Chapter 3 : The misunderstanding

Edward point of view.

At night.

After reaching her home. I tried to put lisa down at the porch. but she isn't getting down. she's holding me very tightly even though she's very deep in her sleep .

Then i looked at her. She's even more cute when she's asleep. Seeing her piecefully sleeping i didn't want to wake her up.

"Sorry for looking at your purse!!".

Then i searched for the keys in her purse after getting it. I opened the door and entered her home. Then I looked around and took Lisa to the first bedroom i saw and put her on the bed.

Lisa isn't letting go of me. she's holding me very tightly. I tried my best to break away from. but it didn't do any good. Trying for sometime more i realise she's not gonna let go so i admit my defeat.

when i looked at her she was sleeping very piecefully in my arms. i was admiring her beauty when she started mumbling something..!

"Please don't force me. I don't wanna marry Richard. I don't love him dad. Please don't force me.I beg of you". She said in her sleep

She keeps mumbling this again and again

After hearing that made me very angry. She doesn't want this marriage. It's been forced onto her.

sometime later she released my hand and sleeps comfortably in her bed.

That's when i realised it's time for me to go. when i was going to leave. Lisa immediately hold my hand and said.

"don't leave me. I don't wanna be alone tonight!".

after hearing that made me very sad. I didn't think twice and got on the bed with her. my shirt has a bad smell of alcohol so i removed it.

Then i go close towards lisa and tightly hold her in my arms and gives a kiss on her forehead. Then i looked at her. I didn't realise i was already asleep when I was admiring the beautiful lady in front of me.

I'm very happy today. i never felt this comfort or anything like this to any woman. I want to make this girl the happiest. Now i know that I'm completely in love with her even though i just met her.

I feel like I've been waiting for her this entire time. But I'm feeling very sad because she will never be mine. Thinking about all this made me sleep very fast . I sleep beside lisa holding her in my arms. i feel like if i ever let go. I'll lose her forever

At morning....!

Lisa is sleeping in Edwards arms like he's her pillow

The maid of the house enters the room to clean . After seeing them she immediately call lisa father

( David)

David come to the room..!

He shouted lisa...!!!

After hearing that made both of them jump out of the bed

"dad why are you shouting at me so early in the morning?" she asked

"What happened!!". he asked her.David became very upset

"what happened?. Look beside you who's that man standing at back". He asked

Soon after hearing that lisa looks back and she see's Edward standing at her back and she says

"Youuu!!! Why are you here boy. What are you doing in my house" she asked him

"So you do know him. what happened here. he's not wearing any shirts. dont tell me you guys did it . Lisa where is your mind at. your marriage is in next week and here you cheating with a some young prick . What is wrong with you. you know what will happen if the news spread". Her dad asked

Lisa is getting upset hearing it all.

"Dad don't talk like you know everything. please give me some time to explain. Don't just create a story like you know everything!". She tells him

"Fine! Tell me what happened?" He replied

"i met him at Lilly party and we shared some drinks. That's all". She said

"Shared some drinks? Then why is he in my house and was sleeping beside my daughter?" He asked

Edward tries to say something but david and lisa together tells him to shut up

"I don't remember what happened after that. because she was drunk" She replied

Then soon after she finished talking. Edward explained everything. That he took her here . because she was very drunk and they didn't do anything just sleeps on the bed

But david is not believing it he then ask edward to leave.

Edward started to leave saying sorry but he can hear that david is very upset and saying shit to lisa

He's not happy about it. but he can't do anything because whatever he says david will not believe him

after getting to his apartment room he sees carl

Carl asked him what happened. because he can see that edward is sad

Edward tell everything to him . Carl tries to comfort him .

Two days passed...!!!

Edward point of view

Morning...

I was deeply asleep. when carl came and tried to wake me up

"Wake up man we need to go. Today is your parents big day. We need to pay respect. Just wake the hell up". He said

Hearing it i slowly opened my phone and looked at the calendar. That's when i realised what je was saying. I immediately got up and went to freshen up.

After that me and carl went to meet my parents

some time later.

we reached the place and immediately went to my parents. Then carl handed me the flowers we brought.

Then i put the flowers on the grave of my father and mother

My father names is jack and my mother's names is Christina. They were the best parents in the world. I love them to death.

"Hey guys. It's a great day right .You know we been good. We are studying well. Been a good kids. Thank you for everything you guys did for us. I miss you both". Carl said to them sitting beside their grave.

After saying that carl left. Giving me the privacy to talk with them.

Hey guys. I miss you. I bet you both know what is happening right. I can't get her out of my mind. She's been stuck at my head since the first time I met her.

I think I fell for her. What do i do?. Her marriage is next week. she will never be mine . College is good. It's a new start for us . You know chris is married now. Then i started blabbering everything that happened in a few days.

After sometime later.

I get up from the ground and turn to leave. But i stopped and looked at them and said I wish i was the one who got her. I kinda wished you both were with me rigth now . I love you both bye.

when i started walking. A small wind touches my face like my parents would . I stopped and turned around to look at them one more time.

Then me and carl left the cemetery.

In the distance There were some people looking at them in the distance .

They called someone and said

"They came and visited them".

"So it's them". The caller said to them men

"yes we are hundred percent sure. it's him!". The men replied

The caller starter laughing so loudly.

"So the time for his return is near". The caller said and cut the call
