CHAPTER 1

It was 6:00pm in the morning, in Sunshine city, Nigeria. Chelsea is awake and has just finished brushing her teeth, after she she finished her morning devotion and prayer.

 Last night, was the first night, after she graduated from school ( Higher institution), that she slept very well and had a sweet night rest.

 After struggling to gain admission into the university for 3 years, she was able to secure admission into DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY ( DELSU), to study Business Administration.

 Which after graduating, she couldn't secure a good job, and she discovered that she needed a skill to survive. So her parents provided funds for her to acquire or learn a skill. Which she picked Baking and catering. 

 She applied to a Skill acquisition school and got accepted, and was able to open her own Baking and Catering Business and also has a shop, where she sales ingredients used in Baking, also Pastries and Cooked food, on which she started a online page on which food, baking ingredients and Pastries can be order and delivered by her employed delivery guy and sometimes she also does delivery. She has two workers working for her, a lady who is her sales girl and cashier named Lucy, a young man named Chike, who helps in delivering the order items to their destination.

 Her shop is called, "Chelsea's Delicacies , Skill acquisition,Baking and Catering services ", which offers baking and catering services, She also does skill training for young people in art of baking and cooking, which do in the back of her shop , for a fee, 5days a week. Although she still works part- time in her mother's super market, on Saturdays and teaches morning Catering classes, 2 times in a week, in an High school near by, "Teen High". So you can say she is a "Jack Of All Trade". 

 On coming out of her room, she saw that her roommate and best friend, Oghenekevwe, Kevwe for short, already prepared To go to her store and started eating breakfast.

 Her best friend is a "Fashion Designer", who has her own Fashion Store," Kevwe's Fashion House", where she design clothes for customers and also sales her own brand of clothes, which she started from school.

 They both share a self- contain apartment, on which they share the payment of the rent. Which Chelsea moved into, when she left her parents house. After getting her own business and wanting to make it on her own.

 "Good morning dear" Kevwe greeted her ," How was your night?" Kevwe asked.

 " My night was fine and your's? Chelsea replied and asked.

 " Mine was fine" Kevwe answered.

 " Good morning, everyone " said Kevwe' s friend Chioma, who came to visit them , as she was about to enter the bathroom.

 " Good morning, Chioma" Chelsea greeted her " How was your night?" she asked

 " Mine was fine, thank you" she answered

 " Are you going out?" Chelsea asked her.

 " Yes, I'm" She answered " I'm going back today, didn't Kevwe tell you?" She asked looking at Kevwe.

 " Oh, I'm sorry I forgot." Kevwe apologize to Chelsea.

 "No problem" Chelsea replied

 " I'm going to take my bath " Chioma told them as she enters the bathroom.

 " Okay dear , Have a self trip " Kevwe wishes her".

 " Thanks" Chioma answered from the bathroom.

 " I see you are ready for work". Chelsea said.

 " Yes, I am. I have a customer coming for her measurement, this morning" Kevwe informed her.

 "That's great " Chelsea said.

 "Yes o " Kevwe said " I prepared Fried egg, Tea and Toasted bread. The remaing one is for you and Chioma. " Kevwe informed her, as she take her used plate and cup to the kitchen sink to wash.

 " Thank you very much, you are a Life saver. I'm very hungry" Chelsea said

 " You are welcome. I'm going, before I become late for my appointment,. The customer is coming by 7: 30 and it is already 6: 40" Kevwe said.

 " That's right, my class is by 9:00am, but I will make fried spaghetti, before I go. So that we will have to eat, when we come back home" Chelsea told her.

 " That will be great, thank you. I will be on my way now. I am going to come to your shop during lunch" Kevwe said.

 " Okay, no Problem. Bye , see you later" Chelsea said.

 " Okay, you too. Bye" Kevwe said as she walks out.

 Chelsea ate her breakfast and started arranging the things she needed, for the food she is going to prepare. After she does that, she starts preparing it.
