Chapter 14: The Demon’s Daughter and the Path to Rimuru

The battlefield of Hell raged with infernal storms and monstrous demons, yet Kuragami stood tall, breathing heavily. His body ached, but his strength had grown.

For days, he had fought nightmarish creatures, pushing himself beyond his limits.

But now—

"That's enough for today," Alexandra's voice echoed across the burning wasteland.

Kuragami dropped to one knee, wiping sweat from his forehead. The golden glow in his eyes flickered. His control over his dual energies—demonic darkness and divine light— had improved, but he still had much to learn.

As he caught his breath, a new presence approached.

A soft voice, yet firm.

"So, this is the so-called prince of demons?"

Kuragami turned and saw her.

A girl with flowing golden hair and piercing blue eyes, her beauty was mesmerizing, yet her aura was intense and commanding. She wore a form-fitting black and red combat outfit, designed for speed and agility. A sword rested at her hip.

Alexandra let out a chuckle.

"Kuragami, meet my daughter—Seraphina."

Seraphina crossed her arms and examined Kuragami with a smirk.

"You don't look like much."

Kuragami grinned.

"And you don't look as strong as your father."

A flicker of irritation crossed Seraphina's face, but she quickly masked it.

"You've got a mouth, huh? Let's see if you can back it up."

Kuragami cracked his knuckles.

"I don't mind a spar."

Alexandra laughed and raised a hand.

"Enough. You two can fight later. Right now, we have more important matters."

Kuragami's expression grew serious.

"Yeah. I need to meet my father. I need to see Rimuru."

Alexandra's smile faded.

Seraphina's eyes widened slightly but remained silent.

The mention of Rimuru's name changed the atmosphere instantly.

Alexandra sighed and placed a hand on Kuragami's shoulder.

"Meeting Rimuru is not easy. He is not in Hell, nor in Heaven. He exists beyond realms—in a place even gods fear to tread."

Kuragami clenched his fists.

"Then tell me where. I will go, no matter what it takes."

Seraphina spoke up.

"If you really want to meet the Demon King, you need to become stronger. Far stronger than you are now."

Kuragami turned to her.

"Then train me."

A flicker of surprise passed over Seraphina's face before she grinned.

"I was waiting for you to say that."

Alexandra shook his head with amusement.

"Very well. Your real training begins now."

As the flames of Hell burned around them, Kuragami prepared himself—because the path to Rimuru had only just begun.
