Chapter 1: A Dream, A Nightmare, and A Surprise Encounter...

 Location:

Yharnam, Blood Transfusion Clinic – Time Unknown

"Oh yes... pale blood... Well, you've come to the right place... Yharnam is the home of blood ministration... You need only unravel its mystery" an old man in a wheelchair spoke in a relaxed tone with a hint of mockery.

"How... how should I start?" A young teenager asked with uncertainty in his voice. He was curious about the man's robes and the large hat that concealed his face.

"How should an outsider like you begin? Heh... Easy, with a bit of Yharnam blood of your own…" The old man responded quickly in a more animated tone. He slowly approached the young man until his face was directly in front of him.

'Hic...' The sudden proximity startled the young man, and he could now see the old man's aged face, covered in scars as if an animal had attacked him.

"But first, you'll need a contract" The old man handed the young man some papers.

"Contract?" He looked at the old man with doubt but quickly decided it didn't matter and signed the papers.

"Well, all signed and sealed. Now, let's begin the transfusion" He gestured toward a medical cot nearby, stained with traces of blood.

"Umm... This won't hurt, right?" Though distrust and doubt were clear on his face, the young man simply obeyed and lay down on the cot.

"Oh, don't you worry. Whatever happens... you may think it was all just a bad dream…" With a practiced motion, he gently inserted a needle into the young man's wrist so smoothly that he barely felt the prick.

The needle was connected to a blood transfusion device, and as the blood entered his body, subtle changes began to take place.

The young man's brown hair dulled, with strands turning white, while his skin became paler. His once-brown eyes turned gray.

Shortly after the transfusion began, the young man lost consciousness.

Time Elapsed: Unknown

The young man slowly began to regain consciousness, feeling pain throughout his body.

"Damn..." he muttered, about to curse the old man who had lied to him when suddenly a shadow emerged from the side of the cot.

As the shadow loomed over him, he saw a horrifying, monstrous creature similar to a werewolf, but seemingly made of blood, making it even more terrifying.

Paralyzed by absolute fear, he could only watch as the beast approached him. Suddenly, something struck the beast's head, engulfing it in flames. Within seconds, it disintegrated into a pool of blood.

But before he could feel relief, small humanoid, completely white creatures began to surround his body.

His body felt paralyzed, and no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't move an inch. All he could do was feel terror as the grotesque creatures approached his face, covering his vision with their tiny hands.

The moment they covered his eyes, drowsiness overcame him, and he slowly fell asleep, hearing a melodic voice whisper in his head, "Ah, you've found yourself a hunter..."

Time Elapsed: Unknown

"Ahh!! Haa... Haa... W-What was that..." Waking from the strange nightmare, he could only breathe heavily, trying to process what he had just seen.

It took him several minutes to calm down and look around, only to realize he wasn't in his room. Instead, he was in a strange medical chamber, with cabinets filled with documents and multiple vials of colored liquids that he hoped were medicine.

Among those vials, two caught his attention the most. The first, or rather the multiple vials, contained a red liquid similar to blood but with a slight golden hue. The second was a single vial containing a bright golden liquid that intrigued him even more.

With slight difficulty and unsteady steps, he approached the vial of golden liquid sitting on a desk. As he got closer, he noticed several papers on the desk, but the one that stood out the most was the one with a drawing of the vial.

The paper read: 'Iosefka's Blood Vial' That was the title, followed by various details about the vial, including its effects and the process of refining blood to make it more potent.

Though he didn't fully understand the document, he grasped that these 'Blood Vials' had magical properties capable of healing injuries and even extending life.

"But... where am I?" He had no memory of this place. It was as if he had been moved to another room after the transfusion.

"Ugh... why is it so itchy..." Feeling discomfort, he looked at his wrist, which was wrapped in dirty, blood-stained bandages. Growing more uncomfortable, he carefully removed the bandages, revealing strange symbols carved into his skin.

"Is this... a tattoo?" With uncertainty, he ran his fingers over the symbols, instinctively understanding their meanings.

"Level 10... Blood Echoes 300... Vitality 11... Endurance 10... Strength 12... Skill 10... Bloodtinge 9... Arcane 8..."

