Seeing his forfeited race being top rank he didn't even bet an eye or feel regret about it, though most would have cried if they saw this.

After all the Troops(Race) are divided into Low, mid, high, and top ranks. For a New lord Top rank is the highest they can get.

[Calculation Done... Entering Creation Mode]

Suddenly the world around him started to light up as cracks appeared, as if a birth of a new beginning Chaotic energy started to surge.

Neo felt his entire being elevated to a life level impossible to be thought up of as if he became supreme to all.

Opening his eyes he only saw boundless chaos, a place where he is god, and as long as he has enough Creation points he can create anything here.

Breaking himself off from the state of power he felt he calmed his mind, after all this is not his power and he shouldn't indulge in it.

"Let's see..."

He turned his head and looked at his current creation point, seeing the number his eyes widened.

This was double the amount of points that was calculated before, this confused him. After all, before choosing this path, he had already researched this before.

In the thousands of years of human history, he isn't the first lord to choose this path so most things about it are already known.

Things like how much creation point is gained when calculating the initial troop lost, the amount of basic creation points that are gained, how to gain more creation points, etc.

After closing his eyes with his intelligence he thought of various possibilities... and the only thing that stood out was the fact that he was a reincarnated person.

So there may be a chance that the All Heaven System thought of him as two people instead of one.

Thinking that he looked at the model given by the All Heaven System which he could customize, it was a bland human figure.

Just as he was about to see something the All Heaven System cut his words, seeing the reply his eyes bloomed with joy.

With his command, the height returned to normal, looking at his creation point gain it was just 20 creation points.

"Alas.. I can't cheat it..'

He thought he would be given back twice his invested amount but it seems that was just wishful thinking.

"Well,.. I guess I can do more things with twice the Creation Points."

With that thought he started to edit the human figure, first thing first he needed to gather up a certain amount of creation points and that could be done by taking things away from the human figure.

Things like its height can be taken away, its sight, or other things and it will feed back Creation Point which he can use to edit other things.

In simple words, negative change gives Creation Points and positive change takes away creation points.

"Decrease its strength to the lowest possible.."

With his command, the figure lost all its strength making it so that even an insect could kill it with a physical strike.

"Oh!"

He exclaimed as he saw twice the earnings, it seemed the first change could get him twice the earnings due to his reincarnated status.

"Lock it's gender to female.."

The figure changed as it turned into a female, this gave him some creation points. After all for a non-supernatural creature a female is generally weaker than a Male in physical strength.

"Make her beauty the greatest.."

The figure's face and body started to change as in Neo's eyes it reached the embodiment of perfection.

This gave a lot of creation points as for a weak race having beauty can be considered a curse rather than a blessing.

"Make her main personality Arrogant"

Arrogance for the weak is the weak person's doom so this can considered a very negative change. After this, he gave this race a plethora of negative personalities.

"Remove the General Troop and put only the Hero Troop."

Any troop has two types, a general version that is used to form an army and a Hero version that leads that army.

"Make the reproduction of the race very hard.."

So a race was born, a race so weak a housefly may kill it if it bumps into her but with an arrogance that will make the gods ashamed, a race that looks down on all creatures.

With all the negative changes the Creation points have doubled, and now it's time to add positive traits and complete the Race he wants to create.

"Make the race average intelligence very high, especially battle IQ. Also, make the top intelligence of the race unparalleled."

This single change cost quite the creation point as even for a weak race having such intelligence is a very big blessing.

"Make the race loyalty to the Lord 150%."

The maximum amount of loyalty possible, this thing can only be gained when creating a race.

After this, he gave a minimum height and maximum height, some minor details that can balance out the race.

All of this cost him 5000 creation points, if it was a normal person then this would have been half their budget.

Now that all the minor details had been done it's for the most important part he thought of when creating this race.

"Give this race a unique talent.."

"A talent called Evolver.. This talent can allow its user to evolve when killing any opponent, taking away all of their positive points and adding to oneself."

"This talent normally doesn't affect the physique unless a very important advantage can be kept from the change.."

"This Talent itself can evolve.."

With each of his words, the amount of creation points started to decrease rapidly. Finally, with just a few words the amount of creation points reached zero.

"HAHAHA"

Seeing the talent that had been created he couldn't help but burst out laughing, this was better than he would have ever thought.

It's a good thing that this race is so weak initially, otherwise to have such talent with even moderate strength means an exponential increase in Creation Point's consumption.

"The Race is done.. and it's called the Valkyrie."

Neo muttered as the All Heaven System asked its question, looking at all the things about the race he nodded his head and answered.

"Yes.."

[Then Congratulate the New Lord and Welcome to the Lord Continent]

After that, his figure disappeared from the void as if it had never appeared.

Some time ago in another part of the void, Yulan's figure was floating with a completely stunned look on her face.

The feeling of the kiss given by Neo lingered till now as her cheeks and ears turned rosy, she could have never accepted that Neo could be so aggressive.

"It's a pity.. I should have tried it sooner.."

She gave a regretful mutter as she looked at the selection given to her by the All Heaven System. Although she doesn't like the 90% loyalty thing she knows creating a race isn't her path.

"I choose a random race.."

With her command, the system started to flash as five options were shown to her.

The options here could be called luxurious, if an average lord were to see it they would die from excitement.

But Yulan didn't feel anything about it as if this was a normal phenomenon for her.

But as her eyes glanced at the third option her thoughts stopped as a look of surprise appeared on her face.

Not for any other reason other than a fact or information she had heard from her parents. The Divine realm entity of the Elemental Spirit race has all perished.

This means that if she chooses this race she would have to reach the divine realm in ten years if she wants to go to a grander world.

But this also means that you can reach 100% loyalty with this race.

Normally with her personality and with her parents' warning, she would have never chosen this race but a certain figure flashed past her mind.

As his friend, she knows his crazy plan and his determination to follow through with it.

"haa, you have made me stupid..."

Muttering that softly she chose the third option, after giving her confirmation her figure also disappeared from the void.
