Chapter 26: The Hidden Power

Kyle tightly gripped the stardust lightsaber inserted into the ground. His muscles were tense all over his body, and sweat poured down his face and arms. His gaze was focused and intense, as if he wanted to infuse his will into the power that was about to burst out. At this moment, the air in the hall seemed to be stirred by an invisible giant hand, becoming thick and oppressive, making it difficult to breathe. The reliefs on the walls, illuminated by the light, seemed to come to life. Those ancient patterns were as if whispering ancient prophecies, adding a touch of mystery to this battle.

Rain and the Federal soldiers stared at Kyle nervously, and their weapons trembled slightly in their hands. They didn't know what kind of power Kyle was about to unleash, but from the gradually increasing energy fluctuations, they felt an unprecedented fear. A flash of panic crossed Rain's eyes, but he quickly suppressed it. He gritted his teeth and roared in a low voice, "Hold your ground! Don't be intimidated by him!" However, his voice lacked confidence in this tense atmosphere.

Kyle took a deep breath, and the images of those mysterious symbols emerged in his mind again. They were like twinkling stars, leaping and combining in the depths of his consciousness, guiding him to explore the hidden power within his body. He could feel that this power was like a dormant volcano, about to erupt at his call.

"Kyle, what are you doing? Stop it now!" Seeing that Kyle ignored him, Rain became even more anxious. He brandished his energy battle knife and charged towards Kyle. However, the moment he got close to Kyle, a powerful repulsive force violently pushed him away. Rain stumbled back a few steps, his face filled with an expression of disbelief.

"What... What kind of power is this?" Rain exclaimed.

Kyle didn't answer. He was fully immersed in the exploration of the stardust power. As his will became deeper, the light around the stardust lightsaber became even more dazzling, gradually forming a huge energy vortex. Various strange colors flickered in the vortex, as if containing all the mysteries of the universe.

Suddenly, Kyle let out a loud shout and 猛地 pulled the stardust lightsaber out of the ground. A dazzling light instantly illuminated the entire hall, so bright that everyone had to close their eyes as if it were the sun. In this light, Kyle's body slowly rose, and a powerful and majestic aura emanated from him. It seemed that he was no longer an ordinary person but a god from the depths of the universe.

When the light gradually dimmed and everyone opened their eyes again, they were stunned by the scene in front of them. Kyle was covered with a layer of brilliant stardust armor. Mysterious runes flowed on the armor, and each rune emitted a powerful energy fluctuation. In his hand, he held a huge stardust long spear, and the tip of the spear glinted coldly, as if it could tear through time and space.

"This... This is impossible!" Rain looked at Kyle in horror, and the energy battle knife in his hand involuntarily drooped. He couldn't believe that the young man who had been in a desperate situation just now had suddenly obtained such powerful power.

Kyle slowly opened his eyes, and star-like lights flashed in them. He looked down at Rain and the Federal soldiers below, and his voice rang out like the tolling of a huge bell, "Rain, today is your end."

After saying that, Kyle waved the stardust long spear in his hand, and a powerful energy beam instantly shot towards Rain. Rain's eyes widened in horror, and he quickly raised his energy battle knife to block. The moment the beam collided with the battle knife, a blinding 强光 burst out, and a powerful energy shockwave spread out like a surging tide, knocking the surrounding Federal soldiers to the ground. Although Rain tried his best to resist, the force was too strong. Cracks appeared on his armor under the impact, and he was sent flying backward, crashing heavily into the wall of the hall.

"General!" The Federal soldiers exclaimed when they saw this. Their originally neat encirclement instantly became chaotic, and fear and confusion filled the soldiers' eyes.

Kyle didn't give them a chance to catch their breath. He brandished the stardust long spear and charged into the group of Federal soldiers like a god of war. Every time he waved the long spear, a powerful energy storm was set off, knocking the surrounding soldiers flying. The weapons of the Federal soldiers were no match for this powerful force, and they fell to the ground one after another, losing their ability to fight.

Alicia and the mysterious person stood aside, watching Kyle's battle as if he were a god descending to earth. Their hearts were filled with shock and joy. "Kyle, you did it!" Alicia shouted excitedly.

