Naruko had left her body in his control for situations like those. The hokage had shown up in front of her door so suddenly. Due to her Special seal the reinforced Shadow clone was a lot stronger than her normal Shadow clones. And It wouldn't disappear until it receives a life threatening injury. But the reinforcement seal comes with a special price. She would have to focus her consciousness into the reinforced Shadow clone to control it properly like her own body. Because split consciousness wouldn't be able to handle the strain.
Naruko usually uses the reinforced Shadow clone when she doesn't want to involve her name with the incident. In short, most of the dirty works. These works give her a lot of villain points.
But during those operations, she also needed someone to take care of her main body. Most of the time she needed to present herself in public while doing dirty work. That's why she had created the body control seal which allowed the nine tails to control her body remotely.
While it wasn't a problem at first, after experiencing her periods, the nine tails has been secretly taking advantage of such situations.
And unfortunately for Naruko, despite having the villainess system, she could do nothing about the situation. At least not for the time being. But unknown to Kurama, a lot of nasty surprises are waiting for him after his release from the jail.
"The action should be starting soon. I guess I will just watch her for now." Controlling the body of his host, the nine tails pushed her chakra to her eyes, activating her Senrigan.
No matter what, Kurama could never deny one thing. Naruko's dōjutsu was definitely superior to normal Sharingan or Byakugan. Usually Naruko seals away Kurama's vision from connecting to her eyes while using Senrigan. But there were some special circumstances, when she allowed the fox to experience some entertainment when she was really happy. This was one of those occasions when Kurama was allowed to use her dōjutsu.
Pushing her consciousness towards the outside world, Kurama experienced the bizarre sensation for a couple of seconds before getting the current view of Naruko.
Naruko was in her adult form. Being a vampiric human comes with many perks. And controlling the aging of her body was one of them. It was not permanent but Naruko could temporarily increase or decrease her current age. It was not a normal transformation for she just transforms herself by showing an illusion. The increase in age also increases her physical powers and other physical aspects including her Chakra reserves.
Her long red hair has been transformed into black in colour using Chakra paints. She was wearing her red battle armour and a red faceless mask to hide her identity. She moved through the underground vents of the root headquarters. Danzo, despite being a village elder, remains in his root headquarters most of the time. Considering that the root headquarters was nothing but the conjunction of multiple complex underground tunnels under the entire hidden leaf village, it had many entry and exit points. It was situated at least around 20 meters deep underground.
The underground tunnels connected to many secret chambers which included even secretive chambers through which Byakugan couldn't see through. Of course, being superior to Senrigan was an exception.
The adult reinforced Shadow clone controlled by Naruko herself, moved through the tunnels as if she owned the place.
Kurama didn't know what the girl was doing in the root headquarters when Danzo and his root agents had already left to hunt down the Uchiha.
Taking the sudden turn at a junction, Naruko threw a sharp Shuriken made out of paper. Despite using basic shuriken throwing technique, her strength made the Shuriken so fast that the Ninja guarding the passage, unable to react in time. The shuriken was embedded straight into his heart. And just a moment later a seal inscribed on the paper Shuriken started absorbing all the blood present in his body into the seal at an alarming rate.
Within a couple of seconds, the poor guy lost all of his blood and died before his body hit the ground.

Naruko smiled in satisfaction after receiving the notifications and moved forward to retrieve the paper Shuriken. Unfolding the paper Shuriken, she stored it away in her pouch and she moved forward inside the tunnel. Within 10 minutes she moved through multiple complex tunnels while clearing up more than 15 more root agents. All of these agents died in the same manner due to the blood loss even without getting any chance to retaliate. While moving through these tunnels, Naruto was setting up multiple nasty traps that would later earn him a lot of villain points.
Finally Naruko reached in front of a special chamber that was sealed with multiple sealing arrays.
Two bright red Chakra chains erupted from her back as it sliced through all the seals surrounding the chamber while disabling all of them in the process.
*Boom* With a single kick Naruko kicked open the door of the chamber and entered inside.
"*Whistle* Damn seeing these with Senrigan and seeing them in front of me is really different. That old cripple must have collected these eyes during the great shinobi wars." Naruko commented, looking at the glass containers in front of her.
There were around 50 pairs of brightly glowing red eyes In the glass containers. All of them were Sharingans. The Uchiha massacre was not the only event when Danzo had harvested 'magic red eyes'.
But that was not the only thing that Naruko wanted. Walking forward, I stopped in front of A huge self packed with sealed scrolls. With a flick of her finger, Naruko summoned what looked like a joker card. Sheep touched the card to the self as the entire self caught fire. The fire engulfed the entire self within seconds as it vanished into the joker card.
Naruko turned around and was about to leave when she stopped in her tracks.
"I am not an eye thief. But leaving these eyes for that old cripple might not be a good idea."
With a flick offer hand multiple exploding tags appeared in her hand as he slapped them through all the containers before finally leaving the room.
Of course before leaving the root base, she didn't forget to leave some special gifts for her sponsor to always donate a lot of villain points to her system account.
Unfortunately Naruko didn't have much time left before the show would begin. So without bothering to bully the other root agents, Naruko went to the outskirts of the village where Shisui what's going to meet Danzo.

I remained in the distance as I used my Senrigan to observe Uchiha Shisui approaching the temple. Looking at the handsome mug of the Uchiha I couldn't help but shake my head.
From what I understood so far, a virgin Uchiha is a powerful Uchiha.
Look at Obito or Madara or even emo Sasuke. All of them were powerful because all of them were virgins. The guy, whom I was keeping my eyes on, Shisui of the body flicker, lost his virginity a few days ago to none other than Anko. While Itachi is still pure, Izumi was trying her best to take the virginity of her minor friend. And I could only guess that he would lose it just before the massacre. Look at Fugaku Uchiha. Despite having the powerful mangekyou sharingan, he couldn't achieve anything. Forget all of these. Sasuke was the prime example of my claim. As long as he was a virgin, he was very powerful. And as soon as he lost it he became 'I don't have any Chakra left' man in Boruto.
As Shisui reached the temple where Danzo was standing, I shifted my attention to them. Taking out a small scroll from my pouch, I threw it towards the sky in the direction where the old man was trying to give a lollipop to the innocent child and was trying to kidnap his magic eyes.
As soon as the scroll reached above their general area I made a ram seal and unsealed the scroll.
