It was afternoon when Taehyung woke up. He was watching a movie, he didn't know how he ended up sleeping. Maybe it was because of his medications. After eating medicines he always felt dizzy and weak so he didn't like eating his medicines but Jungkook always made sure he ate them.

A notification of a message popped on his phone. Taehyung looked at the text and was shocked after reading the text.

Sender: Unknown

It may sound unusual and out of context but, Taehyung, you have to meet me once. I am Hoseok.

Taehyung opened his eyes widely in shock. Hoseok? After all these years? Why did he suddenly want to meet him? Hoseok once used to be his best friend before Jungkook arrived but he had left him alone once their sub-gender was revealed. Taehyung was still bitter about that. So why contact him now after all those years? Taehyung just rolled his eyes ignoring the text message. 

Instead, he opened his laptop and started looking for a job. Although it was his best friend's apartment and he was staying for free, Taehyung still felt uncomfortable. He must find a job as soon as possible.

It was already evening when Taehyung heard the door opening. It must be Jungkook. Taehyung ran happily towards the door and saw Jungkook coming inside. Jungkook tightly hugged Taehyung inhaling Taehyung's scent around his nape. 

"How was your day?" Taehyung asked as he broke the hug and started walking in.

"Full of meetings," Jungkook said aggrievedly as he leaned towards Taehyung while walking. "I am so tired."

"Be fresh," Taehyung said as he held Jungkook and rubbed his hair. "I'll make coffee for you."

Jungkook smiled nodding his head as he watched Taehyung walking to the kitchen. How good it would be if his Taehyungie strayed like this forever. His Taehyungie welcomed him as soon as he entered his apartment. They looked just like a married couple. But Taehyung was still not his. He still needed to wait. Jungkook thought as he clenched his fist and walked to his room.

The days passed quickly as they stayed together. Taehyung still hadn't found a job because he always got rejected even though he was a beta. Moreover, he was getting bored of staying home all day. Today before going to the office Jungkook had told him he would arrive late as he would be attending meetings and meeting new clients.

Hoseok kept texting and calling him although he read the text and never answered the calls. The content of his text would always be the same, that he had to say something important to him. 

Why was Hoseok so desperate to meet him? 

Today Taehyung had planned to go grocery shopping. He was kind of feeling under the weather but thought he could still walk to the nearest grocery store. He had been feeling weak and dizzy these days more and more. Sometimes his mind would be hazy and felt like he was having a fever. But today he was feeling a lot better. He could still walk to the nearest store. No, it would be better to go by a car. What if something suddenly happened?

The grocery store was just around the corner. He was shopping for vegetables when he suddenly started to feel dizzy. He started feeling warm all over his body and the sweet smell from somewhere was overwhelming him. 

Not again. Taehyung thought as he hurried to the cashier.

"Do you smell something sweet?" Taehyung heard one of the people asking another person.

"Yeah."

"Isn't that smell of the pheromone?"

"Omega?"

"Damn, which omega is brave enough to walk bravely spreading their pheromones?"

Taehyung could hear the gossip. It couldn't be him, right? He was a beta. He is just suffering from the common cold. Taehyung hurriedly paid for the bills and hurried home. Thank god, he had brought Jungkook's car otherwise he would have fainted on the way.

He somehow made it inside the apartment without fainting on the way. As he entered he could smell the overwhelming amount of pheromones. It was everywhere all around the apartment. 

What is this smell? Taehyung was shocked as his legs began to tremble. He knelt as he began to gasp for air.

"Fuck !!! What is happening to me?" Taehyung shouted as the smell of pheromones started to surround him. It smelt like red wine. Was it Jungkook's pheromones? But how could he smell it? He was a beta. Moreover, he just realized he had been living with Jungkook who had his pheromones spread all around his apartment. He knew alphas were territorial but not this much. The apartment was screaming Jungkook everywhere. It was like showering with Jungkook's pheromones.

Taehyung was feeling hot all over his body and his tongue was feeling dry. His breath was warm and he couldn't walk properly. Although Jungkook was not present, his pheromones dominated Taehyung.
