BETTY'S POV- UNRAVELING LUTHER

Days went by, and days turned into weeks. Weeks turned into months as Betty and Luna tried to find out what was wrong with Betty, but Betty couldn't open up.

One day, while they were studying in their dorm, Emily walked in. "We're going to have a party tonight! Will you guys want to join?"

Luna was happy about the party because she loved parties. "Yes, let's go!" she exclaimed.

But Betty was uninterested. "I'm not interested," she said, still sad about something that Luna didn't know about.

Emily and Luna tried to cheer her up. "Come on, Betty! It'll be fun! Let's go!"

Finally, Emily convinced them to prepare for the party. Luna felt nice, and Betty seemed a little better. They all went to the party together.

After the party, Betty seemed looser and happier. She smiled, and Luna felt at ease, seeing her friend happy again.

Three weeks later, Emily came again. "Guys, guess what? I'm going for a program this summer, and I wish I could win! Considering the fact that Luther is going to be among the participants, I cannot wait to beat him!"

Betty's expression changed. "Wait, Luther is part of the program?"

Emily nodded. "Yes, he's a very smart guy."

Betty thought to herself, "I think I should apply too."

She turned to Emily. "I think I'll apply too."

Luna raised an eyebrow, surprised by Betty's sudden interest. But she just smiled and said, "That's a great idea, as long as it makes you happy."

Betty thought to herself, "Wait, Luna, what do you think if I apply? Emily and I can be a team and beat Luther."

Luna didn't notice Betty's thoughts, but she did notice that Betty seemed more cheerful.

Later that day, Betty approached Luna in their room. "Hey, Luna, you know I don't know anything about this program. I just wanted to join because I wanted to get my mind off something."

Luna looked at her curiously. "Considering the fact that Luther is among, and his classmates...I think you should ask him or find out about it from him."

Betty's eyes lit up. "Yes, that's a great idea! I need to get his number."

Luna looked confused, but she didn't say anything.

They went to look for Luther, but they couldn't find him anywhere. One day, while Betty and Luna were walking, Betty saw Luther and rushed over to him.

Luna stood where she was, not wanting to interrupt their conversation.

"Hey, Luther," Betty said, trying to sound casual. "I heard you're part of that program this summer."

Luther looked up from his book, surprised. "Oh, yeah! I'm really excited about it."

Betty smiled, trying to seem interested. "What's the program all about?"

Luther launched into a detailed explanation of the program. "It's a summer internship program for students who are interested in business and entrepreneurship. We'll be working with a team to develop a business plan and pitch it to investors."

Betty listened intently, asking questions and taking notes. "That sounds amazing! What kind of skills do you need to have to be part of the program?"

Luther thought for a moment. "Well, you need to have strong communication and teamwork skills. You also need to be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to problems."

Betty nodded, taking more notes. "I see. And what's the goal of the program?"

Luther smiled. "The goal is to develop a business plan that can be implemented in real life. We'll be working with mentors and industry experts to get feedback and guidance."

Betty asked more questions, seeming to be genuinely interested in the program. But then, out of nowhere, she asked, "So, Luther, do you have a girlfriend?"

Luther looked taken aback by the question. "Uh, no, I don't."

Betty smiled, seeming to be pleased by the answer. "That's great! I was just wondering."

Luther looked confused, unsure of where the conversation was going.

Betty asked more questions, seeming to be trying to get to know Luther better. But then, she finally asked, "Can I get your number?"

Luther looked hesitant, unsure of what to say. "I don't know, Betty. I'm not sure if that's a good idea."

Betty looked disappointed, but she didn't give up. "Come on, Luther! I just want to ask you more questions about the program."

Luther sighed, seeming to be persuaded by Betty's persistence. "Okay, fine. But just for questions about the program."

Betty smiled, seeming to be triumphant. "I promise! I'll only ask you questions about the program

As the days went by, Luna noticed that Betty was still chatting with someone on her phone, but she wasn't smiling as much as she used to. Luna was curious, but she didn't ask Betty about it. She just observed from a distance, wondering who was on the other end of the conversation.

Betty, on the other hand, was getting frustrated with Luther. She had been trying to get him to open up about his personal life, but he kept dodging her questions. He would only talk about the program and its details, leaving Betty feeling like she was hitting a brick wall.

Luna noticed that Betty seemed a bit off, and she asked her what was wrong. But Betty just brushed it off and changed the subject. "I'm fine, Luna. Just stressed about the program, that's all."

Luna decided to let it go, figuring that Betty would talk about it when she was ready. But she couldn't help but wonder what was really going on.

Meanwhile, Betty was getting more and more curious about Luther. Why was he so secretive about his personal life? She couldn't help but wonder what he was hiding. Was he shy? Was he hiding something? The more she thought about it, the more questions she had.

As the days turned into weeks, Betty's curiosity only grew stronger. She was determined to find out more about Luther, no matter what it took. She started to ask him more questions, trying to get him to open up, but he remained tight-lipped.

Despite the frustration, Betty couldn't help but feel drawn to Luther. She loved the way he explained things, the way he made her feel like she was the only person in the world. She was torn between her curiosity and her growing feelings for him.

But Luther didn't seem to notice Betty's feelings. He just kept talking about the program, never once mentioning his personal life. Betty started to feel annoyed. Why was he being so secretive? Didn't he trust her?

One day, Betty decided to confront Luther about his secrecy. "Hey, Luther, can I ask you something?" she said, trying to sound casual.

"Sure, what's up?" Luther replied, not looking up from his phone.

"Why are you so secretive about your personal life?" Betty asked, trying to keep her tone light.

Luther looked up, a hint of surprise on his face. "What do you mean?"

Betty sighed, feeling frustrated. "I mean, you never talk about yourself. You just keep talking about the program. It's like you're hiding something."

Luther shrugged, his expression neutral. "I'm just focused on the program, that's all. I don't see the point in talking about my personal life."

Betty felt a surge of annoyance. Why was he being so evasive? Didn't he care about her feelings?

"Whatever, Luther," Betty said, trying to sound nonchalant. "I just thought we could get to know each other better, that's all."

Luther nodded, his expression still neutral. "I appreciate that, Betty. But like I said, I'm just focused on the program."

Betty felt a pang of disappointment. She realized that Luther didn't feel the same way about her. He was just interested in the program, not in getting to know her.

She tried to shake off the feeling, telling herself that she was just being silly. But deep down, she knew that she had developed feelings for Luther, and it hurt to know that he didn't feel the same way.
