At first Kcrow wondered if it was the fact that he could for some reason hear see smell and feel much more than normal which caused sensory overload that might have caused him to lose balance and that might have paid a part but the clear main culprit was the ocean. The sounds coming from it were extremely eerie and...strange,just strange.
'And the shapes seemed to make no sense,as if they couldn't properly manifest in our reality'
Kcrow opened the box which had the last insect in it,grabbed the bug and brought his sword next to its wings and cut it,he then threw the insect into the ocean in the direction of one of the shapes and...
It just went past the shape, like if it wasn't solid matter.
He also noticed that the animals or perhaps creatures inhabiting the ocean seemed to immediately get away from the place were the insect was currently drowning, however that did not apply to the metal hand which quickly approached it and threw it back upwards.
After 4 or so minutes whatever was taking place in his mind and senses finally disappeared and 30 or so minutes after that his mind fully regained its tought capacity and one particular memory kept recurring to him.
The eye of Bahamuth.
An item of unparalleled power desired by almost every fated throughout the world,That item lay there at the very bottom of the ocean.
Kcrow had stopped to wander,
'Should I go in?' On one side the ocean seemed incredibly dangerous, both the giant hand and the strange shapes stood test to that, and the involuntary increase of his sensory capabilities made things more troublesome, on the other hand the eye would be a massive help towards his journey to divinity.
'By treading this path I chose incredible dangers are nothing unexpected,If I do not take the risks my destiny will most likely be mediocrity...And I... Refuse to be mediocre.'
Kcrow had made up his mind,he would enter the ocean to pursue the eye of Bahamuth.
But first he needed a plan, and so he sat down in a lotus position and let his mind enter a world of imagination and insanity.
After a while he had came up with an strategy.
He threw a piece of glass in the water and after an hour nothing had happened.
Kcrow then held the pieces of the corpse's webbed handparts in his hands, went to the edge and dropped one in the ocean.A few seconds after, the gigantic metal hand rose from the depths again and threw the piece in the sand.
'This indicates that the previous events were not an coincidence, the hand routinely cleans the ocean of outside organic matter weather its dead or alive'
Kcrow then walked back towards the library and when he reached there...
'I can't find it'.
The library was nowhere in sight but that was not what he had came for anyway.
Kcrow picked up the leather he had previously left and made a very long belt.
He then went past the previous spot of the enigmatic construct and reached a wasteland, this one not a desert though but a barren rocky plains.
It was the same wasteland he had seen when first arriving to this trial.
'Fortunately its here'
His objective when coming here was...
The skeletons.
Kcrow spent a significant amount of time looking for the hole that led to the skeletons lair but he eventually found it.
Kcrow dropped the leather belt into the floor and grabbed 12 nails he had taken out of the library hall's curtains.
He smashed the nails through the belt and into the ground.
He then jumped into the hole and immediately scanned for danger upon landing, there were no signs of the skeletons yet therefore he went deeper to look for them.
He walked for about an hour before encountering the skeleton horde,The skeletons were not where he had left them though.
'I was planning to get them out of the hole however they somehow made it out'
Kcrow engaged in combat with them until he stole a scythe from one of them and immediately retreated back to the entrance of the hole upon gaining their attention.
He managed to make it safely despite having to constantly dodge melee weapons thrown at him.
He climbed onto the belt and arrived at the surface, right afterwards he proceeded to run in direction of the ocean while the horde chased him from behind.
After a marathon like journey to the ocean kcrow jumped down the crevice and checked to see if the skeletons followed him while he held onto a rope made from the curtains of the the library hall that he had previously nailed into the top side of the crevice wall, and indeed the skeletons jumped one after another into the ocean.
Kcrow used the scythe to redirect the falling skeletons in different directions, this was possible largely because the skeletons were made of nothing but bones.
He then climbed back to the ground and started running to the left side of the crevice far from the skeletons, while he ran the giant hand from before started to chase after the skeletons.Kcrow was not just running tough,as he ran he kept periodically throwing all the bugs he had left into the ocean.
After a while Kcrow stopped running, closed his eyes and jumped into the ocean.
