Kissing wasn't 2

For some strange reason, they were stealing kisses from each other every moment they were left alone. And time and time again, she found herself throwing caution out of the window.

Apparently, Karlos did not know their frequent actions had left her in a daze and when his lips kept devouring hers, Berlin couldn't calm her head enough to think straight.

It was like she was a crack person, seeking crack in front of him.

Her heart began to beat in her chest with each second that went by. But rather than pulling away, she held him, pulling him closer and yearning to feel his lips as well.

Letting her eyes drop close as well, Berlin parted her lips more and Karlos took that opportunity and slid into her mouth.

What was wrong with him? Why was his body burning and his heart beating in his ears? He had never felt like this before.

A shiver went down her spine. The way he suddenly held the back of her head and deepened the kiss.

The kiss wasn't rushed as both of them took their time to savor and appreciate what the other gave. It was as if they were floating on water.

Karlos who had much experience did not understand why he kissed her that way, taking his time, but he maintained that pace nonetheless.

He moved his hands from her head and trailed them to her face, cupping her cheek in his hands and lightly caressing her, further allowing her to melt into it.

Everything about that moment felt perfect, right from her soft cherry lips to her soft little tongue, though unskilled but still felt divine.

Karlos felt himself be drawn further into her and wanted to keep tasting her more, kissing her with everything he had while being gentle and demanding.

She tasted of sweet spices and the medicine flavor, just like the soup she took and that had intensified the intoxication Karlos felt and he kissed her some more.

She couldn't match with his intensity and finally began to tire out even though she seemed to want more than anything for it to continue.

By the time he broke the kiss so they could catch their breaths, Berlin was already fully red again by now and a panting mess as her eyes spurned in her head at how lovely the kiss was.

Never would she have imagined that kissing him again could be this good as the first. All her little resolutions had rushed out of her mind and evaporated into thin air during it all. There was something about the way he kissed her that made her heart feel giddy and needed more.

What his kisses were doing to her, only made her imagine how being with him all the time, would feel like if she already felt a tingling sensation.

'Good Lord, he was doing things to my body without doing almost nothing' Anger boiled inside of her upon allowing him to take liberties with her after counseling herself on so many occasions and all he did was use a kiss to break her resolve and making them drop to their knees in submission.

'Get your scattered mind together Berlin!' she scolded herself yet again before opening her eyes to meet his.

Subconsciously, Karlos licked his lips as he gazed deep into her eyes.

He wanted more for some reason but he knew he shouldn't have more. He didn't know what came over him to do that just now but he knew he wanted to.

"There, now it was not so hard was it?' he asked calmly.

"Maybe you should go easy on me next time." She pouted her lips in grievance.

"I will keep that in mind."Leaving Berlin to rest, Karlos made his way out while taking his meal, the guards and the officer moved out of his way as they sensed his presence.

Immediately the door closed shut, Berlin reached up to her lips with her fingers and lightly traced her lips as her mind replayed the whole thing in her head.

"Ahhh!" She screamed.' I must be going crazy.

When Tasha was done with cooling off, that took her longer than expected. She headed back to the VIP ward to check up on her best friend and try to keep appearances.

As soon as she got to the entrance, Tasha entered, she raised her hand, waving at where Berlin was but not before scanning the room to find Karlos.

'Where is he? Is he finally bored with her presence?'

Seeing her friend lying on the bed with an injured arm, she didn't feel any empathy at all. Anger, Jealousy and hatred were all she felt at the moment. Jealousy that Berlin had the audacity to make advances at her man. She should know better.

Berlin getting hurt today, made her feel regretful. Regretful because she had not died instead. 'What a pity.' she thought.

"Hey Babe, Is everything alright?" she asked and walked to where she was giving her a hug.

"Yes," It came out as a whisper. Berlin began to feel tensed.

They hugged each other for some seconds before pulling apart. She took a seat close to her, their pretentious smile still plastered on their faces.

"I am sorry I didn't come earlier." She said sounding apologetic. 'How could this woman be so hypocritical?' Berlin thought as she kept her guard up.

"It's alright, And I am doing fine." She really was getting better because it could have gotten much worse.

"Why did you go out all alone? You could have asked me to go with you if you wanted to go anywhere." This reminded Berlin that she had completely forgotten about her bag and what was in it. At this moment, she was grateful for passwords.

"It's nothing really," Berlin answered her. "What about you?" She knew Tasha wanted to ask about her whereabouts but she didn't.

"Not been good, Berlin" Tasha replied trying to make fun of her.

"What! Why?" Berlin asked out of curiosity.

"Because next month on the ninth, Karlos and I will be having our high school reunion. There will be a party after. I was hoping you could attend but you are bruised up. And I won't have my friend beside me " Tasha lamented but within her heart, she was jubilating.

'High school Reunion?'

Berlin suddenly remembered in her previous lifetime, she went to the same reunion and she was...
