Chapter 9 - Making a Deal with Lilith

Lucius pulled out the Erotic Perfume and sprayed himself.

A few seconds passed for the perfume to take effect, and immediately there was a slight change in the personality of the Succubus Queen.

The look in her eyes changed from disinterest toward Lucius to one that was slightly similar to the one Alicia had on her face. However, it was still far from being as excessive as the elven princess.

After all, Lilith was much older, and her specialty as a succubus was charm-related items like the Love Potion and Erotic Perfume.

"T-This…" Lilith muttered as her eyes finally looked away from Lucius's face and toward the perfume. "This is incredible! What kind of ingredients did you use to make it?"

Lilith's personality completely flipped the moment Lucius had used his perfume.

She was no longer cold and distant. She even bent slightly over the counter, crossing her arms, her cleavage almost spilling out of her onesie.

Lucius couldn't help but stare at her body for a short moment. However, he was trying his very best to resist that envy since he knew what the system had said: that he should be careful around Lilith, as she was extremely powerful and dangerous.

She was someone that even Alicia couldn't deal with since her rank as a Customer was 5, two tiers higher than Alicia, who was already quite rare.

Then, just as Lucius was about to open his mouth and talk about the ingredients, a message from the system appeared before him.

[It is prohibited to talk about the ingredients of the items crafted inside the Multiverse General Store. The only way to reveal the ingredients is through deals of equivalent value.]

'A deal of equivalent value? What would that even be?'

[It can be anything that you consider of equivalent value. However, the system will have to approve the value of the said deal.]

"I'm sorry, we have a policy that makes it impossible to reveal the ingredients of what we sell," Lucius declared with a serious look on his face.

Lilith frowned and clicked her tongue. "Right, I forgot about this annoying policy. What do you want? I'll give you anything you desire as long as you give me the complete recipe."

Lucius frowned as he analyzed each suggestion from the system.

All of them seemed fairly interesting and mainly positive overall. However, they weren't guaranteed to succeed.

The first option was probably the best one. However, the chances of Lilith accepting such a thing were so low that there was barely any point in asking her about it. It could even make her furious that he would even consider such a thing.

The second option also seemed very interesting, as it would give the Multiverse General Store more customers at a fast pace. After all, the store had just reopened, and it was going to take some time before many customers came since they only had two items for the time being.

The third option was the most probable to work and was also quite advantageous.

Lucius wasn't quite sure what he could do with Universal Gold Coins. However, he knew that they could bring him a lot of money. Just by selling one Erotic Perfume, he was getting $50,000. It was not a small sum, and if he was certain of selling a lot of them each month, then he would become extremely rich in a very short time.

'Hm… let's see. Maybe we can try to mix the second and third ideas together,' Lucius thought, as that would be the best scenario for him.

Lilith, who was patiently waiting, was currently getting more and more affected by the Erotic Perfume, which was something she would have never expected since she was the Succubus Queen. She was the one who affected others' minds and forced them to do her bidding.

Lilith unconsciously began thinking of Lucius as someone who could be of her taste, something that had never happened in the past.

Still, it wasn't to the point where she couldn't control herself like with Alicia.

Lilith was still calm and composed for the time being.

Lucius, who had finally organized his thoughts, looked at Lilith and noticed something quite strange about her.

Right around her nipples, there was a strange red hue being exuded.

'Is that the Pleasure Vision skill?' Lucius thought, as he had not yet seen it in action.

Before saying anything else, he turned toward Alicia, who was still watching from afar, doing her best not to intervene, and that's when he saw that Alicia also had a similar red aura emanating from her womb area.

'Hmm… it's Pleasure Vision. Does that mean that Lilith is getting hornier because of the perfume?' Lucius thought with a smirk.

He wouldn't try anything, but by building a relationship with Lilith, they were bound to see each other more often, and maybe… one day, he would be able to give her an "unforgettable" massage.

Just thinking about it gave Lucius a little smile as he began explaining his offer to Lilith in detail.

"In exchange for giving you the recipe, we will have to form a strong economic bond, forcing you to buy at least 5,000 Universal Gold Coins worth of items every month. It will also be necessary for you to come to my shop every month so that we can have private discussions. You will also have to advertise this store to all of your friends."

The last part was something that Lucius had just thought of when he noticed the red hue around Lilith's nipples.

Having private discussions would increase his chances with her.

"Do you accept this offer?" Lucius asked as Lilith began thinking deeply.

"Mhm… 5,000 Universal Gold Coins and a monthly meeting." Lilith smirked. "Sure, that works."

Lucius didn't waste any time and gave her the recipe, and Lilith was on her way with a smile on her face, extremely happy with the deal she had concluded.
