Yukina was still looking down and feeling her transformation. She knew that her skin had become even more beautiful than before, but she didn't care.

She never felt anything about her being too beautiful. She had heard many compliments till now and had already become numb to them.

The only compliments she ever cared for were the ones Takuya had given her. Although he never gave those compliments of his own will, she beat them out of him.

She wondered if he was looking at her right now. The reason she didn't look up till now was also because of this. If he was looking at her, then he would definitely avert his eyes if she did that.

Takuya was still looking at Yukina. Everyone was busy looking at themselves and checking if there were any other changes besides their skin, so he didn't avert his eyes from her.

As he was looking at her, he saw another change happening to her. It was her hair.

The ends of her hair, which were long enough to reach the middle of her back, were changing colors. They changed from pure black to slightly dark purple.

They released a strange shine, which wasn't an illusion; it was like a unique aura.

When he looked around, he found that others had similar changes, and they also exclaimed while looking at each other.

But unlike Yukina, who had only three inches of her hair turned blackish purple, which looked mesmerizing, the others had their whole hair turned into different colors.

Daiki, whose hair was a little blackish brown, turned to platinum. Tenka, whose hair was light black, turned into light golden. Aoi, who also had blackish brown hair, turned into midnight black.

That meant his own hair must have changed. He didn't need a mirror to see the color, as his hair was long enough to check by pulling a strand with his fingers.

But he didn't, because Daiki, Haruto, and Aoi were looking at him strangely. They even glanced at Yukina from time to time, as if comparing him with her or something.

"What?"

"Nothing, it's quite unusual. Your hair is the same as Aisawa-san's."

It was Daiki who answered because Aoi was still scrutinizing them.

Yukina also finally looked to see if it was true, and it was.

When Takuya heard that, he got stunned and pulled his hair to verify, and as expected, it was really the same as Yukina's hair.

Before he could even think about anything, he heard the surprised voice of the Priestess.

"That's really surprising. We've never seen anyone's hair having two colors before.

The change in your color is a response to your chosen class.

Hair color of two different classes can be similar in some conditions when the elements match.

But the hair color of both of you is unique. That can only mean that you guys have the same class. It's not rare to have the same class as someone else.

But you guys have just awakened together, not to mention the color of your hair is unique. That means the class you have gotten is also unique in itself. Getting a unique class similar to someone else on the same day of awakening is an almost impossible occurrence."

She might not understand why this happened, but they understood immediately why it did.

That goddess had said two people would get the same class because they had Resonating Souls.

So, it was easy to tell who these two people she was referring to now. But it was hard to believe.

How could these two, who never even talked, become resonating with each other?

Even Takuya was surprised when he heard that. He had thought it was Aoi and Daiki, but to think it was him and Yukina.

Now that he thought about it, didn't they wake up at the same time? Why didn't he associate himself with her when he learned about two people having Resonating Souls? Was he unconsciously still running away from her? He gritted his teeth and decided to fix this issue quickly, as he really won't be able to live happily without her.

Now he felt that this feeling had increased even more than before. It was like something was pushing him to go closer to her.

The Priestess looked at them and said,

"Looks like it is completed. Now you can open your status panel to see your information about classes and your stats.

All you have to do is think 'status panel' in your mind, and it will appear in front of you. If you want to remove it, then think 'disappear,' and it will be gone."

When they heard her voice, everyone came out of their initial surprise, but Aoi was still looking at them. Before she sighed and said,

"That really was unexpected." She seemed to be saying it to herself.

But Takuya knew she was talking about them. He let it go for the time being because he was really curious to see his—well, their—class now, as she would have the same class.

He thought of the status panel, and a blue screen appeared in front of him.

He was stunned to see his status. What was the meaning of Celestial Arcanist + Saintblade, and what was with the SSS+ grade class? Wasn't SSS grade the max level possible?

But he was even more surprised by the Soulbound status. It was really unique, to say the least. He couldn't help but think, is this also visible on her status panel?

"If you're done reading it, let me explain everything to you before you assign your points."

All of them listened to her carefully.

"Good. So, first of all, no matter what class you got, your base stats and attributes are decided by your current strength.

Right now, you must be level 1. Everyone starts at this level when they awaken.

In this world, everyone awakens at the age of 15.

By the way, you might have seen your age in the system already, right? It should be a fixed number in years. There won't be any months, even though you might be some months older."

They nodded, as it was true. Takuya was 16 years and 4 months old, but it showed only 16 years.

"In this world, aging is different. On every 1st of the calendar year, you will age 1 year. This is true for everyone. So, in other words, everyone's birthday comes on the 1st of January.

Don't get surprised by this because humans in this world live far more than 100 years, so something like aging on the same day is nothing.

Also, years and months are universally similar to every world, so you will find them similar here too.

Let's get to the next part.

You see health and mana? They are also fixed for level 1, which is 500 HP and 250 MP, no matter which class you get.

But this is only applicable for level 1. After that, everything depends on your class and how you assign points.

For example, a 1-point increase in endurance increases health by 20 points, and a 1-point increase in intelligence increases mana by 10 points.

To the next part.

As I already said, your core attributes depend on your current strength, which you can already see. Some might have more, some might have less.

Strength and agility are something you can understand by their names, so there is not much to say.

Endurance is also self-explanatory, but let me break it down for you. It affects your health, stamina, and defense.

Intelligence is related to your mana and magic power.

And the most important one, which you might ignore like many newbies, is perception.

Perception is an amalgamation of awareness, sensory sharpness, reaction to stimuli, and the ability to detect hidden information. It's a critical stat for scouts, assassins, mages, and even warriors at higher levels.

Hope you understand its value.

Now let's talk about hidden attributes. These are attributes that you cannot assign points to. They can increase, but only in very special conditions, which are hard to fulfill.

So don't get your hopes too high for them, as whatever you got might stay with you for your whole life.

Come to the next part—resistance. This is a stat that is affected by the class you got.

If you have a B-class, then you will have 5% resistance in at least one of the four resistance categories. You might have some resistance in other categories, but it won't be more than 5%.

If your class is one of the top B-grade classes, then you might get 5% in all types of resistances.

Similarly, for A-grade, it is 10%; for S-grade, it is 15%; for SS-grade, it is 20%; and for SSS-grade, it is 25%.

Finally comes affinity. It is also decided by your class.

You can have multiple affinities according to your class, but the percentage of affinity also matters.

If you have 100% affinity with any element, then you can control that element completely.

Remember, some affinities use far more mana than others, so complete control doesn't mean you can use them as much as you want.

That was all about your status. Now, let's talk about classes themselves.

In this world, your class is everything. Your future strength will definitely be affected by your class.

There are several classes in this world, but I will talk about only B-grade and above because below that are the classes that are not fit to be warriors."
