The stolen airship, now mostly wreckage, barely limped through the clouds. Smoke trailed behind it, and Finn, tied to the mast for safety reasons, just wheezed.
"I hate this," he muttered.
Zephyria, arms crossed, scowled at the wreckage. "This ship is done. We need to land before we fall out of the sky."
Tess, still steering, groaned. "The only place nearby is—"
Vespera cut in. "A pirate town."
Finn immediately panicked. "NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT."
Zephyria grinned. "Perfect. We're going there."
Finn screamed. "ARE YOU TRYING TO GET US ALL KILLED?!"
Vespera elbowed him. "Relax, Finn. You love getting into trouble."
Finn: "NO, I DON'T."
Tess: "Yes, you do."
Zephyria: "Shut up, we're landing."
The airship dove toward the pirate city of Blackmire, a lawless hub of criminals, bounty hunters, and really bad life choices.
