Chapter 6: Kurukshetra in Chaos

Kurukshetra – The Kaurava Camp, Ancient Era

Duryodhana paced furiously inside his war tent, his golden crown askew, his fists clenched. His army had seen a force beyond imagination, and it shook even his arrogance.

Beside him, Guru Dronacharya and King Shakuni remained silent.

"Where is Karna?" Duryodhana's voice was sharp with frustration. "Why hasn't he returned?"

Shakuni's eyes narrowed. "The last we saw, he was battling one of those… metal beasts. Then he vanished in a flash of light."

Drona spoke gravely. "I fear… the gods have intervened."

Duryodhana turned to him. "You mean to say Karna is gone? Just like that?"

"Not gone," a voice interrupted. The assembled warriors turned as Sage Vyasa entered the tent.

His eyes burned with wisdom beyond human comprehension. "Karna has stepped into a realm outside time. He has walked the path of the impossible."

Duryodhana's hands curled into fists. "Then we must bring him back! If the Pandavas have their celestial ally in Krishna, I will not lose mine!"

Vyasa sighed. "It is not so simple. The wheel of time turns as it must. If Karna is to return… it will not be by your hand."

Duryodhana scowled. He didn't care for fate. He would bend it to his will if he had to.

"Then we find a way."
