't feel any physical pain coming from the Werewolf.

Hope's voice sounded from behind the tree. "We are roughly a couple of miles away from my home. After I finish dressing I can apparate us back there or if you don't want to apparate we can always walk?"

The archer's brain short-circuited for a few moments as she slowly blinked, trying her hardest not to picture the Tribrid naked. This repeated thought caused both Daphne and Hope to laugh, one obviously in the Huntress' mind while the other was coming from behind the tree.

Half of Hope's head peered out from behind the tree to look at the embarrassed girl. "Are you sure you wouldn't like a peek, love?"

At the Tribrid's cheeky eyebrow raise Allison made an awkward cough and went to clear her throat as she grumbled something about asshole Werewolves.

Hope chuckled at this as she stepped around the tree dressed in her bra and jeans, casually holding her shirt in hand as she spoke in an 'oh so' innocent tone. "Something the matter, Allison?"

"I thought you wanted to learn how to fight? This is how you wanted us to dress while fighting." Hope held her arms out shamelessly as she gave the Huntress an unobstructed view of her bra-clad torso with a wide ass grin plastered on her face.

Allison's jaw unconsciously dropped at the sight as her eyes slowly trailed down Hope's toned, lightly tanned stomach until the Huntress realised that the brunette was sporting an impressive set of abs.

Hope was highly amused by her Soulmate's reaction but tilted her head to the side as the archer subconsciously moved closer. The Tribrid remained still wanting to know what her nearly drooling Soulmate wanted to do.

Allison reached out with her right hand and touched the firm abdominal muscle with a single finger, testing the strength hiding within the 5'3" frame.

The Huntress laid her entire hand against Hope's abs and hip as she muttered out her initial response. "Holy fuck."

Hope shivered at the sensation as goosebumps rose on the skin around Allison's hand, the ravenette's thumb was softly brushing back and forth over a couple of defined lines on the Tribrid's stomach.

Daphne mentally whacks the Tribrid on the back of her head, smacking Hope out of her state of pleasure and enticing Hope to pull her shirt over the top of her head, finishing dressing herself with an internal sigh.

Hope drags the hem of the shirt all the way down to her jeans and pulls Allison's hand out from under her shirt, the archer finally managed to come back to herself as she swallowed deeply at the built up saliva.

"I guess I don't have to ask if you like what you see." The Mikaelson girl smirked widely.

Allison blinked as her brain just spurted out the first thing that came to mind. "Considering Daphne narked on you for staring at my ass I'm going to assume that you're not too hard to please."

Hope's eyes widened while Daphne's jaw mentally dropped to the floor.

"What can I say? You have a wonderful ass Allison." The Tribrid recovered after a moment with another large smile, ever so pleased that the ravenette was willing to banter back with her.
