Kurukshetra – Midnight, The Eve of War
The modern soldiers spread out across the battlefield, their boots silent against the dry soil of an ancient warzone.
Captain Jason Reynolds peered through his night-vision scope. The HUD flickered, adjusting to the strange energy fluctuations radiating from Krishna.
"Sir," whispered Lt. Sarah Vaughn, her grip tightening on her assault rifle. "Are we seriously about to shoot a god?"
Reynolds exhaled. "Orders are orders."
A sniper, hidden in the darkness, aimed right at Krishna's forehead.
One shot. One kill.
The trigger began to pull—
But before the shot could fire…
Krishna turned.
And smiled.
A flash of blue energy erupted from his eyes.
"You are far from home, child of the future."
The sniper froze. His entire body lifted into the air, his rifle crumbling to dust.
"What the hell?!" screamed another soldier as Krishna effortlessly waved his hand—and suddenly, the sniper vanished.
No blood. No scream.
Just… gone.
Captain Reynolds' mind raced. "Jesus Christ."
Krishna turned his gaze to the rest of the soldiers, still calm, still smiling.
"You do not belong here."
But before Krishna could make another move—
🔥💥 BOOM! A rocket flew through the air—straight at Krishna!
The explosion erupted in golden flames, sending shockwaves across the battlefield.
Dust and fire filled the air.
Silence followed.
For a moment, the modern soldiers thought they had done it.
That they had just wiped out a god.
Then…
Through the flames, a silhouette emerged.
Krishna stepped out. Completely untouched.
And he was laughing.
"Fascinating," he said. "You believe your weapons can harm me?"
His eyes flashed.
And suddenly—
Every single gun in the modern soldiers' hands turned to sand.
