After learning about my bankruptcy, my girlfriend exposed her true nature

Recently, the company I run under my name needed to move to a larger office building due to expansion.

To clear out some unwanted items from the company, I specifically posted a message on my social circle, offering these miscellaneous items for free.

"The company is closing, if anyone needs these things, just message me directly."

This was originally just a joke, after all, my business is doing well, and anyone could guess I was joking.

Unexpectedly, after posting it, my girlfriend actually called to question me.

"Wang Xiao, is what you said on your social circle true? Did your company go bankrupt?"

"If that's the case, then let's break up!"

This joke allowed me to see my girlfriend’s true colors.
