Xeno looked at Starman with a evil smirk and pride.
"It doesn't matter if you save your granddaughter your world is burning, my soldiers dropped..."
Starman held out his hand in a fist and began opening it slowly and from it fell dog chains of his Xyphorite Soldiers.
The pride and smirk faded from Xeno's face with each dog tag hitting the ground.
Jace’s voice crackled in Starman’s ear, calm but urgent.
“You have to get him off Earth. Now. He’s bleeding power into the planet, he’ll crack it open if this keeps up.”
Starman didn’t hesitate.
He blurred forward.
Xeno raised his gauntlet, snarling, but it was too late.
Starman grabbed his face.
“No more,” he whispered.
With a boom that shredded the clouds, they vanished.
Stars bent and blurred past them. Galaxies smeared like paint across a canvas of void. They stopped only when they reached the black edge of the galaxy, where the light ran thin and the cold had teeth.
Starman let go.
