CHAPTER 29:NEW TASK

Scene splits into two simultaneous events:

Konahamaru's Scene:

Konahamaru burst through the door of his home, excitement still evident on his face:

"Grandfather's not here, perfect – need to tell Sensei Ebisu about today!"

He rushed to Ebisu's quarters within their clan compound

Ebisu, a seasoned jonin and Konahamaru's sensei, looked up from his meditation:

"Konahamaru, what's troubling you – or should I say, what's exciting you?"

Konahamaru took a deep breath:

"I met Naruto Uzumaki today – he's incredibly strong and wise... I acknowledged him as my 'Big Brother'!"

Ebisu's eyes narrowed, expression darkening:

"Naruto Uzumaki... that Nine-Tails jinchuriki. A threat to our village's peace – your admiration is misplaced."

Naruto's Scene:

Meanwhile, Naruto walked into his residence,

Izumi Uchiha (a distant relative of Sasuke's clan, but kind-hearted) greeted him warmly:

"Naruto, welcome back – lunch was delayed since you were summoned by the Third Hokage. How was your meeting?"

Naruto dropped onto a stool, eager to share:

"It was great, Izumi-sama and Third Hokage was nice, and then... I gained a 'little brother' Konahamaru, the Hokage's grandson!"

Izumi's eyes sparkled with delight as she served Naruto lunch:

"That's wonderful news, Naruto – your kindness inspires people. Tell me everything!"

Naruto shared the entire story Izumi listened with a warm smile, clearly happy for him

Naruto's eyes widened as his mind was invaded by the familiar SYSTEM VOICE:

SYSTEM VOICE:

"New mission issued, Naruto Uzumaki:

Mission Title: 'Proximity Protocol Activation'

Objective:Spend a night sleeping beside Izumi Uchiha.

Reward:

1 x Senzu Bean (imported from Dragon Ball realm) restores physical body to peak condition instantly.

Warning:Mission parameters dictate platonic intentions only respect Izumi's boundaries."

Naruto's face turned bright red as he processed the mission

He looked up to see Izumi clearing the lunch table, oblivious to the SYSTEM VOICE in his mind.

Taking a deep breath, Naruto approached Izumi casually:

"Izumi-sama, may I ask something... kind of weird?"

Izumi turned around, curious:

"Not weird at all, Naruto – what is it?"

Naruto scratched his head, choosing words carefully:

"Would it be okay if I slept in your room tonight... beside you, I mean? Had a weird dream and was not able to sleep..."

To Naruto's astonishment, Izumi's face broke into a warm smile:

"Naruto, that's adorable – I'd love the company. My room, tonight you can sleep beside me."

Naruto's eyes nearly popped out mission parameters suddenly seemed less awkward

He nodded eagerly as Izumi headed towards her room, calling back:

"Coming, Naruto – make yourself comfortable!"

Naruto followed, mind racing – SYSTEM VOICE interrupted his thoughts:

SYSTEM VOICE:

"Mission accomplished – Proximity Protocol Activated. Reward issued: 1 x Senzu Bean added to your inventory."

As they settled in for the night, Naruto felt a strange sense of comfort beside Izumi

Naruto finished breakfast, thanking Izumi with a smile:

"Izumi-sama, thanks for breakfast and... last night's company – really helped me relax!"

Izumi smiled back, her eyes sparkling softly

As Naruto turned to leave, Izumi's face suddenly flushed pink – she quickly looked away, whispering to herself:

"Why did watching him leave feel like losing something precious..."

Naruto exited unaware, walking towards the training grounds

Suddenly, Ebisu and Konahamaru blocked his path:

Ebisu crossed his arms, eyes narrowing:

"Naruto Uzumaki – Konahamaru here tells me you've influenced him poorly. Time to correct that."

Konahamaru stood tall beside Ebisu, but Naruto just sneered:

"Influenced him poorly? You mean he saw sense and dropped your arrogant attitude training?"

Ebisu's face darkened Konahamaru clenched fists

Just then, SYSTEM VOICE interrupted the tension:

SYSTEM VOICE:

"Challenge detected – Ebisu seeks battle to reclaim Konahamaru's allegiance.

Mission Title: 'Seduction of Victory'

Objective:** Accept Ebisu's challenge and defeat him using...

Reward:

1 x Fuubijin Technique Seduction Technique originated from legendary ninja Fujiko Mine – grants comprehension talent to manipulate opponents through subtle psychological insights.

Accept challenge? (Yes/No)"

Naruto grinned mischievously:

"Yes – let's see Ebisu's face when I win with style."

SYSTEM VOICE confirmed:

SYSTEM VOICE:

"Challenge accepted. Fuubijin Technique activated comprehension talent online. Analyzing Ebisu's psyche... data incoming."

Naruto's eyes gleamed with newfound insight as he faced Ebisu
