Apocalypse

As Anastasya exited the building she went towards a blue gate situated at the side of the school entrance,as she entered the gate her figure suddenly disappeared...

Inside a royal looking hall there was a long rectangular table and in this table were seated a group of wealthy looking individuals.

They seemed to be in the middle of a heated discussion:

"As I said we must send a far stronger force, the eye of Bahamuth is way too important"

Spoke a fat old man in dark purple robes.

"We cannot,we don't even know weather the information is reliable or not and the Mountains of Gehenna are far to dangerous, risking our best soldiers for a simple possibility would be a foolish decision."

This was said by an old woman in black robes.

"I agree, especially now that the higher races are pressuring us,we cannot afford to lose our strength"

"That is precisely why we must send our best soldiers,an item such as the eye of Bahamuth would be a massive help in refraining them from being too overbearing ."

They were in the middle of debating what action to take when the black doors of the hall opened and a woman with the amethyst hair walked into the hall, the chancellors stopped their argument and turned their attention to her.

"You have arrived I see, great,we were just discussing what to do and would like to inquire your opinion."

Anastasya sat on one of the chairs and inquired:

"This information, did it come from the saintess?"

"Indeed,why the question?"

"Well...you know when I had said that I did not receive any prophecies in the last 7 years?"

"Of course, how could I forget? We've been having alot of trouble since your powers mysteriously stoped working."

" well...Back then I wasn't exactly being totally honest."

A dignified looking old man,the one who first spoke to Anastasya, slightly squinted his eyes and moved his head a bit forward

"Elaborate."

As Anastasya heard this she then tought back to seven years ago when she had just finished her course to become a teacher.

She was walking back to her house when suddenly she started to feel a bit disoriented.

'Its coming' She tought.

Anastasya immediately sped up to reach her living quarters as fast as she could, arriving there she sat on the sofa in a lotus position and closed her eyes.

After a while she could see a snowy Mountain range,in the mountain there was A man Calmly walking, the man had a very peculiar appearance, his face was a mixture of a youthful beauty and a strange creepiness and his body had a skinwalker type of look with extremely long limbs in comparison to his height which wasn't that great.

Anastasya wondered about the meaning of such vision as it was very different from all others she had seen before, she kept waiting for something to happen but even after hours nothing did.

'What is going on,why is The eye showing me this?'

After a couple more hours of nothing happening she started to wonder if some sort of glitch had occurred with her powers, right then something finally happened, something ominous.

The man who had been walking suddenly stopped,he stood there quietly for a while scanning the place around as if looking for something...or someone.

Eventually he locked his eyes in a specific place. He was looking straight at her,a heartless gaze which seemed to reflect the end of the world.

As he kept staring in her direction she felt a sense of unease like never before, not even when she had laid eyes upon a Asura.

Forgetting all reason she desperately tried to deactivate her ability however for the first time she could not.

The only thing she could do was close her eyes to avoid making direct eye contact, but she could still feel the gaze of "man" if she should even call "him" one.

Eventually that gaze had disappeared and only after hours did she have the courage to open her eyes, when she did there was no one there. She was about to sigh in relief

When suddenly a Imemse sense of horror took over her entire body, her entire skin crawled and she felt like she was suffocating.

'Something is behind me...He's behind me.'

As Anastasya's spirit form which had manifested on this vision remained completely still she suddenly felt two bony hands touching her shoulder and a Somewhat calming and somewhat creepy voice came from behind.

"You shouldn't be here."

After that she felt completely exhausted and fell down towards the ground,as she did her head rolled back and she could now see what she tought was the thing she had spotted walking on the snow, except now it seemed to be in it's true form.A white faced demon with amber pupils and dark scelera,it had two red lines across both it's cheekbones and its lips seemed to smeared in blood. It was in all black, the darkest black she had ever seen, its long jacked reached its ankles and reminded her of a painting of the fallen one she has seen long ago when she was still a child.

He was accompanied by a scarecrow looking thing made of bones which she assumed was what had touched her and a murder of Crows.

But the most remarkable thing was a massive eye located in the sky,she could recognize it and in fact was certain anyone could. After all the eye was an item present in the sacred Grimoire of the first Light Bringer,

The eye of Bahamuth.

