Prologue: The Sealed Truth
Long before the first kingdom rose, before the gods wove the fabric of time itself, there was knowledge—endless, eternal, and dangerous. This knowledge was not meant for mortal hands, for within its depths lay truths that could shake the heavens and unravel creation itself.
The Celestial Keepers, divine sentinels sworn to guard the order of existence, gathered in the ethereal realm known as the Veil. They stood before a great tome, its pages inscribed with the forbidden history of a world that no longer existed. The Forgotten One, an entity once revered as a deity of wisdom, had sought to unveil these secrets, and for his defiance, he was cast into oblivion.
But knowledge cannot be destroyed—only hidden.
The gods bound the Forbidden One within a prison outside of time, and with him, they sealed away the truth. They rewrote the history of Eldoria, crafting a new world where only their sanctioned knowledge remained. And to ensure their story remained unchallenged, they entrusted the Archive of Eldoria to their most faithful servant—the Librarian.
For a thousand years, the Archive stood untouched by war, its halls filled with the whispered echoes of forgotten voices. The Librarian, bound by an oath older than memory itself, preserved the world's knowledge, never questioning the weight of the past she safeguarded.
But fate is not so easily rewritten.
Deep within the Archive, hidden beneath layers of enchantments, a single book waited. It was a tome unlike any other, its cover shifting between reality and dream, its ink glowing with the remnants of a lost age. The gods had failed to destroy it, for within its pages lay the one truth they could not erase.
And on a fateful night, a single touch would awaken the past.
