Tale

"I think this is far enough, I don't see the need for us to run any more. My legs are killing me." Marat said, as she paused to catch her breath. She was truly tired from all the running that they had to do.

They were not criminals but they had to run because of the circumstances that they were in.

Marat and her group had been travelling away from the elven territory for some hours now. They wanted to get as far as possible from the elven territory and dump Tim's dead body into a dungeon for the beasts to feast on.

"The way to the higher level dungeon is still quite far from here. If we dump the body there then there would not be any concern about the body remaining intact." Lazar said. He just wanted to get rid of anything that could link them to the elf's body.

He was willing to do anything. Including going into the zones that had high level dungeons.

"Are you listening to yourself Lazar. We are already far from the elven kingdom. We thoroughly scrubbed and removed every sign of an elf's death from that area, yet you still want us to go to a danger zone area? I refuse Lazar. I strongly refuse." Otto rejected Lazar's suggestion without giving it a single thought.

Lazar looked at Efe the team leader to check if he was also in support of Otto's and Marat's decision, but was disappointed to see Efe nod in support of their decision.

Lazar sighed in defeat. At least they were far way from the location that they found the body.

Gunt suddenly sat on the ground and sighed. It had been a really stressful day for them. It was already late at night and yet they were still travelling.

"Why don't we camp here and wait till tomorrow before we find the dungeon for that we will drop the body in." Gunt suggested.

He was truly tired and he did not mind actually resting, he was not the strongest in the group and he always did not like to voice out his suggestions and opinions, but this time he had to do it.

He was truly tired from all the traveling that they had done.

"Yes, Let us rest. My legs can't move any longer. I am spent already." Marat said, as she also sat on the ground.

"Well, since this is your decision and it is what majority of us want, then we will take a break and camp here for the night. Tomorrow we will resume our journey and find a nearby dungeon to dump the body.

Lazar, since you are the only one being so fearful even with us being so far away from the elven territory.

You will be our night watch. Marat would cast a spell to remove your fatigue tomorrow morning." Efe said, as he brought out a customized tent from his storage ring.

Luckily for the group, the area of the forest that they were currently in was one of the safe space because it was close to a town and it was also spacious.

They could have gone to the town to rest, but it would just raise alarm for the citizens of the town if five people walked into their city and they were carrying a dead body.

They did not want such a situation to happen, so they just avoided the path that to the town.

Efe placed the customised tent on the ground and almost immediately the tent expanded and formed a spacious square room. The room could fit the five of them and it also had a camouflage ability.

In the, tent the members of the group chose a spot each and brought out a sleeping mat. The spot that they chose was where they would rest.

"I am hungry. Efe why don't you help us and roast some of the monster meat that we harvested." Marat said. She was truly hungry.

Since the start of the day, she and the remaining member of the group had not eaten or even drank anything that could ease their hunger.

They had all been running on steam throughout the day.

The group sitting round in a circle. Efe created a burn fire and started to roast some of the meat that they got from their dungeon raid.

"Since we have nothing to do now. Let me tell you all the story of the dungeons." Otto said with a smile on his face.

" Here we go again." Lazar grunted as he turned his face away and looked at the dead body that was wrapped in an anti-smell cloth.

Otto resumed "Dungeons had been popping up at random places in the Fantasiaa world for a very long time. The source of the dungeons were unknown.

They just kept appearing over and over again. The funny thing was that with the appearance of a dungeon. The beasts that occupied the forests began to reduce drastically.

Some people say that the reason for the reduce in the amount of beasts that were roaming the planet was because of the rise of the dungeons.

The monsters that were found in the dungeons usually varied.

They were mostly territorial and they would attack anyone that they deem to be unworthy."

"Otto you are going to drill my ears to death with all this your fantasy stories." Lazar complained.

"Otto go ahead. I do enjoy your stories. Educate me once more." Marat said, as she dismissed otto's complain.

"Hmm hmmm. As I was saying.

Once a person or a group of people entered a dungeon, then there was no way out of the dungeon except they cleared the dungeon or they found the escape stone.

The twisted thing about a dungeon is that the escape stone is usually located in the boss room of the dungeon.

And to clear a dungeon, the minimum requirement is to defeat the boss of the dungeon.

The only beneficial thing about the dungeon that is loved even till now is the fact that the monster corpse in the dungeon can be used for different beneficial things."
