Meanwhile, Ryuu had not been idle. He had sought power in forbidden places, delving into the lost arts of the Kokugen-ryū—the Black Eclipse Technique. This dark power allowed him to summon void energy, erasing anything it touched from existence.

Atop the warlord's mountain stronghold, Ryuu stood before a council of dark sorcerers. His body pulsed with black energy, his eyes glowing a deep violet. "Is the power complete?" he asked, his voice carrying an unnatural echo.

The head sorcerer nodded. "Yes, my lord. With the Eclipse Devourer, you will be able to consume Kaito's very essence."

Ryuu smirked. "Then it's time to end this."
