Chapter 8 - New Customer!

Lucius had just pressed [Yes.], meaning that the store was finally open.

Alicia seemed to have calmed down slightly ever since Lucius had promised that he would give her another massage later. The scent from the Erotic Perfume had also run out, and Lucius wasn't planning on using it on himself again as he now knew how it could make Alicia react.

Last time, Alicia had entered the store right after he opened it. But this time, it seemed that it would take some more time, which gave Lucius a chance to ask Alicia some questions about the store and how it worked.

"What do you want to know, beautiful~?" she said with a big smile.

"Mhm, how did you discover the store? And how does it work for you to enter it?"

Alicia frowned slightly, surprised that Lucius didn't know such basic information. However, she still went ahead and explained it to him.

"The Multiverse General Store is something that has existed for hundreds of thousands of years. Every hundred years, it closes down, and a new owner is selected to replace the last person. Everyone who has a portal connecting to the store can access it." Alicia took a deep breath before continuing. "Not every world has one, but most important and developed ones do since the items crafted in this store cannot be found anywhere else, and they are always of the top quality."

"I see, so multiple worlds have a portal connecting to this place?"

Alicia nodded. "And what's the best about this place is that every 100 years, the items inside the store change completely. That's why I was surprised when you said that you were selling a Love Potion and an Erotic Perfume."

Lucius nodded, finding it interesting. There was another question on his mind that he had always wanted to ask ever since Alicia had become his employee.

"Do you think that people from your world will try to take you back?"

Lucius had been worried about this situation from the very beginning. He knew from her description that she was an elven princess. There was no doubt that her family would notice her disappearance and that soon enough they would try to go get her.

Alicia started laughing and giggling. "Are you worried about me?"

She giggled cutely.

"Don't worry, even if my father comes in person, I'll tell him to leave! I'll never go back there if it's without you!"

Lucius smirked, but that wasn't really the answer he was looking for. He wasn't trying to make himself the enemy of an Elven King. It was just asking for problems at this point.

He hoped that if they ever came, things would be resolved peacefully.

'Hmm… I guess we will have to see what happens then.'

Then, as Lucius was about to ask another question, a loud bell sound rang inside the shop.

A customer had finally arrived.

Lucius lost his mind as the description appeared before him.

'The queen of the underworld?' His eyes widened. 'Why are all my customers such big shots?!'

He gulped as he heard loud footsteps approaching him.

Lilith was wearing high heels, making her presence known to everyone around her.

Then, as she walked past the corner of one of the shelves, she finally entered Lucius's field of vision.

His jaw dropped as he looked at her.

She was barely wearing any clothes that covered her body. She was in a onesie that barely covered anything. Her top covered her abdomen and barely concealed her nipples, letting her whole cleavage be visible to anyone observing her.

As for the bottom of her outfit, it barely covered her backside, most of it completely exposed.

She was absolutely beautiful. In a way, she was more beautiful than Alicia, who was already a top beauty.

The aura she exuded made her seem superior to Alicia.

Lilith had long black hair and red piercing eyes, and her body was something that would cause many men to divorce instantly.

'Wait, is she heading in my direction?!' Lucius suddenly thought as he began to panic behind the counter.

"Hello, it is a pleasure to have the queen of the underworld in my shop," Lucius said with a bow.

Lilith barely greeted him, looking him up and down.

"Mhm, not bad. What are you selling this time?" she suddenly asked with a neutral look on her face.

"The Multiverse General Store is currently selling two items. We have the Love Potion priced at 100 Universal Gold Coins and the Erotic Perfume priced at 500 Universal Gold Coins."

Lilith's brows raised slightly.

"Isn't that expensive?"

"Based on the ingredients in both items and their quality, the prices are fair. I can assure you."

Lilith nodded slowly. "I see, can you tell me more about them?"

Lucius then went on to explain what the Love Potion and Erotic Perfume did.

"Mhm, a scent that will make others more attracted to you?" Lilith frowned slightly, definitely interested in the Erotic Perfume. "Just how effective is it?"

Lucius hadn't wanted to use it again, as he knew how Alicia would react to it. But if it was to make a sale, then he would do it.

Lucius glanced at Alicia, who was a few meters away from them, and he could see her clenching her teeth at Lilith.

'Don't tell me she's jealous because she's speaking to me…' Lucius shook his head.

Alicia's obsessiveness was about to become a problem if things continued this way.

"Hm, I can use it on myself, and you can be the judge of how effective it is. Is that fine with you?"

Lilith nodded, curious as to how it would affect her.
