Episode 1: A Fugitive's Oath

Talent Reborn – Season 2

Episode 1: A Fugitive's Oath

Haruto Aizawa was no longer a celebrated genius.

He was a wanted man.

His face was plastered across news screens worldwide. Headlines accused him of medical fraud, deception, and unethical experiments. The world he once sought to heal had now labeled him a criminal.

But he wasn't running.

He was fighting back.

In a dimly lit hideout on the outskirts of Tokyo, Haruto sat across from Renji Kujo, his former rival and now his only ally.

"You need to disappear," Renji said firmly, tossing a burner phone on the table. "Lay low, gather intel. Saito and the organization—whatever their real goal is—you can't fight them alone."

Haruto clenched his fists. "I'm not running."

Renji sighed. "If they catch you now, it's over. We need to think."

Haruto's mind raced. His abilities had brought him to this moment, but pure talent wasn't enough anymore.

He needed a strategy.

And for that, he needed someone who knew the organization from the inside.

A name surfaced in Haruto's mind.

Dr. Kuroda.

The man who had warned him before disappearing.

"If anyone knows their secrets, it's him," Haruto muttered.

Renji frowned. "He's been missing for months. Probably dead."

"Or in hiding—just like us."

Haruto's eyes burned with determination.

"If there's even a chance he's alive, I'm going to find him."

Meanwhile, in the Shadows…

Dr. Ryunosuke Saito stood in a sleek office, watching Haruto's arrest footage on a massive screen.

A voice spoke behind him.

"He escaped."

Saito smirked. "Of course he did. That's what makes this fun."

The voice hesitated. "Should we pursue?"

Saito turned, his eyes glinting.

"Not yet. Let him struggle. Let him think he's in control." He chuckled, folding his hands.

"And when the time is right… we take everything from him."

As dawn broke, Haruto and Renji packed their things. Their next stop: a secret underground clinic where Kuroda was last seen.

The fight wasn't over.

It was just beginning.

And this time, Haruto wasn't just trying to survive.

He was coming to win.
