Get drunk?

"You want to what?!" Although they were adults, the three of them had never drunk alcohol together. Ivy, however, had plenty of experience, she'd lived away from her parents and was easily influenced. Giselle had tried it once during her graduation, but Aurora? She'd never touched a drop. So, when Giselle casually suggested it, Aurora was left utterly stunned.

Before she could even process what was happening, Giselle and Ivy, being the seasoned drinkers of the group, headed out to grab a good bottle of whiskey. They returned half an hour later, proudly holding the bottle and some snacks to go with it.

The three girls had never opened a bottle of liquor before, and as Ivy and Giselle fumbled with their phones, trying to figure out how to pop the seal, Aurora couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous they looked. It was almost too perfect. Without missing a beat, she grabbed her camera, ready to capture every moment of their hilarious misadventures.

Somehow, they managed to open the bottle, and Giselle had already set the glasses out in preparation. Aurora hesitated, her uncertainty hanging in the air, but deep down, she knew there was no way she could escape the pressure from these two.

"Nobody loves me!" Giselle suddenly exclaimed, her voice thick with emotion. "I've been dealing with so much—at home, college, work. Tonight, at least, I get to forget about all of it, even if just for a few hours."

Giselle, who had just started her internship, seemed to be carrying a lot more weight than she let on.

Aurora turned to Ivy, her curiosity piqued. "And what's your excuse for getting this drunk?"

Ivy shrugged with a carefree grin. "I've been buried in books day and night. I deserve a break, don't I?"

Aurora glanced at the camera, raising an eyebrow. She wasn't surprised by their excuses—honestly, she had expected nothing less. But still, she couldn't help but laugh inwardly at how predictable they were. Still, this night was already shaping up to be far more entertaining than she had anticipated.
