Chapter 33- Rae

Time passed quietly, like it was moving quickly, yet also seemed to drag on forever.

Regina rested one hand on the basin, while the other kneaded the dough. With each motion, her gaze became more distant, her thoughts drifting far away...

She hadn't seen Waldo for three days. Unlike when she first arrived here, she subconsciously found herself wishing that the month would just pass by already.

However, after building a snowman and getting sick... she found herself often thinking about Waldo, even when she was just holding a book and staring blankly on the couch.

They say curiosity kills the cat, and the more she tried to learn about Waldo, the more his image seemed to consume her thoughts...

The villa wasn't crowded; only Byron's family managed the place. Aside from the area behind the villa that Byron specifically forbade her to go near, she was pretty much free to roam around.
