I saw him standing at the pool table with girls surrounding him, I was in shock. I looked away so he won't see me. I have to find an excuse to leave now.

"guess who I saw now" Layla shouted because of the loud music standing in front of me. Thank goodness, I was out of his sight for now.

"who? And I want to ask when are we leaving" I asked I need to leave now. I can't stay here, he is here. I checked behind Layla, he wasn't there anymore.

"did you hear anything I said now?" she asked me, sh!t looked like I spaced out. "Sorry, I'm not feeling too well" I gave her a weak smile, I need her to believe me.

"what did you say?" I asked her. She looked at me with a pissed expression, okay what did I do now? I thought.

"I said, I promised my brother's girlfriend Evelyn, your cousin that you would have a blast evening. So please cooperate with me" she said in defeat like she is tired. I don't want to be mean to Layla, she took her time in bringing me even if I know she wants to spend time with Bailey, her crush, since he invited her to his birthday party. She calls it chance, weird girl.

"I'm sorry, its just...." I wanted to tell her but what if she doesn't accept me, "never mind, I will enjoy this night with you" I gave her a wide smile to be more convincing.

She hugged me instead "thank you, sorry for acting a little bit pushy" she apologized. I liked her but I wished I could explain better. "okay, let's go meet Vicky. She is at the pool with Bailey" she said smiling at the name of Bailey. She really likes him, I hope he does the same with her.

I looked around but I didn't see him anymore, I felt relieved at that. Getting to the pool, I saw Victor holding a guy, his black jean jacket was facing me, so I couldn't see his face while Bailey was holding him. Then I saw him, he was with my friends. Oh God, he hadn't notice me. I wanted to just turn immediately and leave but Layla spoke up "what is going on here?" making all of them face us except the guy Victor was holding him arm.

Vikky just hugged me and pouted "I missed you Belle, you guys are late" she told us, looking at Layla who was still staring at the guys.

"Oh them, well Seb tried triggering Carter like always and Carter lost it" she said like it was a normal thing.

I was just staring down because it was him, I was so sure of it. I just wanted to leave "hey Belle, didn't see you there? You look good" Victor said smiling.

"Vicky gave him a weird look "stop flirt with my friend, man whore" she said, he gasped dramatically acting like he was surprised, I couldn't help to smile.

"Luna, is that you" he looked at me, smirking at me. I looked at him, I hate how he treated me. I was so quiet, "no, her name is Belle. Like a princess" Victor said with a wink.

"A princess, you won everyone heart already, Lu" he said walking towards me with that stupid smirk. I hate him so much, it's a strong word even tho.
