Battle with Team Aqua

Rei stood before the Pokémon Alliance officers, his arms crossed as he faced the higher-ups of the Malayu region. Their expressions were grim as he finished his report.

"You're telling me," one of the officers, a middle-aged man with sharp eyes, said slowly, "that Team Aqua has infiltrated the Divine Beast Realm and is attempting to clone divine Pokémon?"

"That's exactly what I'm saying," Rei replied.

Another officer, a woman with dark hair tied into a strict bun, frowned. "And you managed to kill one of their leader?"

Rei nodded. "Their leader, Tomas, let his guard down. But make no mistake—this isn't over. They won't stop just because we beat them once."

The room fell silent. The implications of his words weighed heavily on everyone present.

Finally, the first officer spoke. "Then we need to wipe them out before they can regroup. Are you willing to fight again?"

Rei smirked. "I thought you'd never ask."

The Alliance wasted no time. Within hours, a strike force was assembled—trainers who had survived the initial ambush, along with reinforcements. Rei stood among them, his Pokémon at his side.

Lycanroc—his newly evolved powerhouse—growled lowly, fire-like patterns glowing across his body. Staraptor ruffled its feathers, eyes sharp. Dumwool with it's dragon horn. And Mankey with glowing eyes stood next to him ready. Finally mimikyu sitting on Rei's head.

They didn't have to wait long.

The moment they entered Team Aqua's hidden camp within the realm, the enemy struck.

"Sharpedo, Aqua Jet!"

A blur of blue shot forward, water streaming behind it. Rei barely had time to react.

"Staraptor, intercept!"

His bird Pokémon dived, talons glowing as it struck Sharpedo mid-charge, sending it crashing into the ground.

A grunt cursed. "Damn it! Crawdaunt, Water Pulse!"

A spiraling blast of water shot toward Rei.

"Wooloo, counter with Dragon Rage!"

The small, fluffy Pokémon inhaled deeply before releasing a concentrated blast of draconic energy. The attacks collided, sending mist and steam into the air.

The battlefield erupted into chaos.

Trainers clashed, commands flying as Pokémon battled in the confined space. Waves crashed as water-type Pokémon unleashed their fury, while flames and lightning responded in kind.

Rei spotted their leader, a woman with a beautifull blue hair, giving orders at the center of the battlefield.

"Lycanroc, take her down!"

His Pokémon rushed forward, fire flaring across its paws. The woman barely had time to react before Lycanroc slammed into him, sending him sprawling.

"You?!" The woman spat blood, glaring up at Rei.

"Die!!!" Rei said coldly.

The woman reached for a Poké Ball, but before he could throw it—

BANG!

A pulse of energy struck him, knocking him unconscious. Rei turned to see another trainer, an Alliance officer, with a pikachu on his shoulder.

"Nice shot," Rei commented.

"Less talking, more fighting," the officer grunted.

The battle continued, but with the woman down, Team Aqua's morale crumbled. One by one, their Pokémon fell, until the last grunt finally surrendered.

It was over.

With the battle finished, the Alliance began securing the realm, setting up barriers to prevent further intrusions.

But Rei had other plans.

Slipping away from the main group, he followed his instincts, venturing deeper into the realm. His body ached from the battles, but something called to him—a presence he couldn't ignore.

Eventually, he found it.

A lone tree stood in a clearing, its branches stretching toward the sky. It wasn't particularly large, but there was something… ancient about it. The bark shimmered faintly in the dim light, and two strange fruits hung from its branches.

One was deep blue, radiating a lightness that reminded Rei of soaring through the sky.

The other was violet, pulsing with an invisible energy that made his mind feel sharper just by looking at it.

He reached out, plucking both fruits carefully. The moment he did, a vision flooded his mind.

A massive silver figure—Lugia—hovered over the tree, its feathers dripping blood onto the roots. It remained there for centuries, resting, healing… and in doing so, it changed the very nature of the tree itself.

Rei gasped, stumbling back as the vision faded. He looked at the fruits in his hands, now understanding their true power. These weren't just any fruits. They were Lugia's.
