Chapter 114. Grandma

"Haha, okay, sir. I'll give you the contact information. He will help you with this kind of thing." She opened her phone and looked for a contact. After finding it, she wrote down the number and gave it to Neo.

"Here, sir. Enjoy your night," Ari said with a sly smile.

"Thanks, Ari!" Neo replied as he left after thanking her.

Meanwhile, Han So-Hee was driving home. When she arrived, her grandmother, who she lived with, was watching TV. Hearing the gate open, she immediately stood up and walked to the front door to see who it was.

"You're early, So-Hee. I thought you were going to meet Kyo. And you bought so many things this time!" Grandma said as she helped So-Hee carry her belongings inside.

"We didn't meet. Kyo had an emergency; she had something else to do at her house," So-Hee explained.

"Why did you buy so much? You need to save up for your future family, So-Hee. I'm not familiar with brands, but these clothes look expensive," Grandma said, glancing at the paper bags.

"I didn't spend money on them. I met a handsome and generous man who bought all these things for me," So-Hee said as she sat down on the sofa.

"Handsome? Rich? Why don't you date him? You're not young anymore, So-Hee. How handsome is he? Is he famous like those K-Pop stars?" Grandma asked, thrilled that So-Hee had met someone.

"He was the most handsome man I've ever seen. If you asked me, he must have been made by the gods. As for being rich, he said he's wealthy and quite popular in his country," So-Hee said, smiling as she thought about Neo's face.

"You like him! Just imagining him puts a smile on your face. If you like him, why not try dating him?" Grandma suggested.

"There's a problem with that, Grandma. He has many girlfriends. He even told me that he's here in Korea just to look for beautiful ladies. What a playboy!" So-Hee said. This was the first time she had met someone like Neo, who had no shame about these things.

"If he's capable, why not? If I were the most handsome and rich boy as you describe him, I'd do the same. What's his name, anyway? The internet is a great tool nowadays. Why don't we search for who he really is?" Grandma suggested. In her early days, many men liked to marry two girls or more. It's just that times are changing, and people don't like sharing anymore.

"Let's see, his name is Neo, and when I met his sister, she introduced herself as Amelia Gray. So, he is Neo Gray." Both So-Hee and Grandma looked at her phone. So-Hee typed Neo's name, and many articles immediately appeared. Grandma read all the article titles out loud.

"Neo Gray, the richest man on Earth. Neo Gray, owner of 50% of the biggest bank in America. Neo Gray's three superstar celebrity girlfriend; he also intends to build a charity that will help people around the world. Who the hell is this person?" Grandma said, shock evident in her voice as she looked at So-Hee.

"The richest person in the world?! He just told me he was wealthy, but not to this extent. And he's a philanthropist!" So-Hee stood up, exclaiming in disbelief.

"So, he's incredibly capable? I can understand now if he has many girlfriends or even a wife. Super handsome, super rich, and a philanthropist. What a great man he is!" Grandma said, looking at So-Hee with admiration.

"I can't believe he's not only famous but also the richest man on Earth. That explains why they were spending money like they didn't care," So-Hee recalled the boys' faces when they were buying the watches. The only ones who seemed concerned were Hyung and Hoon.

"This is an opportunity for you, So-Hee. If you marry him, you won't have to work at all!" Grandma was eager for So-Hee's happiness. Now that Neo was interested in her, she could tell he was a straightforward person. The way he admitted he came there to look for beautiful ladies, combined with what the articles said about him treating his close friends well, intrigued her.

"Yeah, he was kind too. When he was buying things, his private driver and tour guide received many items as well. He even bought clothes for Hyung's wife and children. Now knowing who he is, I regret not getting his contact info," So-Hee told her grandma about Neo's generosity.

"A great man indeed! You'll miss out if he doesn't call you, So-Hee. I would definitely regret it if I were you!" Grandma laughed, gently teasing her granddaughter.

"I would truly regret it if that happened. But if he calls, great; if not, it's fine. Regret is part of life," So-Hee said, leaning back on the sofa.

"I was just joking, So-Hee. Surely Neo will contact you if he's here to look for beautiful ladies. You're the most beautiful person in Korea, So-Hee; you inherited my looks from when I was your age. Those were the days..." Grandma reminisced.

"I surely did, Grandma! By the way, I'll show you something—Neo bought me this earlier." So-Hee picked up the paper bag containing the watch Neo had bought and showed it to her grandma.

"Wow, are these diamonds? And different colors too! This one will look great on you; your skin is light, highlighting the green color. How much did this cost? This must be millions of won, right?" Grandma observed the watch carefully, afraid to damage it.

"This one is called the Jacob & Co. Caviar Emerald Tourbillon, priced at 2,400,000 won, and the other is a Patek Philippe Aquanaut Luce Rainbow Minute Repeater Haute Joaillerie, worth 2,500,000 won," So luxurious brands? I don't know much about watches, but I've heard of that brand. Diamonds all over the watch's body—surely it's not inexpensive," Grandma remarked.

"Ah, it's not in won, Grandma. It's in USD. Let me calculate. This Jacob & Co. watch is $3,175,000, and the Patek is $3,451,087," So-Hee said, looking at her grandma's face, eager for her reaction.

"What?! This alone is 3 billion won?! Who is insane enough to buy this? It's way too expensive!" Grandma exclaimed, gripping the watch tightly, trembling in disbelief.

"Neo bought many kinds of watches. I think his total bill is 88,347,844,236 won. That kind of money would allow us to live a very comfortable life," So-Hee said.

"I want to meet him. When you go out together, bring him here, So-Hee. Before I die, I want to see you happy and married," Grandma said earnestly.

"What are you saying, Grandma? You have so many years ahead of you. Don't worry about me. I'm older now; I can take care of myself," So-Hee replied, remembering that her grandmother had just recovered from an illness.

"I hope so. I want to play with your future children," Grandma said, and So-Hee and her grandmother continued their conversation on various topics. While So-hee was talking to the grandmother, Hoon after separating from Neo came home

He was living alone. No family or girlfriend at the moment. His parents are living in different areas. Currently, he was taking pictures of the clothes, shoes, and watch Neo bought him
