Hulk

After boarding the yacht, Tony led Kai and Yinsen on a tour of the interior before instructing Jarvis to set course for their designated fishing spot.

It wasn't until then that Yinsen realized something.

"Wait... Tony, where's the crew?"

Tony removed his sunglasses and grinned.

"Just us," he said. "We're here to relax, Yinsen. I don't want anyone else bothering us. Besides, didn't I tell you? After my upgrades, this yacht can be fully controlled by Jarvis — no crew required."

With that, Tony grabbed Pepper's hand and led her to their room.

"Well, we've got a while before we reach the spot, so we're gonna rest for a bit. Feel free to pick any room on the second floor or just chill on the deck. Jarvis will let us know when we arrive."

That left Kai and Yinsen standing on the deck, exchanging glances.

As Tony led Pepper away, she asked, "Tony, are you sure we should just leave them out here like this?"

"Relax," Tony chuckled. "They'll be fine. It's been too long since we had some alone time."

Watching Tony and Pepper disappear upstairs, Kai turned to Yinsen.

"Looks like Tony's not coming back anytime soon," Kai said. "Actually, Yinsen, I wanted to ask you something."

Kai glanced at the sun overhead.

"It's too hot out here. Let's head inside, grab a drink, and I'll explain."

Yinsen looked curious but followed Kai inside. In the yacht's lounge, Kai grabbed a bottle of wine, poured two glasses, and handed one to Yinsen.

Taking a sip of his chilled beer, Kai relaxed.

"Yinsen, I know you're a doctor, right?" Kai asked. "Or... something like that?"

Realizing how awkwardly he phrased it, Kai winced.

"Sorry," he added.

Yinsen waved it off.

"Don't worry about it," he said. "Yeah, you can call me a doctor. I studied medicine — wanted to help the people back in my hometown. But let's not get into that."

Yinsen took a sip of his drink.

"I also know a bit about integrated circuits... and a few languages."

Hearing that, Kai knew Yinsen wasn't the kind of expert he needed. He was hoping to find someone with expertise in biology.

Sensing Kai's disappointment, Yinsen asked, "What's this about, Kai? What are you trying to do?"

Kai sighed and decided to be upfront.

"I want my friends and family to stay healthy — stronger, even. I'm hoping to develop a serum that can improve their bodies. But I don't know much about biology or chemistry."

Kai looked at Yinsen.

"I was hoping you might know something about that, but since you're more into medicine... well, I guess I'll have to keep looking."

Yinsen frowned thoughtfully.

"Even if you found someone, Kai... starting from scratch is almost impossible. The odds of success are incredibly low. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on something like that."

Kai knew Yinsen was trying to look out for him, but he wasn't discouraged. He understood that in the Marvel world, super serums were bound to appear sooner or later. Once they did, Kai planned to study and adapt them.

"It's fine, Yinsen," Kai reassured him. "You'll see what I mean soon enough. For now, I'm not in any rush."

Around noon, Jarvis's voice echoed through the speakers:

"Attention, passengers! The yacht has arrived at the designated sea area."

Tony and Pepper soon emerged from their room. Pepper wore a sun hat, clearly hoping to avoid a tan.

Kai and Yinsen exchanged a knowing look and chuckled. Tony's hair was a little messier than usual, and one of his shirt buttons was fastened incorrectly.

As the group prepared to head to the deck, Kai paused. He pulled out his wand and cast a protective spell against ultraviolet rays, ensuring they wouldn't have to worry about sunburns or tanning.

Tony noticed and called out, "Kai, what's that supposed to be?"

"Oh, this?" Kai replied casually. "It's a magic spell that blocks UV rays. No more sunburn, no more tan."

Tony rolled his eyes.

"Seriously? You think I care about getting a tan?"

Before Tony could continue, Pepper gasped.

"What? Really?" she exclaimed. "Kai, are you serious? This will actually keep me from getting tanned?"

Kai grinned.

"Of course. Don't believe me? Just wait and see."

Pepper took off her hat and followed Kai and Yinsen to the deck.

Determined to impress his friends, Tony grabbed a fishing rod and declared, "Alright, watch and learn. I'm about to show you guys how a pro does sea fishing."

Amused, Kai and Yinsen decided to join in and give it a try as well.

By noon, Tony decided it was time to eat. He brought out a spread of ingredients instead of pre-made food.

"Wait," Kai said, eyeing the supplies. "You're cooking?"

"Of course!" Tony grinned. "We're here to unwind — might as well cook for ourselves too."

Kai stared at the sloppy, misshapen burger Tony had attempted to assemble and felt a twinge of dread.

"Lee," Tony said proudly, "I remember those burgers you made once — they were great. Think you can whip up some for us?"

Yinsen chimed in, "Oh yeah, I'd love to try one of your burgers too, Kai."

Kai gave Yinsen a mock glare.

"You sure you're not just trying to escape Tony's cooking?"

Yinsen grinned but said nothing.

"Alright, fine." Kai sighed. "Tony, step aside. I'll handle this."

Tony happily abandoned his half-formed burger and went to relax with Pepper while Kai and Yinsen prepared the meal.

Before long, they had a pile of freshly made cheeseburgers. Settling into a deck chair with a burger in hand, Kai asked Jarvis to turn on the news.

He hadn't been following current events lately, too busy with his training and plans.

As Kai took a bite of his burger, a news report caught his attention:

"Our reporter has just received breaking news — General Ross's military forces are currently engaged in a battle with a mysterious giant. Early reports confirm significant property damage and civilian casualties..."

Kai froze mid-bite, his expression shifting.

This... this was big.
