Chapter || Death

"Alright, I'll repay your kindness, but right now I don't have anything to give as a down payment and I'm hungry." He replied casually while listening to his stomach rumble.

He made a strange expression in his mind while listening to the chatter coming out of the person's mouth.

"Ugh, what's wrong with this person? Doesn't he know anything? That I'm the daughter of an emperor? Ahh... but now I've been cast out.. So now, I'm just an ordinary commoner, right? Yayy... Finally I'm free." He said in his heart with the strange expression that had just appeared in his mind.

The person fell silent once again, his eyes looking him up and down, his gaze almost like a predator as if he was carefully observing him.

He tilted his head with a curious frown on his face and raised his eyebrow, seeing the weak and helpless little human in front of him making a strange expression in front of him.

"This kid is crazy, huh? He's not afraid of a magnificent creature like me, is he? My reputation as a great Naga's is tarnished because of this little creature.. Hmph." He muttered to himself.

"Damn, if he stays here, I might go crazy too, and my great reputation will be gone too." He muttered again in his heart before blowing on his face.

He immediately snapped out of it when his face was blown on.

He glared at the person with annoyance and narrowed his eyes.

"What is it?" he protested, snorting.

The person crossed his arms with an annoyed expression.

"So. Nothing... brought, hm~?"

"Nothing at all, little mouse?" He said in a high and intimidating tone.

Because he felt annoyed at being ignored while speaking.

"So, listen, if someone is talking, you weak creature." He grumbled, snorting while taking a breath to calm down so he wouldn't be carried away by his emotions.

He also took a breath before speaking calmly and softly, though it looked a little fake.

"Yeah... Look... So give me food, I'm hungry, you know." He said calmly and softly.

He spread out both his arms with a slightly forced and strange expression.

The person sighed exaggeratedly, as if very disappointed with the meager offering given to him.

But actually, he was happy because he didn't hold back even though his annoyance was still stuck because he was ignored while speaking earlier.
