"That's a lot." Liana stared at the coin in confusion.
It was the first time she had seen a gold coin and wasn't interested in it at all, as it was a gift from someone she hadn't even known for a day.
"This is just one coin mama, not many." Derel said innocently.
Liana massaged his head softly "It's true it's only one, but there are many."
"Uncle Geral gave it to us Mama, let's accept it." Deon told his mama not to return the gold coin.
Because it was originally from Geraldo's gift and the three of them did not ask, a valuable gift should certainly be accepted.
What's more this coin is very valuable for their survival.
"Right Mama, we are lucky to get this coin from Derel, it can help us survive."
Liana was silent for a while "I'm just afraid this coin will be charged back when we use it."
"Take it easy Mama, if uncle Geral does that then I will deal with it." Derel spoke up as someone who was brave.
"This coin is already our property." Derel added.
Liana smiled softly, it turned out that her children really wanted "Well, Mama won't return this, this coin is for the three of you."
The three of them cheered happily "yey!"
"We'll go shopping for clothes first, your clothes."
"Yes Mama!" They replied excitedly.
Finally they were going to buy new clothes and on orders from their own Mama.
Finally the four of them shopped quite a lot.
Liana also bought cake-making supplies for her to sell.
"Mama, what are all these ingredients for?"
"It's for me to make cakes and sell them tomorrow."
"Do you really want to sell?"
Liana nodded "Yes, I want to sell."
The three of them chuckled, "We'll help you."
"I'll try it first when I get home."
"Do you want to go shopping again?" Liana offered to her three children.
Deok, Daniel and Derel shook their heads "no Mama, that's enough."
They had shopped so much, their hands no longer fit to carry the groceries.
"Alright, we're going home now."
Liana decided to go home with her three children.
"Do you want to go home? Walk?"
Geraldo was suddenly in front of the four of them.
"Argh!"
Liana was so shocked, she thought that Geraldo was someone who wanted to steal her things.
Because they were so close, Liana was afraid that something bad would happen.
Geraldo was also surprised by Liana's scream "calm down Liana, it's me Geral. Not someone else."
Geraldo just realized that his clothes were covered up to his face, maybe Liana thought he was a bad person.
"Yes uncle, we want to go home on foot." Daniel replied.
"What's wrong uncle?" Derel also said curiously.
Derel thought Geraldo had gone home too, but he was still in this market.
"Why are you walking? There are many horse-drawn carriages in this market."
"My house is close by, it's okay."
Geraldo was silent for a while, he couldn't possibly let the four of them walk, the weather conditions were very hot right now.
The sun seemed to be directly overhead.
"Wait here for a while, you guys stay put, I'll be back."
Without listening to Liana's words, Geraldo immediately left the four of them somewhere.
More precisely, Geraldo went to one of the horse-drawn carriage services that usually took people home from the market.
"How much do you charge uncle to take you home?"
"Ten bronze coins, sir."
Geraldo took out a coin "one silver coin for you, take someone to her house, remember. It must arrive in front of the house."
The coachman's eyes lit up, he was in for a big treat now!
Suddenly, the man stood up straight and saluted Geraldo.
"Yes, sir! I'll take you home, even to the doorstep." He replied enthusiastically.
"Alright, prepare your carriage as best you can, I'm paying good money for it."
"Yes, sir!"
After that Geraldo returned to the place where Lain, Deon, Derel and Daniel were waiting for him to return.
"I've ordered a horse-drawn carriage for you to return home."
"What? A carriage?"
Liana looked at Geraldo with a serious look "Do I have to pay you?" She asked again to make sure.
Liana didn't want him to do anything to her or her children, so she did her best not to owe anyone.
For now, she trusted only her three children.
"I told you, you don't have to pay. It is my own will to order a horse-drawn carriage so that the four of you don't get tired." Geraldo explained again.
But now he explained in a firm tone, meaning that he wasn't playing around with his words, he meant what he said.
He was sincere about helping Liana and the three children.
Liana sighed deeply "Then thank you very much, Mr. Geral. You've helped us so much."
Liana bowed in respect to Geraldo.
"There's no need to overdo it." Geraldo said, holding Liana's shoulder lightly.
Deon, Daniel and also Derel looked at Geraldo's face.
The three of them whispered to each other.
"Why are uncle Geral's ears so red? Did he get bitten by a mosquito?" Derel asked Deon and Daniel.
Daniel shook his head, indicating that he didn't know what was going on.
While Deon just guessed "maybe, it could also be due to allergies."
Derel nodded in understanding, "I think it's allergies." He also agreed with Deon.
"Children, thank uncle Geral as well." Liana commanded looking at the three children.
They focused their eyes forward and nodded.
"Thank you very much uncle Geral." The three of them replied in unison while displaying their sincere smiles.
Geraldo was even more embarrassed and mesmerized, he felt very useful to the four of them and Geraldo was proud of that.
"You're both handsome boys." Geraldo replied to them equally pleased.
"Now follow me, I'll take you to where the carriage is." Geraldo became more confident in front of the four of them, somehow his heart was happy to see the four of them.
This mother and son turned out to be adorable.
The four of them nodded in agreement and followed Geraldo like chicks following where their mother took them.