And below all the symbols was the drawing of a closed eye.

"I... What just happened to me?" Feeling the strangeness of his actions, he stopped touching his wrist just in time to hear a door opening behind him, accompanied by the sound of a beautiful voice.

"Oh, you're awake... It's good to see you up and walking, but you should rest a little longer. The blood hasn't fully settled in your system yet"

As soon as he heard the door open, he turned to see a beautiful woman. She had gray hair with faint traces of what was once a vibrant red, now faded. She wore a strange, old-fashioned white outfit that gave her a modest and mature appearance, accentuating her beauty and charm.

Upon seeing the stunning woman, he could only gulp as he admired her beauty. Despite noticing she was older, she still looked youthful, with an allure that far surpassed any girls his age no, not girls, children. Compared to this woman, they were nothing more than little girls who couldn't possibly compete with her.

Iosefka's Point of View:

When she noticed the young man's gaze on her, she felt both amused and flattered. After all, a handsome young man was admiring her beauty, and unconsciously, she pushed her chest out slightly while approaching him with a small but beautiful smile.

"Don't just stand there with your mouth open, sweetheart. Follow me, I need to check your body, and you should still rest a bit more" she said with the same gentle smile as she took the young man's hand. He simply nodded and allowed himself to be led by her.

She quickly guided him to the medical bed where he had been resting earlier and had him sit down before turning around and walking toward a cabinet filled with medical tools.

As she walked, she felt his gaze on her. Knowing exactly who it belonged to, she decided to have a little fun and began swaying her hips slightly as she moved.

When she glanced back, she saw the young man blushing intensely, his eyes locked onto the movement of her hips. Feeling satisfied with the effect, she opened the cabinet and began gathering the necessary tools, all while sensing his gaze lingering on her.

It only grew more intense when she had to reach for one last tool on the lower shelf, forcing her to bend over. This made her already ample curves stand out even more, barely concealed by her skirt.

When she stood up and turned back to him, she saw that he was now looking away, his face a deep shade of red, his hands awkwardly trying to hide the growing bulge between his legs.

'Oh my… That's bigger than I expected… But to think he'd react like this to an old woman like me…' she mused, her satisfied smile growing wider. Amused yet maintaining her professional demeanor, she proceeded with the examination.

By the time she finished her tests, she couldn't help but notice the prominent tent in the young man's pants. He wouldn't even meet her eyes 'Hehe… How cute, but unfortunately, I'm far too old for you, young one' she thought. Although slightly frustrated by her age, having a handsome young man react to her in such a way still made her feel quite pleased.

"Alright, everything looks good. The transfusion was a success, and your body is now healthy. You no longer need to worry about your illness, you'll be able to live a long life without concerns" she said with her signature smile. She watched as the young man trembled slightly, tears welling up in his eyes.

"Thank you… 'sob...' Thank you so much… 'sob...'" Feeling the weight of his emotions more than anything, the relief he must have felt she couldn't just stand there and watch as he was on the verge of breaking down.

With an elegant motion, she took out a handkerchief and wiped away his tears. "Come on now, don't cry, darling. A handsome young man like you shouldn't be shedding tears, especially in front of a woman. Girls don't like men who cry all the time" she teased, gently cupping his cheeks.

A soft chuckle escaped from the young man, and as he calmed down, he gave her a bright, heartfelt smile. "Thank you..." Though traces of sadness and pain remained, she could see he was feeling much better.

Unable to resist, she lightly pinched his cheeks, finding him quite adorable at that moment "Hehe… That's better, young one" she said with a sweet smile before placing a soft kiss on his forehead. As she pulled away slightly, she noticed his deep blush. 'Hehe… Perhaps I can have some fun teasing this boy'.

Realizing she hadn't introduced herself yet, she quickly corrected her mistake. "Where are my manners? My name is Iosefka. What's your name, handsome?"

The young man's blush deepened even further at the compliment. "Ah! My apologies, my name is Hyoudou Issei. It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss Iosefka. You can call me Issei"

And without knowing it, this meeting one that should have never happened would forever change the fate and future of them both.