"Hhhm, miss Anastasya, you have been spacing out for quite a while, mind answering the 1st seat's question?"

Said the fat man in purple robes.

As Anastasya heard this question she snapped back to reality and proceeded to tell the story of what had happened to her.

Once she was done the hall was left in a somber mood.

The old woman was the first to break the silence:

"Listen,I know that you are a diviner trusted by the late 1st seat himself, but isn't what you're asking of us too much?To waste the chance of acquiring the eye of Bahamuth simply because some unknown individual left a scar on you?If we really did that we would be cursed for all eternity by the next generations."

Anastasya heard this and her expression grew somber, however she was expecting such an answer.

She looked towards the other chancellors but none of them seemed willing to say anything,Anastasya knew her warning would not stop them from going after the eye so she simply left the hall and started thinking of ways to prepare herself for the upcoming disaster,a disaster she hoped humanity would endure...

A vast mountain range with Towering peaks,

A river split the mountain range into two different parts, one being completely covered in snow and one not.

The part which wasn't covered in snow instead had trees all around it,these trees had chains wrapped around them and connecting them with each other.

Most of the mountains were extremely tall, but there were a couple that stood out for their not so great stature.

One of them being a mountain that seemed to have its peak cut off from it.

In fact if one looked at the top of the mountain they would find that there was a massive hole in it with no apparent end.

In the walls inside the hole there were many carvings brightly shinning in a golden color, these carvings did not belong to any prominent language of the modern age.

Many have tried to decipher them but none had succeeded, these carvings emanated a sense of otherworldly mysticism.

A group of 12 people were walking through a Forrest located in one of the mountain ranges.

The group comprised of a young man with pale skin and extremely dark hair that reached his shoulder.

He had bright blue eyes and was devilishly handsome.

He stood at a height of 5.10 and seemed to be around 18 years old.

He had a bright smile on his face as he was talking to a beautiful young woman who seemed to be around the same age as him.The woman had long red hair and eyes of similar color to him,she also was around the same height as well seeming only about an inch shorter.

"So Anya may I ask the reason as to why you were sent here by the coalition?"

"You may not." She replied.

"Tkss...So boring, maybe if you weren't so cold you would have a boyfriend."

"Maybe if you weren't so annoying you would have a girlfriend."

"Hey kids, how about you stop the banter?"

Said a tall old man with broad shoulders and a muscular physique that held some fat,he had a straw hat atop his head and was holding onto a bamboo stick.

"I am not a child you old fogey."

Replied the blue eyed youth.

As the two of them engaged in a battle of insults they suddenly heard a roar coming from a bit ahead of them.

They shifted into a serious expression, the youth took out two Sickles ,the old gentlemen clinched the bamboo stick in his hand.

They kept walking forwards now in complete silence,as they reached a bridge they stopped walking and looked ahead of them.

On the other side of the bridge a Giant creature with long front limbs, large and powerful looking hind legs,10 thin and long wings behind its back, sharp talons and long beak was in midst of battling a a reptile that looked like a crocodile except much bigger and with longer limbs.

Well they didn't know if they should call it a battle since the giant bird was massacring the reptile, after a while the reptile let out a massive roar similar to the one they heard before and the fell on the ground.

The Bird looked down on the reptile and then back up...Straight at them.

Its beak was halfway covered in blood and it's white skin also was smeared in blood at different parts.

" A Rashadkvan." Said a middle aged man with brown hair and a full beard.

" sigh...What a terrible luck." Spoke a green haired woman wearing a white tunic.

In return a shifty looking man with narrow eyes and medium length silver hair remarked:

"Well it could be worse,we could have encountered a dravkeyn."

"Shhh...don't spoil it"spoke a short overweight man who seemed to be around 40.

The bird flew into the air and then proceeded to head in their direction.

"Prepare for combat." Said a heroic looking man wearing a silver armor,he had blonde hair that was mostly concentrated at the top of his head, the sides seemed to have recently been cut.

His eyes were green and he had dark blonde swordlike eyebrows.

Following his comand the group proceeded to concentrate and activated their powers.

The bird came to a stop in the air right atop them and launched a barrage of thorny spikes.
