chapter 7 The sisters

Back in the room,

Leng tingxiao pointed to the side table drawer as he had placed her belongings there.

"Little kid, your things are in the drawer."

"Oh," lin xinyi replied as she took out her phone just to see that its screen was badly damaged and even the camera present in the drawer was in bad condition. 'Seems like I have to buy a new phone and camera later. I hope I can at least make a phone call to mom.' Luckily, her phone was still working . She immediately checked her call logs, and indeed, her mom has called her many times and a few other calls.

Leng tingxiao looked at her and asked, " Can you go downstairs for dinner, or should I ask them to serve it in the room?"

'I am indeed hungry,' She thought and replied, "I'm fine. I'll come down when it's time. I won't trouble you more."

"Hmm.. I'll tell them to call you when it's time you can make your calls by then." He said as he

turned to leave.

After he left, lin xinyi called her mother and told her that she accidentally dropped her phone while touring around and talked to her for a while. She looked at other calls that were made by her senior brothers and sisters asking her about her holidays. She told everyone that she might arrive a few days later and not to worry.

By the time she was done coaxing everyone, a maid came over to call her for lunch.

She went downstairs and saw that assistant Li and Doctor feng were already seated. She also took a seat opposite to them.

She politely greeted them and saw leng tingxiao coming downstairs. He took the seat at the head of the table which was near to her seat.she also politely greeted him.

The lunch was served. The lunch was mostly healthy food with fewer spices and more nutrients . Actually, leng tingxiao has specially ordered the chef to make a healthy yet delicious meal for her.

They were all eating quietly and in a well-mannered way, looking elegant. Feng yi broke the silence as he looked at her and said "oh we haven't actually introduced ourselves , right. My name is Feng yi, and I am his friend and doctor."

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Feng . I am Lin xinyi. Also, thank you for taking care of me earlier. " Lin xinyi also introduced herself.

"Ah, it was my duty. But you have a beautiful name just like yourself. Also you can just call me by name no need to be so formal with me."

Feng yi replied as he smiled sweetly.

"My name is Li rui . I am the boss's personal assistant. You can call me Assistant li .Miss, it's nice to meet you."

Assistant Li also introduced himself.

"Nice to meet you too ,Assistant Li. You can just call me by name."

"Ah.... yes, miss Lin.." He agreed but didn't really change the address and still addressed her respectfully.

"Leng tinxiao." Leng tinxiao cut their conversation.

Lin xinyi looked at him." Oh! Nice to meet you Mr. Leng"

"You can call me by name." He turned to look at her.

"Oh..." She replied simply.

Feng yi turned to look at them and smiled sheepishly and asked more about lin xinyi.

"I am a high school student. I am here on summer vacations." Lin xinyi replied simply without explaining any details.

"Oh.... highschool." Feng yi looked at

Leng tinxiao with disdain ' tch tch... what a beast ...the girl is not even an adult.' He hurriedly focused on food as his eyes met leng tingxiao's.

"The city isn't safe nowadays. You should be careful." Leng tingxiao looked at her.

"Oh.. I'll be going back in a few days, so it doesn't matter." She replied casually. And then they continued their meal in silence. After she finished, she went back to her room to rest as she felt groggy.

On the other side in China,

Film city in shen city,

"Yaxin!yaxin!...director is asking you to get ready..hurry up."the assistant director shouted and left the dressing room.

"Coming.."xin yaxin's assistant Xiao wei answered meekly. Seeing him leaving Xiao, wei immediately complained to Xin yaxin.

"Sister yaxin just looked at him behaving so haughtily. He always comes to order you around. Why don't you tell them your identity so that you won't have to face all this every day?"

"Xiao wei..... he is just doing his work leave it we are here to work and will leave when it's finished." A young girl was sitting in front of the dressing table and was resting with her eyes closed. It was Xi yaxin the elder daughter of the Xi family. She was so beautiful that everything paled in comparison. She slowly opened her doey eyes. She was a sunny beauty , happy go lucky and sweet. When she smiled, she looked like an angel. If one were to look closely, they would realise how similar she looked to lin xinyi as if carved from the same mould yet different.

Xi yaxin is a soft beauty. Naturally welcoming and warm like sun. Where as lin xinyi is opposite, she is cold and indifferent person like moon. Xi yaxin and lin xinyi looked very similar to each other when they smiled but 

Xi yaxin is a smiling person while lin xinyi smiled to only those who were close to her and was as cold as ice when with others. She smiled less, but whenever she did, it was difficult to look away. It was different to choose between two sisters as they were just the top in their own way. Yes, sisters xi yaxin is lin xinyi sister, but fate did them injustice and took away the beautiful bond that they could have shared. Lin xinyi wasn't even aware that she had so many precious relationships that she had missed.

Is it still possible for both sisters to share the unbreakable bond?

Will their paths cross ?

They'll meet after a long separation, or will destiny destroy the plan once more.?
