Author’s Shameless Review: Chapter 17 wraps up the first mini-arc of "And They Call Him Bob... the Goliath!" This story’s got a bit of One Piece, One Punch Man, DBZ, Hulk, even Sakamoto Days in its DNA—but it’s not trying to copy anything. Just something new I wanted to try. A weird mix of action, fantasy, and dumb comedy set in an apocalypse world. Yeah, it’s another apocalypse story. But give it a shot. It’s not all serious. I wanted fights that feel real, characters that aren’t overpowered, and a world that’s fun to explore. I’ll be introducing a bunch of new characters along the way, and I’m even thinking of adding some fans into the story (so if you’re reading this, who knows—you might end up in there). I’m a new author and this is my first book. I’ve read a lot of manga and short novels, but writing one? Way harder than I expected. Hopefully the world and characters make sense and give you something cool to picture. The plot goes deep, and honestly, the first 17 chapters are just the start.
