The Quidditch World Cup stadium had been transformed into an epic battleground. The stands overflowed with eager spectators—students from Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, and Durmstrang, ministry officials, and a suspicious number of vendors selling dragon-proof underwear.
Ludo Bagman (excitedly yelling into his megaphone): "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the First Task of the Triwizard Tournament! Today, our champions will face some of the most fearsome creatures known to wizard kind—dragons!"
The crowd roared in excitement, waving banners. Among them, Fred and George's homemade sign read, 'GO RAJA, OUR FAVORITE CHAOS BRINGER,' while Malfoy's sign just said, 'Potter is Dead Meat.'.
Raja, ever the dramatic showman, casually rode into the arena atop his unicorn, Badshah, dressed in a flawless, enchanted black and gold outfit.
Raja (bowing to the crowd): "Fear not, dear audience! I, the one and only Haven's Equal, shall tame these beasts and bring home the glory!"
McGonagall (to Dumbledore, sighing): "He's insufferable."
Dumbledore (twinkling eyes): "But undeniably entertaining."
Bagman introduced Durmstrang's champion first—Viktor Krum. The Bulgarian strode into the arena, his sharp features set in determination, facing his opponent:
🔥 A Chinese Fireball dragon—a massive, crimson-scaled beast with golden spikes and a temper to match its fiery breath.
Bagman: "And Krum wastes no time! Look at him go!"
Krum mounted his broomstick and shot into the sky, barely avoiding a massive burst of flame.
The dragon roared angrily, snapping its jaws.
Raja (yelling from the stands): "Krum, don't get eaten! I have money riding on you!"
The Durmstrang students booed at Raja, but he just grinned and blew them a kiss.
Krum, with insane Quidditch reflexes, dodged a fire blast, swooped low, and snatched the golden egg from the pedestal, barely avoiding the dragon's deadly claws.
The crowd erupted in cheers, and Krum landed smoothly, giving the dragon an intense glare, as if daring it to attack again.
Bagman: "Flawless execution! 9/10 for Krum!"
Fleur walked gracefully into the arena, flipping her silvery-blonde hair as if she were on a runway.
Her opponent was the Veela Dragon—an exceptionally rare, dangerous, and stunningly beautiful white-scaled dragon.
Bagman: "This Veela Dragon is said to be one of the most vicious and unpredictable breeds!"
The dragon snarled, flicking its razor-sharp claws, and the audience gasped.
Fleur, however, smirked.
She slowly lifted her wand and whispered an enchantment. A soft, hypnotic glow surrounded her as she stared into the dragon's eyes.
The dragon paused.
It blinked.
And then… it purred.
The audience collectively lost their minds.
Raja (standing on his seat, dramatically clutching his chest): "She charmed a DRAGON? That's cheating!"
Fred (laughing): "Not our fault that you weren't born part-Veela, mate."
Taking advantage of the moment, Fleur gracefully leapt forward, grabbed the golden egg, and twirled away like a ballerina.
The dragon shook its head, snapped out of its trance, and let out an enraged roar—but Fleur was already soaring away on her broomstick.
She landed flawlessly, giving a victorious wave as the Beauxbatons students screamed in admiration.
Bagman: "An elegant performance! 9.5/10!"
Harry walked into the arena, looking like a man questioning his life choices.
Opposite him, the Hungarian Horntail—a massive, spiked, fire-breathing nightmare—let out a low, menacing growl.
Bagman: "Oho! The Horntail looks extra angry today!"
Raja (calling out): "It probably heard Malfoy talking trash!"
Malfoy (hissing): "I will END YOU, RAJA!"
Harry, now visibly sweating, mounted his Firebolt and shot into the air just as the dragon unleashed a torrent of flames.
The crowd collectively gasped.
For the next five minutes, it was a game of aerial cat and mouse, with Harry weaving through the sky, dodging fire blasts, and barely avoiding being turned into barbecue.
Finally, Harry dove at top speed, reaching for the golden egg.
The dragon lashed out with its spiked tail, nearly taking his head off—but Harry snatched the egg in midair and barrel-rolled away.
Harry (panting, victorious): "NEVER. AGAIN."
The audience exploded into applause.
Bagman: "Brilliant flying! 9/10!"
Next is the most epic fight between a chaotic champion and an unknown dragon.
