Confrontation with the Demon "Managal"

Kaido began preparing, heading into the storage room to search for tools that might assist him in his dark journey. After a while, he found a bow, net, and axe, quickly packing them into his bag. He also grabbed a torch to light in critical moments, then put on his coat and headed towards the forest in search of the Managal.

On his way to the forest, he felt the tension growing, as if every step was leading him into the unknown. Suddenly, he heard a scream from a distance. He rushed toward the sound quickly, only to find the demon Managal holding a woman, devouring her alive. The woman looked at him with difficulty and said:

"Save me..."

Then the Managal threw the woman aside and looked at Kaido with a challenging gaze, speaking in a low but powerful voice:

"So... you've returned? Do you think you're brave? Or are you just a fool willing to sacrifice yourself? But this time, I can smell something repulsive coming from you."

The attack began.

In that moment, Kaido shot an arrow quickly at the demon, trying at the same time to ensnare him with the net, but Managal tore it apart easily, and the arrow struck the enemy with little effect. Then, Managal lunged at him with a swift leap.

Kaido tried to evade the attack as he rearranged his weapons, pulling the axe from his bag, but he couldn't land a single blow on the demon. During the fight, Kaido sustained multiple wounds, as Managal dug its claws into his shoulder, and the axe fell from his hand. He realized he was facing something he couldn't defeat.

Then, Managal revealed his hand... And when Kaido looked at it in shock, the demon stepped back slightly and said, trembling:

"Mephistopheles?"

Suddenly, the power of his demonic hand was unleashed.

The hand began to move on its own, gripping his exposed spine, and started absorbing its energy involuntarily. Kaido screamed in pain, feeling something strange within his hand, feeding on Managal, which made him feel an intense fear. "What's happening to my hand?" he wondered, as the demon weakened.

As the condition of Managal worsened, Kaido shot a quick arrow into his mouth, then severed his wings. The demon fell to the ground, powerless.

Kaido knelt, staring at his hand, which began returning to its normal shape. But suddenly, he saw a reflection in his claw, a monster grinning at him from within his body. He felt that this hand was not a power, but a curse that might consume him one day if he couldn't control it.

Then, Kaido tried to gather himself. He grabbed the torch he had with him and began attempting to light the fire. As Managal's body burned, he whispered in agony, saying:

"Routin... why did you leave me?"
