A Night of Conquest

Shin stood atop Apocalypse, his golden eyes gleaming in the dim light as he gazed toward the archers positioned on the wall.

"Archers!" His voice echoed through the night. "Give these green bastards hell!"

The soldiers on the wall raised their bows, the string of each taut with deadly intent.

"Let's show them why we are called the Kingdom of Legends!"

Wave One: Goblins

"Loose!" Ka Ryo Ten commanded.

A thunderous volley of arrows darkened the sky, raining death upon the goblin horde below.

"Ready the second volley!" Shin ordered, his tone sharp.

The archers swiftly nocked their arrows and fired again.

"Excellent work!" Shin called out, a satisfied smile crossing his face.

"Yes, my lord," she replied with a sly grin. "We shall kill these green vermin."

Kyou Kai and San Nou led their troops into the fray. The first charge was devastating—half of the hobgoblins fell instantly. The remaining hobgoblins barely had time to react before Kyou Kai's poison seeped into their bodies, dropping them like flies.

Shin clenched his jaw, his instincts sharpening.

"Ri Shin," he called out, "activate your bloodline. You and your troops are up. Kyou Kai, back up your boyfriend—and remember…" His golden eyes gleamed as he added, "none of you are to die."

Ri Shin's eyes glowed as his Byakko bloodline surged through his veins. His body hardened to steel, his strength surged, and the aura of a guardian beast enveloped him.

"For the Kingdom of Legends!" Ri Shin roared, charging forward with So Sui and the troops beside him.

Kyou Kai and San Nou flanked the rear, supporting with precision strikes and deadly poison.

Annihilating the Third Wave

The enemy forces didn't stand a chance.

Ri Shin's devastating strikes cut down swathes of goblins. His troops, empowered by his aura, fought with relentless vigor.

Shin gave the order with a wave of his spear.

"Ka Ryo Ten, have the archers fire on the remaining goblins."

Arrows rained down once again, thinning the goblin ranks.

"Ri Shin, Kyou Kai," Shin commanded. "Finish off the remaining hobgoblins. Let's end this."

With ruthless efficiency, Ri Shin and Kyou Kai wiped out the last of the enemies.

"Damn…" he muttered.

As the enemies marched closer, Shin took a deep breath, preparing for what was to come.

"Apocalypse," he whispered to his wolf, "it's time we show them true chaos."
