The house was bustling with clinking glasses and lively chatter. One of her friends teased:

"Elowen, you've got it all now - career and love life."

"When are you going to introduce me to a young puppy like Rylan as a boyfriend?"

Inside, Elowen, usually so cold and aloof, was now blushing.
