Chapter 31: Trigger

With no one standing in her way, Fiona rushed into her room, locking the door. She leaned against it catching her breath but looked like her deep breath exercise wasn't working she rushed to her drawer pulling out an EpiPen. She was fine now but still mad she needed to let it out and what better way than going on a breaking rage spree.

"Ma'am" the maid frantically greeted

"What's that" Rosa asked, she could hear something breaking and her daughter's screams of anger, no one needed to tell her, her daughter was very mad.

"She just came home angry" the maid explained as she squeezed her hands together when the little miss of the Aguirre family was mad and unhappy everyone gets a taste of it

"And you didn't think to call me" Rosa yelled at the maid shoving her expensive handbag into her arms, it was unexpected so it almost dropped but thankfully the maid was used to the unpredictable nature of her madam so she managed to catch it in time, she wanted to explain she called the first time and the call was rejected she was about to try again when she was informed by the gateman that Rosa was already driving in, but she didn't, she just had to nod and apologize that's how she was able to live peacefully and enjoy her life in the mansion so she immediately bowed and apologized

"Sorry ma'am" rosa sighed she waved her hand before rushing upstairs calling her husband

"Get me the spare key" she asked

"Hello honey, it's Fiona" she said the moment the call connected, Alex didn't need more context he understood immediately, he assurance his wife everything will be fine before he left office to go home

"Fiona sweetheart" Rosa knocked but immediately flinched when she had another crashing sound, she immediately got frantic and started knocking hard

"Where's the damn key" she yelled at everyone and no one in particular, the maid that went for the key could hear her screaming because the spare keys were kept in two rooms away from Fiona's room but had checked for the third time but she couldn't find Fiona's spare key, did she take it already so no one could open the door, she sighed what was all this, the were literally enjoying their break time by having tea in the garden and gossiping when they got the alert that fiona came in and she was mad mad. Tee, the maid sighed she shouldn't have changed her off day, she knew it her horoscope had told her today wasn't a good day.

"Ma'am" she said in a low frightened voice

"Where's the key tee" Rosa asked as she continued to beg fiona to open the door. Tee's mother was the head maid before she passed away last year since then she had taken the role but oh if she knew, the pay was good, the living conditions were good, they were allowed to do what most maids in aristocratic households weren't allowed but ones mental health balance is never stable, it can be a stress free day or a not stressfree day there was no in-between

"I think- i think um she" before tee could finish her sentence rosa who was already agitated yelled

"I don't care what you think, where's the key"

"I think fiona took it" she squeezed her eyes shut, what was she doing until Fiona got hold if that key, what would she say she was sipping and spilling tea

"You" rosa said pointing at one of the random maids, the maid immediately walked forward and bowed

"Go check the key"

"Yes ma'am" the maid check too but there was no key, she was afraid to tell the very scary rosa so she just stalled until somehow the door would open without the keys she couldn't find.

"What are you waiting for, go get the guards and hammers or something" Rosa yelled at tee who immediately left to get someone to break down the door, even though fiona can be a brat she was like a sister to her, she was one of the people that knew what happened to her 14 years ago so she was actually worried for her. As she thought about the incident lost in thought she didn't see, she was walking straight into seth

"Woah" Seth exclaimed grabbing her shoulders

"Oh thank God" she sighed, if someone could get fiona out of that room the high possible of her coming out was in Seth's hands. She didn't waste any more time, even skipping the greeting and getting straight to the point she explained everything.

"They're upstairs" tee said as seth rushed in, he had come to settle things with Fiona, tell her to apologiz to jian and talks things out but looked like that would be put on hold because fiona was locked in her room and destroying everything, talking to mad Fiona was a different case

"Oh Seth" rosa sighed in relieve when she saw seth, she immediately held his hand when he arrived upstairs as if she saw her saving grace

"Fiona" Seth banged on the door, hearing his voice fiona halted a bit, was she hallucinating now but the she heard it again and was sure this time it was Seth. Oh now he had her time was this the way to get his attention she thought with a smirk then so be it, she immediately smashed a near by vase and she heard his voice grow even more worried and agitated, she liked this she smiled to herself before swiping everything on her dressing table on the floor, the nail polish, glass bottles and other make-up products immediately made a smashing sound on the floor

"Fiona open this door right now" Seth was so worried he was mad now, was this girl crazy

"Fuck off" Fiona yelled back, who was he to command her. He could go do whatever he wants with jian she was done with him and everything. As everyone continued begging even the maids joining in. Seth had enough, he immediately told everyone to move as he was going to break the door. Three hard hits in and the door lock was broken. Rosa didn't waste anymore time and rushed in

"Fiona" she screamed as she rushed to hug her daughter and take the tea cup she was holding off her hands, she was probably going to throw that too

"Sweety" Alex rushed in too, he finally arrived

"Is everything okay" he asked looking round the room, everything was definitely not okay, mess was an understatement for how the room looked, things were either broken, trash around or just messed up

"Fiona" seth finally walked in, he was a bit shocked about what just happened, Fiona did act out sometimes but it was never this back, she was like the clean type of girl so her trashing out her room this bad, the situation was bad, he wondered what she was so upset about, was it about the jian, jian had explained the whole café situation to him and yes it might have made fiona mad but not like this mad, she probably would huff and puff about it, take a bath, go shopping and its forgotten

"Leave" Fiona said staring straight at him with burning glaring eyes

"What" he was a bit confused, looks like he caused her point of anger and he was genuinely curious how because as far as he knew, he didn't do anything to warant her anger. Rosa and Alex turned to look at him and then at the fuming Fiona was something going on between these two, they did know about their dating and breakup.

"Sorry can i talk to Fiona" Seth asked, rosa was a bit skeptical but she nodded, she knew seth wouldn't do anything to hurt her daughter and whatever happened was probably a misunderstanding that just needed a bit of talking out

"I don't want to talk to you" Fiona said with folded arms, she freed herself from her mother's arms and walked into the bathroom closing the door which made them panick again

"Sweetheart" her father called out

"I'm not going to do anything, i just want to take a bath" fiona sighed before answering

"Should i call tee then" Rosa said, she didn't want her daughter to be alone incase she decides she wants to do something unhinged again or give them a heart attack from scare

"No, just leave me alone please" she sounded like she was on the verge of tears, her voice was shaking

"I just wanna cry alone" she added this time they could hear her silently sobbing, all this while she was just screaming and throwing stuff letting her anger out that way but she just felt like she should just cry it out and get it over with. She is Fiona Aguirre she's ontop of everything, she shouldn't let seth or that dumb jian girl make her upset she thought but it just had her more upset

"I'll handle it" Seth said reassuring both alex and rosa it took a while but they nodded and left the room.

"She'll be fine" Alex said giving rosa a side hug as they walked to their room, rosa was already sobbing too. Whenever something like this happens or any time her xenophobia acts up she feels like its her fault and she could have done better to protect her daughter.
