Seeing the scene, she immediately dropped the breakfast and rushed to Nolan's side, anxiously asking:
"What happened?"
Nolan choked up, feigning hurt:
"Miss Vivienne, I just wanted to comfort the mentor. I didn't mean to upset him."
"Mentor, if you're angry, you can scold me or hit me, but why did you have to ruin my future?"
He crawled on the ground in despair, crying.
Vivienne saw the blood on his hand and immediately became enraged:
"Alaric, ruining someone's future? You're so vicious!"
She immediately threw me under the bus, not even thinking about how I, a patient, could possibly have pushed down a grown man.
Nolan's injury was just a minor scratch that would heal without treatment.
Yet Vivienne acted as if his hand was permanently damaged.
She angrily yanked me out of bed:
"You hurt Nolan, so I'm going to cripple your hand too, to get justice for him!"
Nurses around heard the commotion and rushed to break it up.
"Dean, please calm down..."
