Ivan's POV
Finally, the D-Day for my book launch is here, and I am all over the moon. It's a day I've been greatly anticipating. Looking at my wardrobe, I grappled with what to wear for the event.
I just wanted something simple yet elegant for the occasion, so I ended up picking a well-fitted navy-blue blazer from my wardrobe, wearing it over a crisp white shirt, that I paired with my tailored charcoal trousers and a classic blue leather shoes, wrapping them up with a sleek black belt and a matching watch that completed the look. It struck the perfect balance I needed between professionalism and remaining approachable.
I've never been one to worry over what to wear because I always look good in anything I wear but for some reason, I felt like putting a bit of an effort in my dressing today but not in such a way that the focus which should be centered on the book will now go to me.
“Where are you? Mr. Ivan?” My coordinator for the event asked as he called me on the phone.