The mysterious person nodded slightly, a glimmer of relief shining in his eyes. "This is the true power of the stardust power. Kyle has finally awakened it."

Kyle rampaged through the group of Federal soldiers. His figure was as swift and agile as a ghost. The Federal soldiers tried to organize a counterattack, but in the face of Kyle's powerful force, all their efforts were in vain. In a short while, there were only a few Federal soldiers left in the hall, and they all dropped their weapons and knelt down to beg for mercy.

Rain struggled to get up from the ground. His face was filled with anger and unwillingness. "Kyle, don't be too cocky. I won't lose to you like this!" he roared. Then he took out a small energy device from his waist and pressed the button on it.

Instantly, the temperature in the hall rose sharply, and a powerful energy fluctuation emanated from the device in Rain's hand. Kyle sensed the danger and quickly turned around and charged towards Rain. However, it was too late. A powerful energy explosion instantly engulfed Rain and also spread out around.

"Not good! Everyone, get out of the way!" Kyle shouted. He quickly waved the stardust long spear and formed a powerful shield around himself, Alicia, and the mysterious person. The impact of the energy explosion hit the shield, making a deafening noise. The shield shook violently under the powerful impact, but it finally withstood the power of the explosion.

When the smoke cleared, Kyle lowered the shield and looked at the devastated hall, his heart filled with worry. He knew that Rain was likely to have died in this explosion, but he was also worried that this was just one of Rain's plots.

"Kyle, are you okay?" Alicia and the mysterious person quickly ran over and asked with concern.

Kyle shook his head. "I'm okay, but I don't know about Rain..."

Just then, a slight noise came from the ruins. Kyle and the others immediately became alert. They gripped the weapons in their hands and stared in the direction of the sound. A figure slowly stood up from the ruins, and it was Rain. At this time, Rain's armor was in a state of disrepair. His face was covered with dust and blood, but there was still a crazy light in his eyes.

"Kyle, do you think you can defeat me like this?" Rain sneered. "You're too naive."

Kyle frowned. "Rain, you've already lost. Don't be obsessed any longer."

Rain ignored Kyle's words. He raised a small device in his hand and said, "This is my last trump card. As long as I press this button, the entire ruin will be destroyed, and none of us will be able to leave alive."

Kyle was shocked. He didn't expect Rain to be so crazy. "Rain, are you out of your mind? This won't do you any good."

Rain laughed maniacally. "Good? If I can't get the stardust power, no one else can. Since I'm doomed to fail, then let everything be destroyed!"

After saying that, Rain was about to press the button. Kyle was extremely anxious. He knew that he had to stop Rain at this crucial moment. He concentrated and mobilized all the stardust power in his body, preparing to launch a final attack.

At this critical moment, Kyle suddenly felt a powerful force coming from behind him. He looked back and saw that Alicia and the mysterious person were standing behind him. Their hands were emitting light, injecting their power into Kyle's body.

"Kyle, let's do this together!" Alicia shouted.

A warm feeling welled up in Kyle's heart. He nodded, then gathered the power of everyone and launched an extremely powerful energy beam towards Rain. This beam carried boundless power and instantly hit Rain. However, just as the beam was about to penetrate Rain's body, a strange light flashed in Rain's eyes, and a strange energy shield suddenly emitted from the device in his hand, protecting him tightly.

The energy beam hit the energy shield, bursting out a strong light and a deafening roar. The entire hall trembled violently under the impact of this force, and stones on the walls fell one after another. Kyle and the others were knocked back a few steps by this impact force. They looked at Rain in surprise, not understanding how he could still withstand this fatal blow.

When the light dissipated, although Rain was still in a sorry state, he didn't fall. He gasped for breath and a strange smile appeared on his face. "Kyle, do you think you can kill me like this? You're too naive. Today's failure is just temporary. I'll come back to take my revenge." After saying that, he pressed another button on the device in his hand, and a teleportation light enveloped him, and he disappeared in an instant.

Kyle and the others looked at the place where Rain had disappeared, their hearts filled with doubts and vigilance. They knew that Rain wouldn't give up easily, and this battle was far from over.

"Let's go," Kyle turned to Alicia and the mysterious person and said, his tone filled with a hint of gravity.
