where Am I?

The dagger in Kaido's hand was cold and heavy. Suddenly, he began to feel as if his body had detached from his mind—as if an enigmatic force were draining his consciousness.

Then, in a single moment, the world around him transformed into utter darkness. There was nothing—no sounds, no air, just emptiness. His senses were muddled, and he found himself in a state of complete helplessness. Had he not been in the temple just moments ago? What had happened? How had he come to this darkness?

Suddenly, he heard a voice. A soft voice, yet carrying a deep, underlying edge that said, "Who are you?"

At That Moment—Outside the Dagger's Consciousness, Inside the Temple

The necklaces of Loki and Goon, bearing the symbol of the eye, began to glow softly. At that very moment, Elian appeared, advancing with steady steps and a mocking smile etched on his lips. In a cold voice, he declared:

"No human can hold the dagger. They will meet their end due to their foolish arrogance, and you two will follow suit… You are of Oculus Null, aren't you?"

He continued, laughing lightly with intensity in his tone:

"You are nothing but wretches trying to stop us from reopening the gate. Mere weak mortals who do not realize their own worth."

While Elian spoke, Loki raised his hands, releasing a mysterious fog of Gombangdae. The mist seeped through the space as if forced through every crevice of the walls. In moments, the farmers collapsed to the ground, rendered unconscious and unaware of what had just occurred, while Elian's confident smile only widened.

In the next moment, Goon drew his sword from behind his back and moved swiftly. As he unsheathed his sword, he said,

"I want to have a plate of tempura after this fight, Loki!"

Then he charged toward Elian, disregarding everything else, as if their confrontation were merely a matter of time.

The battle was on the verge of igniting. But at that very moment, something else happened...

Return to the Dagger's Consciousness

Despite the clamor filling the air, Kaido's consciousness remained deep in darkness until he heard a girl's voice again—her voice shrouded in shadows, speaking from the darkness that enveloped him.

"It is rare for a demon to penetrate my consciousness through this dagger... Wait! You are neither a demon nor a human."

Something began to stir in the shadows, and a figure emerged from the darkness, taking on a human form, yet her features were distinct and sharp. She advanced toward him and stopped nearby, revealing herself as a being that appeared partly human, partly something else. She possessed prominent horns on her head and large wings, like those of a dark bat, with eyes that glowed in a deep, somber hue. Her long black hair flowed behind her in unseen winds.

Then she whispered into his ear, in a calm, powerful voice: "I smell the stench of my wretched brother on you... How intriguing. Let's play together later."

(Note: The "brother" mentioned here is her own brother, not Kaido's.)

Then the creature slowly vanished, leaving Kaido engulfed in profound silence as his mind struggled to comprehend what was happening and the nature of the being that had stood before him.

Suddenly, he returned to reality, as if awakening from a long, harrowing dream. He was still clutching the dagger, standing in the same place, yet his mind remained muddled.
